      I keep getting fraudulent charges on my account EVERY MONTH! I have to call to dispute them, get disconnected several times and every customer service agent barely speaks English which makes it all the more frustrating! They cancel my card then send me a new one which takes at least 2 weeks. So for only about 2 weeks each month I'm without my debit card. Today, I asked multiple times to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there is none, then the barely-speaking-English-women said there IS a supervisor who wants to review my account, so she lied about that! Now they are refusing to refund my account the money that someone else stole because she keeps talking about the previous month, not listening to me at ALL! I'm cutting my losses and going to another bank. Absolutely horrible service! I'm going to ***** Fargo!

      My husband and I was hit with a scam call from a chase phone number. Our account was charged for ***** we called chase within five minutes to report this transaction as a fraud, it pended for four days now chase wont give us our money back. They have treated us like we was the criminals. I even filed a police report but still not good enough for chase. They state that they sent us a message and since we hit yes because we thought we was on the phone with chase fraud and was doing what we thought Chase was asking us, they said its not their responsibility.

      Chase did not get me a valid reason to not open my account when I went waisted an hour to open an account for my son an high school checking. After several days, I get a letter stating I decline to allow them debit card overdraft fees in which is false and not true. I called corporate today to ask the reasoning and still could not give me a valid reason why I would get the letter stating the false allegations when I am on board totally with debit card overdraft fees but not on board with their business practices. To deny me a relationship with them and send me a bogus letter to indicate I refuse to authorize debit card usage is not the reason is bad business. BBB access

      My business partners card was compromised and there were some fraudulent charges. Chase reversed them, but apparently we missed one small transaction that was fraudulent when we called in(we have thousands of transactions so we only got the bigger ones). Because of this they reversed the chargeback and told us to file a police report, which immediately did. Chase then re-reversed the chargebacks and missed two large ones, and said we didnt even need to police report. Moreover, because I was under the impression everything was clear I forgot about it. Turns out those two transactions that they missed have been racking up late fees etc. and has now hit my credit for being delinquent. Im in the process of buying a house and this ruined it. Ive now been on hold for 2 hours after getting transferred 4 different times. Im absolutely appalled at how they treat their customers. Not to mention Im a preferred client. Completely unacceptable

      Chase bank has been using devious schemes to fraud their customers in to paying hundreds of fees in overdraft. They move and hold payment authorizations to be able to charge $34 per transaction in overdraft. I’ve complained multiple time to no avail because I have no proof that they’re moving and holding on to transactions. Why? Because the app doesn’t allow screenshots or screen record. I got paid $1500 today but Chase decided to charge away and now I’m left with $220. The BBB needs to look in to this asap.

      The worst bank there ever will be. I just deposited a very large sum of money. I went to get gas to take my daughter to the hospital and my debit card was declined. When I called they said one reason after another. When I asked the question in a different way they said another reason. Then they flat out lied. This bank is horrible and so are the people there, especially when you call the back of your card. They love telling customers no but mainly they get off making problems for them. Life is hard enough without some tool at your bank making up reasons why you cant use your own money. Ill be without money this weekend but come Monday Ill be taking it all out and closing my account. F Y ********************

      Chase Bank decided while I was away in the ************ for 2 weeks, to lower my credit limits because thats the way I use my cards. My business almost crashed and burned because they keep lowering different cards. I told them I wasnt poor and to run a full credit report and they refused to do it. Stay away from this bank!

      I have a family emergency and chase refused to release my funds so i can make it to be with family. I have contacted the hold department and the building manager and both their requests has been denied by the higher *** in the company! They have explained everything to them and everything has been verified and they still refused to lift the hold early.

      Charges were allowed on my card even though it was locked. I was informed that charges could be made to the card even after the account was closed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
