      Chase Bank deserves 0 stars if possible. They hold withdrawals, reverse them, then allow them to be posted twice. They refuse to assist in the correct manner or timely manner. They do not honor and of the deals or coupons they offer, and if you try to have them follow through the response is back and forth to contact the branch or the 800 number. This is the absolute worst bank and we haven’t even been members for 5 months! They have no care for how their poor quality affects individuals and should be ashamed.

      Been with Chase more than 10yrs. After making a large deposit they wouldn't release the money. None of it. They said they needed to verify details. Ok. They called the issuer of the check. The issuer is my Attorney. Then Chase came up with another excuse. Still being denied early release claiming no verification from PNC. The check cleared after 2 days and now on day 11 Chase is still holding my money and still claiming they have no verification. Once it IS released we will be closing our accounts with Chase and no longer doing business with them. If I could give them zero stars I would. Done with Chase Bank!

      Chase is the most fraudulent bank I have ever dealt with opens the account in July and after 6 transactions they have deemed my account as fraudulent and are closing my account

      This bank itself and people who work for it are extremely rude, untrustworthy liars. They will talk over you and keep running circles to avoid doing real work. My account was restricted by them and was told they needed the check maker’s phone number. It took me seven tries to get an agent to make the verification and was told they would remove the restriction in 30 minutes, however due to their lying nature, it’s now been hours and they are now saying they’re closed and the problem still remain unsolved.

      They don’t care about their customers. Knowing that I have had they for over 8 years and never doing something you would think they would flag it and call. NO they just let someone get into your account and take you’re hard earned money. DONT BANK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE PEOPLE STEALING UOURE MONEY AND LOCKING YOU OUT OF YOURE ACCOUNT (Called multiple times for over 3 weeks about it and they just kept saying change username and password which did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!)

      I have a personal and 3 business accounts with Chase and I believe this is the recipe for a nervous breakdown. I deposit three checks on a Chase ATM and the receipt shows only two checks deposited instead of three. Today, I checked the account on line and none of the checks were credited to the account. I called customer service and was told they did not know anything and was transferred to another department. I was on hold for about 2 hours and finally had to hang up because nobody answer the phone. I called a second time customer service and was on hold again for about 30 minutes. I was so frustrated that I hug up. The third time I called I got the executive office and was told they have to start an investigation to check the ATM machine and gave me a case number. I don't know how long I have to wait to have access to those funds, it is just unacceptable. I have complained before about their services and nothing has changed. If you get a call center abroad with an issue about a business account they refuse to give information even if you give them your employer's ID #, they demand your Social Security #. If you call your branch nobody answers the phone. If you go to a branch we can not speak to a banker without setting up an appointment and you have to take valuable time of your busy schedule to go return to the branch and you are lucky if you can get an answer from a banker because sometimes they do not have an answer for you and they have to contact other departments.
      THIS IS A NIGHTMARE! WHERE IS THIS BANK MANAGEMENT?

      Very poor customer service! I have a Chase credit card and they have shut the card down twice this year and both times when I was traveling. I understand the fraud prevention but there are other remedies available that are not so disruptive to the customer such as validating via phone if this is a known business whereby the customer could resolve the issue. I totally understand when someone may have the number and it is not a known business and they charge because they want to shut it down before they steal a lot of money. I raised my concerns to Chase and received a form letter. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Chase responded saying they are following their procedures and did nothing wrong. They fail to acknowledge the issues they create for a traveling customer and will not consider adopting other practices such as what Capital One does by doing a deeper investigation before closing the card. The last charge that caused them to cancel my card was a business I have utilized and charged services so a simple phone call resolved the issue. My assessment is that Chase does not want to do anything further to service the customer as a means of cost avoidance & convenience for them, but place their customers in terrible situations. Given that many businesses require a credit card when traveling such as hotel & car rental it is imperative that customers have use of their card. In addition, many people such as myself, have several credit cards but utilize one in their wallet in case it gets lost or stolen. I already know that Chase will not do anything voluntarily so I would like the BBB to warn Chase customers about their practices. Finally, I also intend to raise this concern to my Congressional representatives as they need to consider legislation for credit card companies to protect consumers similar to the airline bill of rights that Congress passed.

      Work Check 700$ been on hold for more than 5 days, Called costumer support, apparently they can’t do nothing even though I told them the person number and name for them to release my check it’s my job check I see my boss every day I just open an account and decided to start depositing in this bank NEVER AGAIN!!and I have bills to pay, who’s goin to pay the late fees on my bills? Who’s goin to feed my Child? Come on what kind of Person/Bank institutions can be like that I feel abused of my rights , I can’t do nothing just get hit by all my bills!

      I asked how to close my checking account 3 months ago and they closed it when I still had money in it without my authorization and I have been trying to get the money that was in my account but they keep making excuses not to give it to me and hanging up on me. They are thieves and liars and have no clue what they’re doing. I still haven’t received a check with the money from my account. Stay very far away from this poor excuse of a bank.
