I've only had a credit account for 3 months (first credit I've opened in over 15 years because I know these fuckers are shady) and took out a "pay over time" transaction for $2993 split over 24 months ($124.71 a month) and as a new customer I was allotted a "no fees no interest" during this time. There's no way to pay this separately you just pay into your normal credit (they should treat it like a loan where you can pay into the plan separate from your credit balance) so I've been manually adding my monthly expenditures plus the $124.71... and I've made all my bills on time.

Apparently exceeding the "interest saving balance" wasn't enough... they took this out of my payments towards the $2993 charge so now I only have 6 payments instead of 21 and owe $2150.84 by Nov 4th if I don't want interest.

I never thought trying to be overly responsible would come back and screw me but apparently it did... so much for trying to be responsible... DON'T PAY MORE THAN THE "INTEREST SAVING BALANCE" OR YOU'LL GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!!

JPM Chase client service is the most disorganized inept and dysfunctional organization I have ever dealt with. The brokerage portion is even worse. I deposited a very large sum to trade at JPM and their system is a disaster and the customer service is even worse. After the worse performance ever - transfer my account out and JPM could not even get that right. Charged me $75 to transfer but yet did not complete the transfer. I have had to call 8 times still not result. Luis the supervisor (in brokeage) said he would call me twice and never did. So unprofessional. High-end clients should avoid this place at all cost. Dealing with JPM Chase has cost me 1000s and they don't even seem to care. I am considering legal action as soon as I am rid on JPM Chase. This isn't right.

I have had a Credit Card with them for years, but they added a fun new feature online where I can't login in.
I'm on my 4th one time code and after a collective 2 hrs on the phone over 2 days speaking to 4 different people.
They are adamant the feature is turned off, but they can update my phone number for the 6th time.
They took my phone number 6 times and the technical issues guy read me back my old number and told me updating is all we can do.
I hope your bank fails and all of you die in poverty.
You ******** ********, thanks for the robo calls, I'll be by in person exactly once to pay my bill and close my account.
P.S. filing a complaint through Chase is even more difficult than paying them.

After being with Chase for about 10 yrs without any problems now I'm having all kinds of problems with them and every time you call someone from another country answer's the call. I don't feel safe giving my information. Chase is closing that's why everything has changed.

I disputed a charge for $534.02 since the movers were 3 days late and when they did show up, they were up charging me by 100%+. I was signed a quote after creating an inventory of my boxes and furniture with their rep and paid a deposit to for my furniture to be picked up on an agreed upon day. They didn’t show up nor did they call. I kept calling and texting the agent I paid/scheduled with and no answer. He finally calls back when I asked for my money back and promised they’d show up the next morning. They finally show up at 4pm and they start speaking a foreign language and going around and surveying my stuff. The leader comes back with hand written quote and says I’ve to pay X now and X upon delivery, almost tripling my quoted amount! I tell him I cannot afford that and he stays rushing me to pay, this causing me to cancel since our original contract was completely voided at this time. BUT chase rejected my disputed deposit of $534.02. Beyond livid!!!!

So it turns out Chase is discriminatory. I tried to cash my paper savings bonds with the, and was turned away. I have a credit account with them and have had a generally good relationship, but the first moment anything looks in anyway weird, the teller just goes nope, and shuts me down.

Actual story time. I'm trying to cash paper bonds my parents gave to me when I was born. I am trans so have changed my name. I have all the paperwork, old IDs, new ID, notarized court order. Everything is in perfect order. But an older man in line behind me at the bank gave me a funny look and called me suspicious, so the teller just said nope, you have to do that online. Didn't even look at any of the paperwork I brought. It seemed like the teller wasn't doing their due diligence just because another customer was transphobic. Which indicates that Chase as an institution supports transphobia and discrimination. If this isn't criminal behavior, it definitely should be. The entire point of a customer service position is to figure out what is actually going on with the customer and see if there are any solutions. This teller did nothing of the kind and instead left me mortified and humiliated in a public place. Chase is a bad place to bank and I am incredibly angry at how I was treated there.

I've been a Chase client since 2017, and had been mostly satisfied overall. Then this past week I linked an external account using their process of verification and then entered a transfer from Chase to the external account. Without any calls, notifications, texts, etc. they rejected the transfer due to "fraud". If I hadn't been proactive in monitoring I wouldn't have known since they didn't alert me. I was on the phone with Chase for 2 hours trying to get resolved. They also unlinked the external account without consulting me or having my permission. An employee, ****, said he'd makes notes on the account that it was me, but I'd have to do everything again and it would be processed tomorrow. I linked the external account again, USING THEIR VERIFICATION PROCESS. And entered the same transfer again. They rejected it AGAIN after **** was supposed to put notes advising it was the account holding doing this. After another two hours on the phone arguing with Chase, no one could say what it happened again and why I was notified...they also removed the linked account again. After much arguing and frustration, I was finally transferred to the Executive Office. I gave them the whole background and let them know I needed this transfer to happen ASAP. It's now been a week with no updates as to what happened and no help in the transfer of funds. I finally got the funds moved using another method, but this looks like a deliberate move by Chase to prevent me from moving my own money out of their institution when they validating my accounts and my identity. They are INTENTIONALLY making it difficult to move money from Chase, and it's not because of "fraud" since I followed their processes and validated my identity, accounts and intention. This is a SCAM and a violation of client trust.

After 5 years of being loyal customer chase starting to do unusual strange things

Under trained staff at almost every branch location

Technically issues with the app, their banking will shutdown randomly leaving you stranded and all they can say is “We’re sorry” they are right one of the sorriest bank out here

It’s been 6 days and my transaction are still pending this is very unprofessional

Not to mention I had to cancel 2 freaking meetings due to I cannot use my freaking CHASE CARD

Every time I logon to my credit card account, which I do daily, this bank sends a pop-up screen asking me to get my statements electronically or by US mail. I want my statements by mail, but until I switch, they keep hounding me constantly hoping I will go electronically, either by giving in or mistakenly choosing. STOP IT. This is a poor business practice. It tells me they are a crooked company. Time to find a better credit card.

Currently still dealing with an issue with a Credit card and have been for 3 months. I have talked to over 10 different people and submitted the documents they need 5 separate times. Every time I was told to wait 30 days for a response.
After the first 3 attempts and after 3 hours of being in the phone with them I wad finally told all the documents were submitted correctly and I’ll hear back in 30 days so guess what almost 30 days later I get a letter it’s not right again, I had a branch manager help me out every singe time we submitted them.
I was told it is impossible to talk to the department that handles the CC issue and the best they can do is submit them again and wait 30 days. So attempt number 4 failed again and attempt number 5 failed as well every time having a branch manager help us send them in. Even being so freaking clueless as to send the documents to the fax number that JPM gave us and having JPM reply 2-3 weeks later with oh we don’t know what number that is.

ITS THE NUMBER YOU GAVE US ON THE DOCUMENT YOU SENT TO FILL OUT.
We have been discriminated against and been told they can’t do anything because we sent it to the wrong number. Which is the number they gave us.
No management could help us and as a small woman owned business we have been profiled and discriminated against because we’re not some big business.
We even had an escalation person who handles complaints reach out and she was totally useless telling us the same thing we have been told before. Wait 30 days if (key word if) the documents were submitted we will have a response. She couldn’t even confirm that the documents were received in the first place because nobody can talk to that department. What kind of company cant help their customers and blocks them from communicating with departments.
It’s caused us to lose out on over $10,000 with of revenue and the stress and chaos this has caused in our lives and business is really disappointing.

DONT BANK OR USE CC WITH CHASE.
