      I opened a business bank account with JP Morgan Chase on 12/11/2023. On that day the banker who opened my account I provided my EIN information for my new construction company. On 12/19/2023 I was contacted by JP Morgan Chase around 3:42 pm and I felt very belittled and as if I was being stressed and singled out as a minority business owner. Travis who was the specialist who was assisting me was requesting information that was provided to open the account. The representative made me feel frustrated with the questions that I felt were condescending. The representative never answered my questions regarding what has to be provided to open an account(which was provided). I feel that if I were not a minority this complaint would not exist. All I'm looking to do is open a business account and establish a line of credit which should not be an issue for a client who has made on-time payments with all their personal and business accounts.

      I have an account at Chase Bank and on October 16, 2023 I made a transfer by mistake to a ***** *** Bank account that I didn't have it registered in my bank When they investigated the account they told me that I had a second transfer from September 23, 2023 and the name of the account appears with the name of **** *,and I do not know that person, nor why it appears in my bank application (Chase Bank) in my name. Upon realizing the transfer error on October 20, 2023, I contacted my bank on October 20, 2023 and they initiated the first dispute to seek to solve this problem but they (***** *** Bank) did not respond to the dispute.
      (Chase Bank) They sent the second dispute and (***** *** Bank) did not respond to either dispute.
      I called ***** *** Bank repeatedly but communication is impossible and when they answer they tell you that the only way is to call my bank (Chase Bank) that they are the ones who have to request a refund of the money but it is impossible because ***** *** Bank does not respond to disputes.
      I can't believe that Chase Bank left me alone in this problem since I have been with them for over 7 years.

      Will not put my issue in dispute simply because the money taken was from my account online instead of debit card.

      I needed a new debit card as the cvv code could no longer be read. I went to a branch and explained the problem and was told they would mail a new card. A week later I still do not have a debit card. Went to a branch and was told Friday it would be there. Friday mail comes and goes and no debit card. Calling customer service is a joke. Long wait times, bad accents, and low volume lead to many phones calls that got no answers. Went to a branch at 1:30 PM and was told there is nobody there that could help me. This is 3 trips to a branch, at least 7 phone calls, and 6 working days and I still do not have a good debit card. All solutions were to kick the can down the road. Now I'm told another weekend and it should be there Monday or Tuesday.

      I write this review as I wait to over 10 minutes at the drive up window. Not the first time. There only one car in line head of me and they are at the window. The clerks at the window take your transaction to another window and are done for another 10 minutes. It's worse if you go inside.

      I literally opened my account and 1 week later deposited money into the account and ass soon as the money posted to my account they locked it and said it was being closed due to suspicious activity !? How in the hell would that be possible when all I did was find the account . I didn't do anything else .

      If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start with my boyfriend and I have been using chase bank for several years. Separate accounts and joint account.
      My checks from work get direct deposited into my boyfriend’s account. They have for over a year. I got my Christmas bonus as a physical check. So I deposited it into the savings account through the ATM. They flagged the check as “fraudulent” because it’s under my name. So instead of putting a hold on the check or on the savings account, they locked all of the accounts. Including the checking account for 10 days. Meaning I could not use any of the accounts. I have a newborn at home which makes this situation very upsetting. After three phone calls, several hours, snarky customer service and being hung up on, they put the accounts under “review” to see if we would be able to gain access to the account. Mind you, they call me, my employer and the bank my employer uses to verify the check and we have yet to have access to the account. If you use chase bank, I highly suggest you have a second bank account with a different company because they do not care if you have food to eat or gas in your vehicle. They will lock down every penny you have and all they will tell you is it’s for your protection. 0/10 will never recommend chase to anyone. Greedy, unprofessional, heartless people.

      Chase Bank lied to me in early 2023 when I requested Chase Bank to stop al deposits from The ******* *****. ******* ******* Vice President in person said she would, that was false. On 3/13/2023 I had to have Chase Bank cut (4) cashiers checks of $505, $250, $287.70 & $322.65. The total was $1,365.35. I have had a checking account with Chase Bank and I can’t believe I was treated like I was coming off the street for help. I still have all the original cashiers checks, because The ******* ***** is not cooperating. I have met Doak Walker in person. ******** area Vice President flew to **** to try to resolve the problem with me. ******** and Chase Bank are working together to treat me like a crook.

      I noticed unknown phone numbers in my account information. When I alerted Chase’s fraud prevention department they refused to investigate who the numbers belong to and how they were added to my account.
