      JPMorgan Chase bank is horrible. I went online to apply for an account with ********************, during the completion of my application I was told to contact the ***************** After several attempts trying to contact the fraud department, I was told that Chase closed an account I had in 2015 and they were discontinuing services with me and I could never obtain any type of banking services with Chase.I asked if I could get additional information as to why this decision was made and if I could speak to a manager or someone who could possibly offer me more information. I was told they were unable to provide me with any additional information and there was no one I could speak to.This was the most horrific experience I've had with a bank and I feel that it is my right to receive more in-**** information as to why this decision, to no avail they refused to offer me anymore information.

      Absolute dogshit company. Allowed me to open an account and deposit money only to find the account closed with no notice and no refund on my money. Absolute scam. 0 f****** stars would not recommend this ******************** to anyone ever. Useless f****** customer service over the phone and in person. Trash human beings working for a trash company go f****** figure

      I put $2200 in the *** at the Chase Bank on 95th a block *************** a few doors down from Chipotle. After I deposited the money the atm gave me a message saying a few items couldnt be read and was giving them back. Once the deposit door opened it gave back $500 and I seen that the door was still opened. I looked in it and it was $200 more dollars kind of balled up. The bills were new as I just got them from my other account at ****************. Once I got the $700 back the screen said it deposited $300 but when the receipt came out it showed no deposit!!!! I grabbed the Rey and went straight to the counter and the attendant put in a claim because it showed nothing was deposited!!! They said I would get a credit in a day or two and that didnt happen. I went back and theyre saying ten days!!! I have to wait when their machine took MY money!!! Ill never bank with them ever again.

      Horrible bank, only look out for them selfs s******* over the people who puts money in their pockets. The monthly charges on accounts are high but who is chase to tell me what I can and cant do with my money. If I want to pull 10k out for a cash purchase its non of you business. Will never use or recommend this bank! Zero stars.

      There horrible for small business. They are costing my company $1500.00 **** because they decided to put an extended hold on a deposit check for no reason. Refuses to release the hold. I. Going to be out $6,000.00 by the time the hold comes off. My contract with client states for every day we are not on site we will be charged $1500.00 ****. They dont care the ther material is going to be late because of chase. Asll i get is the run around from chase. Fome to find out after speaking with an attorney, there excessive extended holds are illegal. So i have been advised to file a lawsuit against chase for this. Along with there horrible overseas call center. I shouldnt have to talk to another country about my banking this is wrong as well

      Our safety deposit annual rent was paid on June 30/2023. Went to close the box on July 21/2023. I requested a refund for the box and the answer was no we do not refund or prorate. I requested that they can take 3 months rent if they wish but I should get some refund since most of the banks in ***** do that. Their answer was it not our policy when I know for sure they refunded my friend that closed her box the week before because she threaten them to close her account. Now she had around $50,000.00 in her account which I did not. So their statement that it is not policy to refund is a total lie. This at our local bank in *****, **. Then I get a call from their someone from the ******** office who was not willing to listen to anything. Her only answer was it is not our policy. I asked how come they **** the rules for some but not others. Could not answer my question.

      This is ridiculous! I've been on hold with #ChaseBank for over an hr to talk to someone about releasing $ on my account. I went to the local branch(while on hold) and the woman said she couldn't do anything for me (with an attitude) and basically walked away. Said she was "sorry" I told her that her apology didn't mean anything to me Because she didn't want to help me in anyway. Seriously thinking about closing my acct. What happened to business wanting to go out of their way to at least try and help the customer? I'm furious right now! #************************** #******** I will be posting this on the website, local ** pages, and everywhere else I. An think of.

      Then I contact my bank Chase to make dispute to get my money back from ******* Airlines , Chase issued temporary money back in my account till do their investigations, I have text message from ******* Airlines the flight was canceled not me , but what happened Chase called me at my personal cellphone and for some reason not reach me out and never left voice mail or try to call me again , after while I did figured out the money came back to ******* airlines, I contact Chase , I have told agent called me and they unable to reach me out for more invitation, I told them I can get you the evidence I have but they told its out time frame ??! I told them its pandemic time and the country and whole world in emergency time , should not time frame and that not fair to treat me like this

      Chase will post last fees and not reverse them unless it's within a 3 month window. Chase will also tell you if you pay your bills through their website your screwed because it's not through Chase it's actually through another company. What chase says delivered by and delivered on is not correct. Chase has taken $80 from me in fees and they are wrong but will not do anything about. Chase is a fraud of a bank!

      Chase Bank has no interest in serving customers, only making their money. We had Chase as our mortgage lender on a house we just sold. During the sale process we had to replace our roof. We put the claim in with our homeowners insurance prior to closing. The check was received after closing, but was still made out to us and Chase jointly. However, our mortgage with Chase had been paid off. I called Chase ********************************* to discuss this with them. They gave me two options, either have the insurance company reissue the check without Chase on it, or they could request approval for the endorsement by a local Chase branch, which could take up to two days. Two days is quicker than reissuing and remailing the check. I sat on hold while the Chase representative sent my request for approval and it was immediately approved (no 2 day waiting) because our account was paid in full. I then drive to a local Chase branch. I give the Teller all the information and she reads from her screen "Please advise the customer that ******************** Bank no longer has an interest in this insurance claim and Chase is unable to endorse this check. Please have the customer contact their insurance company to have the check reissued without Chase listed as an interested party." They can't even get consistent communication within a 15 minute span. Such a waste of my time.Ever since the real estate crash in 2007ish I have not liked nor trusted Chase. This just solidified my opinions. They do not have any care or concern for customers.
