      I hate this bank. I literally have mental trauma from what they did to me and the psychological games they played with my head. Took 2,000 of my money that I needed and never gave it back then Pretended they didn’t see it on their end. Lied over and over. Made me call in countless times to verify every transaction and if I made it and used psychological techniques to try and make me look crazy. They are horrible and why should I pay my bill after all the abuse I took? Are you going to pay my medical bills now? Shortly after all that I started getting gangstalked in person,, so god only knows what kind of shady people they work with. I hope

      Horrible customer service at our local branch!!! A zero out of 10 would be too high of a rating for the "management" at this location.

      Stayed over 2 hours just to activate a prepaid card. But still haven’t been able to do it. No one answered after 2 hours on the phone but no response. I got tired and hung up.

      Scary how they hold your payroll deposit checks and lie about why. I called three separate times to find out why they were holding my paycheck deposit for 12 days, and got three separate answers. One "Customer Service" agent (a loose term) said it the funds hadn't been released by the issuing bank. A quick call to the issuing bank proved that to be false. When I called back, another "Customer Service" agent said they had to call my EMPLOYER and verify the check, but that no one answered the phone at my employer's office. Hmmm, that's new! A third told me the check from my employer was fraudulent. Really?! All just BS reasons to screw with our money, and not the first time I've had these issues with Chase. When the check finally cleared, my husband went it to withdraw 90% of our funds, and witnessed a very (rightly) angry man demanding his money. Chase kept his $5,700 deposit, said it was fraudulent (sounds familiar) and closed his account. Searching the internet, this seems to be SOP at Chase. Why does a financial institution feel its OK to mess with people's money? It is rightfully ours, not theirs, and should be available as we need it.

      Had fraudulent activity on my card from someone sports betting, I live in a state where it’s not even allowed and they denied my claim. Called any the representative said I authorized it. I just laughed and said okay, didn’t refund me my money nothing. I don’t recommend chase to anyone.

      Wasted 4 months of my time . First cleared my business bank account . Allowed one transaction through the quick pay and then closed my quick pay and sent back second payment back to my client. ( zero communication) . Then made me open a merchant services account and a visa gateway . Couldn’t process so made me open another merchant services account and another visa gateway for card not present. Made exactly one transaction. Then while my second transaction was being processed , the risk department simply gave no reason and closed my account . Once again my client was left hanging in the dry and I couldn’t process his order. All of this while I was in touch with 5 different bankers , have a personal account for over 10 years with the bank. The business and my credit is pristine .
      I really pity small businesses in the era of the big banks . Totally unAmerican. Does me ***** even know the bank he runs ?

      I requested a reversal of $33.00 withdrawal and $3.00 non-chase ATM fee. Chase states the occurrence was investigated and RE-CHARGED me the $33.00 withdrawal. "You are responsible for the withdrawal. The "UNIQUE CHIP" was scanned and you were "ON CAMERA".
      I know this NOT to be the case so I continued to ask about the 'investigation'. I was disconnected twice. The 'FRAUD DEPARTMENT' says there is NO FOOTAGE of me on camera I can officially subpoena because the ATM was not Chase. I asked how are you able to know the ATM scanned the UNIQUE CHIP? I received no answer except, "There's nothing we can do for you." I replied, "there is something I can do. I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS."

      I opened a checking account with JP Morgan Chase. I deposited money into the account, One week later I received my debit card in the mail and activated it. Three days after that my check was suppose to be deposited. I go to log into my online account and it has been locked so I call in. They tell me that they called me on Dec 4 (the day before my check deposits) and did not receive an answer so they closed my account. There was no calls to me on that day. The said they printed a check with my account balance and would mail it to me and good luck getting your pay check.

      My bank account was restricted. Chase bank just restricted my account without giving me any reason. Then I call and they asked me to sign a 89 form. Which I did, after I submit the form they said it will take 1-2 days to reactivate the account. Then I called back again after 2 days, they said they dont want the form under my name but my wife name which they should have told me when I first sign the form!
      Then they resubmitted the form and they said it will take another 2 business days. After 2 days already I called them and they said my document has not been reviewed yet.
      Not my account is under restriction and will be closed soon without any update.

      Such a bad experience after been chase customer for 7 years.
      They just have no explanation on anything.
