      Constantly reversing payroll checks forcing me to pay out bounce check fees and giving me a bad name for writing bad checks. Having to go pull out cash to pay my guys

      As Executor of my sister's Estate, I am totally frustrated with this company. After 5 months (still ongoing) I have not been able to have them release her assets to her Estate Account. I have filed and notarized their paperwork, consisting of at least 10 pages or more, at least 4 times. Most of those pages do not relate to the situation at all. I have sent a copy of the Estate Deposit Slip, Death Certificate, Letter of Testamentary, a copy of my Drivers License as well as Social Security Number in addition to Name, Address, Phone, and E-mail. On my third phone call also. Faxed the paperwork as noted, received letter saying it was Illegible, but my copy was not. Mailed several times, and resent Death Certificate and Letter of Testamentary as well as their 10 + page document "Beneficiary Distribution Request". September 12, 2023 used Certified Mail. I contacted my Probate Lawyer for help. He said they would not even talk to him. He then asked me to send him a letter authorizing him to act on my behalf. I have not had any action there from JP Morgan either. They are the most uncooperative business I have ever experienced. My recommendation would be to AVOID any relationship with JP Morgan.

      do not bank with them, the customer service is bad when you need help. if you try to send a message directs you to the website, if you call they apologize and just today I was hung up 3 times, and i was very polite and did not use profanity.

      I made a big purchase that i wanted to place in my pay later plan, called and they just ignore me and did not offer any help.

      the rewards re great but please understand that when you need help they wont help you. you wont find the help, and dont dare to call. you will be hung up and they will just apologize and ask you if there is anything else they can help you with.

      Well after years of having credit cards through chase and me getting my home loan through chase, I had my checking, savings and all 3 of my credit cards closed with warning or reason. After a month of going to branches and calling them, I finally was told that due to negative media, they closed my accounts! I haven’t had a social media account in over 6 years and had never posted anything negative about Chase until now. I tried to file a dispute, citing mistaken identity but that was denied and I am banned from opening a chase account now. This is wrong on so many levels because I have never said anything bad about chase and their reasoning is fictitious. So disappointing that such a big company could even close my bank accounts down without notice over something like negative media and then not have to prove their case. I am at a loss. Terrible company in my book now!! Now they have a reason to sell my mortgage off next!!! Too big of a bank with too much power to treat hard working, credit worthy clients like this. Shame on you Chase!!

      My friends car broke down and the mechanic would not let me pay with a credit card over the phone so I thought I would just Zell her 500$. The transaction got held up for review so I called the number it said to call to get it resolved. I had to go through a tedious automated operator and then I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I got to talk to a real person. I told him my story then he went through a identification verification process. After he was done with all that he said you have called the wrong department, I will transfer you to the correct department. I was transferred to another automated operator and then put on hold for another 10 minutes. When this operator answered I had to start my story all over again because none of my information was transferred and to make it worse his identification process required me to have my ATM card. I told him I didn't know where it was and that the previous operator didn't need it. He said that didn't matter, he needed it. I said there must be a different way to verify my identification and he said this was the only acceptable way unless I wanted to physically go into a branch. So I tried to log into my account via my phone and I am now completely locked out of my account. I asked the operator what is going on. He said this was all being done for my protection. I asked to speak with someone else, he refused. I asked to speak to his manager, he refused. When I got upset he hung up on me. How this company has a 1.1/5 review rating and still maintains an A+ is puzzling to me.

      TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK ASAP. CHASE employees is stealing money out of their customers account. The bank tellers is giving out user info and allowing random people to cash checks from your personal account. I had my account hacked 2 times in less than a week. I got a brand new account number and my money was stolen again. This is definitely a inside job. TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK ASAP. TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK ASAP.       I have my home mortgage with Chase as well as my checking account. On their annual review to determine how much they were going to raise my mortgage payment which has always been a few dollars they raised the value of my home 100,000. until they got the new mortgage payment through and then it went back down to where it should be. They raised my mortgage payment 188.57 a month which was exactly what I got in my social security yearly raise and the raise from a small pension right down to the penny. Absolute crooked business practices. I am closing my account and refinancing with a reputable company.

      Chase bank did a bank initiated closure and separated ways with me. They won’t tell me the reason. It makes me sad because I want to fix the situation and start fresh with Chase! I do like chase but super sad I don’t know what happened why they separated ways with me

      Chase closed my business credit card due to needing more information regarding my address, etc. I went in to my local branch & did everything with my banker. The banker said we provided everything, and they remain to keep my account closed. Now every time I call chase, they say “ please allow us 48 hours” which I have done multiple times. The people I speak to on the phone confirm they have the info they need, but “ the back office decides & doesn’t have phones” so they state it is out of their control. If chase really wanted to know my business is legitimate they can go on the Arizona corporations commission website & see everything. Why did you grant me credit in the first place if you didn’t have the info you need?

      This is effecting my small business & I can not run it without my card. I have provided everything you need. Chase claims to support small business but is killing an aspect of mine. Horrible customer service & I would give zero stars if I could. I am also a private client, they do not value their customers at all.

      I was out of town and did not have access to check my phone on a regular basis due to a business trip. I use Chase as a backup account since they have locations nearly everywhere, but while I was away I was charged 7 overdraft charges. I understand my account should not have been overdrawn and under normal circumstances this would not have happened. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge so many fees and expect someone to pay them immediately. That’s nearly $350. I called and explained my situation and had 3 removed, but I am responsible for the other 4, which is nearly $200. I cannot believe this is how Chase operates and will be closing my account as soon as I am able. Being a service member with a military account means nothing.
