Chase credit card "says" they sent a periodic document review to me in the mail but i never received it. They sent via regular standard mail NOT certified. They claim they don't have to send such an important document via certified, yet will cancel your account for no reason. I had valuable points I had accrued and now they are all gone. My credit limit , gone. My fico score has suffered due to this. PIRATES SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH RUINING SOMEONES LIFE.

They were just okay until they started holding my checks for two weeks before letting me access them. They literally do not care how badly you need access to your money and will treat you accordingly. We'll be closing our accounts as soon as the new year hits.

Chase JetBlue Business card is horrible! I have two companies. I had a business card with one and they kept screwing up my billing so I was paying late. I ended up canceling. I pay ALL my bills on time! I applied for a card for my other company when Chase offered a promotion. I was told to submit additional paperwork, which I did promptly and then.... nothing. I finally called and was told they never got my paperwork and I needed to reapply. Eventually, I did. Same thing. I have excellent credit, have a personal card with them, submitted everything as required, and when I called today, I was told I would have to submit a new application. My documents were fuzzy, they didn't like the utility bill, and basically they are sorry. Apparently, they don't really care about my business. Very discouraging.

I recently applied for the Chase/ Southwest credit card under the impression that I would be receiving 10,000 bonus points and a $300 statement credit as a welcome offer. I called the company after receiving my card to see when the points/ credit would be applied, and they told me that I was actually given a different offer which required that I spend $3000 in 3 months in order to receive any sort of points/ credits from them. Complete opposite of what I believed I would be getting. Long story short, I got scammed. I will be cancelling my credit card, and never flying with Southwest again.

Chase sided with Door Dash after an obvious abuse of door dash taking $96.00 out of my account and another unauthorized $9.95 per month.

BANK ANYWHERE ELSE! Not a bank, more like a storage facility. Your money is better off being stored in your mattress. I opened what was supposed to be an IRA, turned out my investment guy doesn't know how to do his job. It was just a normal investment account. 3 years later, only matured $500... I'm trying to liquidate and transfer funds to my personal bank account. Cut to 3 weeks later and Chase will not approve my external bank account to then transfer funds. I've never seen a bank so bad a banking. They should all be fired and Chase should close all of its offices. Leaving banking to someone who can actually do the job and who cares about their customers. Or give your employees enough training, information, tools, etc, to do their job. No chase rep can tell you anything about anything. You'll get transferred 10 times and and say the same thing to any rep and they'll just pass the buck to someone else until you get frustrated enough to hang out. Good customer service strategy. Very easy to get money into Chase but don't expect it to come back out.

They deserve 0 stars in my opinion. I called several weeks ago to cancel my credit card, I was told that a check for the credit balance on my card as well as the pro-rated annual fee remainder would be mailed to me shortly (I only had the card for a few months). Weeks later this never happened, I called again and was told that I would not be getting any of the fee back. The customer representative was no help and basically told me the previous customer representative was wrong. One person says one things, the next another.

I am a small business medical clinic owner that it is located in LA and another in Pasadena Ca, I went to the Chase in South Pasadena Ca a day after thanksgiving which was a working day. I needed to make a business transaction. I asked the staff if the bank was open for business and they told me that the back was open later the clerk who was trying to be helpful told me that my transaction could not be done as they had no business consultants available for work!!!, they transferred me to a person in the back of the bank and he told me that the transaction of pulling money out of my retirement account to my checking account was not possible because the market was closed however I knew and I saw it in the news that the market was open. The final point is that they could not help me with the transaction even if that day was open for business. I think that Chase is not as good option for back for small businesses as it portrays to be on the commercials if they do not have all the services ready to work for any business, they allow people to go on vacations while the branch does not have any help for special transactions.
I am very disappointed about Chase business and this is my second time of mishaps with Chase, the past incident was that they lost a check for 20 thou dollars that I deposited in the teller!! the machine swallowed my check, i went to the front and reported, later I received a letter that I never deposited any check !!! Later Chase apologized but they already caused me and my business a lot of grief and had to transfer money from my personal account to my checquing acct.!!! Shame on you Chase!!
