      Crooks would not give me my funds after closing my account without any notice. I use my account this morning and later on during the day I tried to withdraw funds and it said that my account had no funds. I called the bank and they said my account was closed and they asked me where did I work and they would send me a check in 10 days. I told them that I don’t have 10 days to wait for my money. I should be able to go to a branch and withdraw my funds but they did not allow me. They said they had to wait for the 10 days and I would have to wait until the 18th. This is an outrage if my money is available in my account I should be able to withdraw my money they are crooks stealingand inconvenience and peoples lives now I see why people overdraw accounts and leave them hanging you don’t do this to people you don’t do this to people especially when they have bills due this is ridiculous

      Appalling disregard for customers, completely robotic and inhuman customer service. arbitrary "holds" placed on accounts, on deposits, shockingly inappropriate behavior by tellers, aggressive and abusive upselling and sales pitches, dishonesty all around. We've been Chase customers for years and years and never had an issue up until the last year or so, when all of a sudden Chase personnel began behaving in horrificly abusive and inappropriate ways, when simple, small transactions were "held" for literally zero reason other than they just want to bully their own customers. This last round of dishonesty and abusive behavior have us looking for a more personal, human local bank or, even better, credit union to work with. Chase is off the rails in predatory, abusive, aggressive behavior, and with their utter disregard for actual human beings.

      I chose to deposit a check here instead of my credit union, thinking they’d clear it sooner. I could not be more wrong. 10 day hold on an insurance claim check. I have never heard of such a long hold on a check, personal or otherwise. Upon googling, I find that this is just how they do business. Wish I’d known this prior to opening an account. I’d have gone elsewhere.

      Haven’t had access to my checking account in a month. Due to a breach on there end they canceled my card and have yet to receive another. Will be moving my accounts else where.

      I deposit $11,000 check the teller only deposit $1000 , a week later i was paying off a credit card balance and no money , they fix it but it cost me $380 intrest with another credit card , the manager escalated my. Complaint 3 months later i get a call saying chase dosnt work with 3rd partys , they suck

      Opening chase account is the worst experience I have ever had. Everything you try to do gets blocked and reviewed and cancelled. It's like they choose what your allowed to do with your own money. Fraud is suspected in everything you try to purchase. Customer service is in India and they are never able to resolve issues. Worst decision I have ever made was open an account and deposit a check in Chase. I will never bank with chase again after I take my money out of the account. I know they will make it hard for me to do that as well. Stay away if you like to have financial freedom. It's like I need permission to spend my money.

      They are committing fraud. Money was deposited an taken out of pending status, aftera4 day wait period. Then after spending some of that money. My account was over drawn and I was told money is no good. This fraud. When a transaction is made and put in pending status once the pending status is lifted and funds made available they can't take them back or remove them from your account

      Chase bank decided to close my account with my funds right before Christmas with no explanation i have a 4 and a 6 year old that will not only have gifts this year but do not have food to eat thanks JP Morgan. This should be an illegal practice and no i did nothing illegal. I disputed a transaction from a merchant that refused to stop charging me and this is what I get after years of loyalty and monthly fees to this bank. I don’t stop until this situation is rectified. Trust me I’ll get what’s mine.

      Has a bunch of heartless people who work here.
      I make purchases all the time with my debit card. When I go over my limit, it won't approve my purchase at like ****** or ******* and it'll be like 5 dollars over what i have, but it'll approve my phone bill that's 217$ while only having the 95$ that was supposed to go to my electric bill. When asked about this they don't have control over what processes through my account. That makes no sense. I can't buy food in the store but y'all will give my money out to other company's?
      This is on top of them not changing my name on the account. Going through a name change has been the hardest thing to ever do! Chase made it even more difficult. They've ruined my Christmas and because I have 2 bills passing through, I get hit with 34$ each. I'm a struggling single mom of 4 kids. I've already had to go hungry multiple times this month and now I can't even feed my kids. It's one thing for me to go hungry but my kids? There will be hell to pay chase bank. You've messed with the wrong person.

      JPMorgan Chase needs to reconsider their bureaucratic policies and have classes for all employees in sympathy training especially supervision those who make decisions closing people's accounts this close to Christmas. Both my retirement checks were deposited on the first I was told account was going to be closed but had to wait for the information on one item I had reported a discrepancy on. Once that letter was received I was then shuffled between the fraud department and the department that handles the discrepancies then told I had many inquiries not closed. Then I was told account would be closed in 24 to 48 hrs of which ten days would be up on the 15th. Mind you first letter of closure was sent out on November 21st .Even today as I write this critique I have not received my money I have custody of my two grandchildren who I have had custody of since 2015 try explaining to a 9 yr old and a 11 yr old that they want have Christmas or food lights, water,gas,cell phones I do not receive support on a regular basis from either parent. Hopefully something can be done to stop this from happening to anyone else. I was told no one could override this process once it gas began I went into the branch twice offering to let them keep the money for the inquiries until they finished. I was told process had to run its course for those who have never been in this situation and live paycheck to paycheck you would not understand the heartbreak I am feeling right now I still have 10 to 14 days more to go which will be the beginning of another month and to compound the problem Chase will get to return next month's 2 checks because I didn't give retiring agency enough time to change routing waiting on funds to open new account
