      Absolute racist encounter! I wanted to transfer a large amount of money to this bank, so I set up a meeting. Once at the meeting, I was informed by the man assisting me that he had googled me. First, do you Google all of your customers bringing you large sums of money, or just the BLACK people! Then, my account was not earning to correct amount of interest, but he never did anything about it! Instead, he kept saying that he would look into and call me, which did not happen! Now I see what the rest of Black people in America see with Chase.

      Worst bank to deal with for loans. They don’t do proper follow ups and hurt credit score for auto loans very badly,

      I file a dispute for big item against Tag Trucking with Chase Bank. TAG Trucking in Tupelo Mississippi didn't provide the service and product I paid for thru Chase Bank. Matter of fact the product damage more of my property and cause more expenses such as a new fuel pump, egr, Towing. Cost around $.22000. So I file a dispute with Chase Bank. Chase took about 4 months to respond back. I file dispute around July17th. Now its 0ctober 27. Chase just now call back and said they can not help me with refund because I didn't have a 3rd party statement or invoice of where I got the truck fix . I told them I sent it in when I first open the dispute. Chase said they never got invoice of 3rd party and I can't send in the invoice either to win the dispute because Chase Bank already resolve the dispute with merchant without calling me to ask for the 3rd party invoice. I told Chase Bank its not my fault and the Chase representative never call to ask for it. I believe Chase Bank is lying about not having the invoices and they practicing bad business.

      Within the last 30 days I have had to be reissued 4 different debit cards due to fraud on my account. At this time I’m truly convinced and concerned that these transactions are being done within the network therefore I will be closing my account and banking else where.

      They have by far the worst customer service out of any Bank I've ever been a customer of. I got attitude from the customer service staff and then when I asked to speak for a manager I was denied

      Not a good bank. Bank of America and Citibank are not only better but more humane. Need I mention, they are very reluctant to award bonuses to the economically disenfranchised. Customer service is horrible at most locations and modest at some. They claim they're a beloved American institution because their political donations support the Democratic party. The American public knows better.

      I use zelle with JPMorgan Chase to send my granddaughter a $50 gift for her birthday. The phone number I sent it to was wrong, but they can't find my mone,y they can't tell me where they delivered it to they can't tell me who they delivered it to they can't show me proof that they even delivered it but they're going to charge me $50 anyway. They have no clue where the $50 is what kind of bank is that?

      Merchants almost never get your money back I don’t understand this bank makes more money than I can imagine they can’t even help me out with a refund

      The manager of Chase put a security hold on my account. This prevented me from doing many transactions. I could not do a simple transfer such as sending money to Cashapp. If I wanted money ,I had to go to the bank and withdraw it. They also have a fee if you use an ATM that is not theirs. Now they want to close my account because a friend did a wire transfer to my account. 3 weeks later his bank is claiming it was a fraudulent wire. My friend never filed a complaint with his bank.(PNC) I was supposed to have a large direct deposit into my account. Chase denied it and is returning it to sender. Tying it up for 3 to 5 days. This bank is trying to control how I spend my money.It is not their business.
