If I could leave zero stars I would. I have called now five times to resolve an issue. After waiting on hold for hours, you will be hung up on. When I tried to speak to a manager, they directed my call to a hold line that hung up one minute later. Customer service is a massive issue with this company. Expect long wait times without any hope to resolve youre issue. I would recommend everyone not to use them for any loans. Just poor. I wish I could just get a hold of someone. My issue should be easy to resolve but they seem to be avoiding my calls.

Chase used to do a good job and we used them for business and personal banking, but they are now next to impossible to deal with. I have needed assistance two or three times this year and gave up on long hold times. They promised to send documents via USPS, but never do. Enough!

I am sorry but Chase Bank is losing many business customers in ********** ** including myself, ******* ****.
Reason: I sent a complaint to ***** *****, President and CEO of Chase Bank concerning a Chase Bank Credit Card FRAUD with ******* companies on 9/28.  I also sent a complaint to the following: Executive Office (Mail Code ********), **** ****** ****** ********* ** ****.  This was a waste of time and effort.  See report below.
Recent victim of a Chase Card Credit Card Fraud.  Chase Bank is funding ******* Criminal companies with the Credit Card in the amount of $5,000.  This is an ongoing case and I subsequently closed my Credit Card and Checking/Savings account with Chase Bank.  See report below concerning the ****** Company Addresses for the Chase Bank Credit Card Fraud.

Chase is holding my check for my business after they told me it would be cleared on an exact date then they told me it’s because of the bank that wrote the check had a history of issues with chase but that has nothing to do with me. I have a business & I feel like chase wants my business to be closed. They charge me so much overdraft fees for charges I didn’t approve of. Everytime I deal with them I feel like it’s no help. I walk into the banks sometimes and they have the look on their face like they don’t believe a black man should be doing business with them. They make everything hard for my business.

We signed up to use Chase JP Morgan payment processing services for our business. September 3rd 2023 I contacted Chase to close our account as we were no longer using the service. I was told the account was successfully closed only to be billed again this month. When I called to complain I was told that only the Risk Department could close the account and that they do not accept calls, I will have to wait for them to reach out to me in order to have my account closed but they cannot tell me when they will call me.

My credit card is closed. Though my account has been closed and I am paying more than the minimum amount due, they are charging me interest. My interest is almost as much as the minimum due. When a credit card is closed, how is it legal to keep tacking on fees and interest? You expect people to never be able to pay it off? Absolutely unreal. Never have I had an account to be CLOSED AND INTEREST AND FEES ARE STILL BEING TACKED ON! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and speaking with a lawyer friend to see if this is even legal.

Chase keeps changing my paper billing to paperless billing every time I go into my account. I don't like having to change it back to paper billing every time. If I had one and paperless billing hi and I alone would be the one to select it. Is completely unsatisfactory For your app to highlight the buttons on paperless billing without my permission . I feel that you were violating my civil rights by changing data in my account without my authorization being an interstate thing that could be a federal crime. If you're software can change from paper to paperless billing without my request, it can damn well leave my request for paper billing alone and let me change it if I want it changed you have no business nor authorization to do that and I will file charges against Chase bank if they don't correct the situation, you have my phone number I expect to call. I will be going through the Walnut Street bank on Monday and more than likely closing my account. Other banks there may be some that do this, but none that I will do business with, and I will post this all over the Internet That you change peoples preferences without their permission, I think that's a crime and I suggest we talk about it. Either paper billing stays until I that means me changes it or I will be seeking attorney to prosecute you for whatever I can with today's hacking abilities and artificial intelligence , I want a paper transaction of everything until there are no trees left. I will switch accounts to a different bank. If this is not rectified if you can force a program to change what you have entered yourself you can also program it to leave it alone, unless I myself choose to change it. I will reach out to social media and high dollar attorneys to correct this. It's just not something I should have to deal with with my stroke and other health issues that I have don't make me switch banks.

My account got hacked again on line by Pay Pal twice in a few minutes and the fraud department caught it and stopped the transactions, but I had to cancel my debit card and order another one.

I am a business owner and I bank with chase. I have an auto sales company since may 2022 and I’ve had 1 business account with chase since then. I have never had a check out in hold since I’ve been with chase. I just had a total hip replacement surgery and I’ve been in the hospital for a couple of days. I made an electric deposit on Thursday. Usually my funds are available right away or the next day. This time Chase put a hold on a cashiers check. I called them Tuesday because Monday was a holiday and i asked them why. They said they could not verify the funds. I asked them when it would be available and they said the next day. With that information I purchased some vehicles from the auction. The next day I open my bank account and the funds are still unavailable. I go to the local chase branch, limping and in extreme pain because of my total hip replacement surgery. I ask them if they can do anything for me and they say no. I have to get funds verified with Bank of America. I go to the Bank of America and they say there’s nothing wrong the check. Then chase calls my client and my client verifys the check. Then they tell me they still cannot do anything and that the check will still be on hold for 7 days. I begged them to release my money. The auction will close my account if I do not pay them within 48 hours. I will not be able to buy cars from them ever again. My blood pressure is through the roof and I’n in so much pain. Im on my way to the emergency room. I don’t know what I’m going to do and I don’t know if my business will ever recover from this again.
