      I would give 0 stars if that were an option. It started second week of June, it’s now Sept 1 tomorrow. I was dealing with a name change on a previous account that took two full months to deal with and me having to resubmit the same documents more than once. Being passed around to different financial advisors because no one could figure it out. This resulted in multiple calls that were over ONE HOUR long. That finally got handled after ME having to check up on where the process was because no one was reaching out like they said. Then I liquidated an account, requested the check be overnighted. Of course it wasn’t. Was told 3-5, 5-7, then 7-10 business days. It’s now been 15 days and the check is lost. Call to get that handled and was told it’ll now be two more days for the funds to go back into the account for them to issue another check from there. And again ME having to check in on what’s going on because no one can seem to do their job correctly and no one has the same information. An absolute nightmare to put it nicely. Will NEVER do anything with them again. Retrain all your employees so they all have the same information because this has been so unprofessional since day one.

      We have been with JP Morgan Chase. Overall, they have been a good, reliable bank to deal with. However, over the last few years I have seen a steep decline in customer service. I walked into my local branch today and there were 3 bankers sitting at the desks without any clients. There were 4 tellers behind the counter with only one customer at the window. I asked to open a checking account for my high school daughter and was told that they were too busy. They told me I would need to make an appointment. They said the only appt they had for the rest of the week was 2pm tomorrow. I told them that was during my hours of work. They offered to let me make an appointment next week. I looked around the lobby and at the bankers sitting around with no clients and they stated again that "It takes around an hour to open a high school checking" and that it "really can't be done today. We are too busy." ??? I am very disappointed in their customer service at the ***************** branch in ***** ********

      After 4 years, Chase decided to report a charged off account to my credit with no notification. Then when I call to try to resolve the issue, I was hung up on- after speaking to 3 different departments - and after holding for about an hour!

      I give this **** a lower than one star rating. These folks upon reviewing two credit card payments made from a client determined them to be legitimate transactions and even emailed me stating they had concluded their review and cleared them to be deposited. Only hours later repealed that clearance and cancelled the deposit of the funds into my account. The reason was given that I posed a high risk for chargebacks and disputes but there hadn't been a single chargeback or dispute of any card payments in my history. To go even further I had my account closed altogether. I've **** with Chase one other time they were shady then as they still are now. I will never **** with them again.

      Chase bank stole $***** from me. My account was hacked"again"and chase thinks I stole my own money, Why in the f*** would I do that?? I have called the police on my own bank bcuz now I need to get a sepena to view the cameras from the ATMs, I can only withdraw $600 a day. HOW IN THE **** CAN I WITHDRAW ***** WITHIN 4HOURS????, AT NIGHT!!, The only thing I figured that it's an inside job. Chase has employees that steals from the customer and apparently the investigation department are a bunch of idiots if they don't know what is going on by now, FIRE THEM AND GET GOOD INVESTIGATORS, THE **** YOU HAVE NOW ******* ****. Chase stole $***** of my hard earned money that I saved. So ya I'm a little f****** ******, next step is getting a lawyer to get my money back and then I'm going to **** **** you Chase. ******* thieves.

      This bank is a complete waste of time and holds your money for weeks at a time. They have held my paycheck for over a week now wanting a phone number to verify that it's good. I've given them not only our head of human resources number, but our state comptrollers as well and they refuse to call either. I was told to drive to a bank 2 hours from my home so they could take care of it and low and behold they couldn't, so it was a 4-hour road trip that got me nothing but an empty gas tank. That was followed by a two-hour phone call which once again got me nowhere. On top of it all, I'm not going to be able to help my daughter move into her dorm at college this weekend because my money is tied ** in that account. As soon as I can get my money back I'll be closing my account and taking my money elsewhere. If there was a way to give Chase -10 stars I would.

      Im being ignored by chase. Problems starting when i transferred my accounts from ********* to *****. Voice messages are not returned in a timely matter. Took 6 months to transfer my investment accounts to *****. I cannot begin to count the unanswered requests for call back and total disregard for ANY request. Im sick of it. Anyone here found relief from another bank Wish there was a zero rating. Chase barely qualifies for even a ZERO SCORE.

      Chase told me I can open an account but it had to be a restricted account then 6 days later after I got the card in the mail and activated the card then they closed the account saying suspicious activity with the account. What suspicious activity when I didn't have the account for 1 week and no money was going in or out the account. ******************** thinks all black people steal or commit fraud when the same thing been happening with my friend account as well.People don't use Chase they are wrong and liars.No explanation why it was closed only say suspicious activity on the account when the account just was open a week ago.No activity was going on with the account when it was barely ***** in the account when it was opened because I am disabled and I dont have a lot of money so how was it suspicious on the account,?Worst bank ever

      I want to *** ******************** Bank. See the problem is this I had been reaching out to them when I lived in a shelter, and I had no money left. I made an account with them that they said was OK and clear for me to have that account then they randomly shut the account down didnt tell me why said that there was no problems with the account, then they turned around and wouldnt even give me the $100 that I deposited into a checkings and savings account. Theyve given me the excuses and run the run around. They have not tried to help me and this is the second time that theyve screwed me over when *** tried to give them a fair chance and become a customer to their bank. If there is any way I can get help to *** them for how they rob me, I would love to get that help. This is my email if also during this situation I was pregnant and homeless I lost my baby a week ago and my situation has been up and down but chase had no right to take 100 dollars from me when they get more then I do

      Might as well keep your money under your bed. I was looking forward to banking with Chase after a bad experience at another bank. I was going to open a business account, get a credit card, open a savings account, maybe ******************** a car etc. Not now. I'll be bank shopping again very soon. A completely unnecessary hold on a deposit for 9 days! Avoid with extreme prejudice. *******************************************************************************
