      You will waste your time trying to get a problem resolved with this bank. 45 minutes of being shuffled around just to be hung up on! They hold checks. They hold transfers. You will not have access to your money, if you deposit it here!

      Chase Bank fraudulently deducted $3,000 from my bank account. I spoke to 10+ customer service reps over the span of a week. All acknowledged that there was a "glitch" in the system, but no one has been able to help recover my funds. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH CHASE!

      The absolute worst bank I have ever used. They held a check for over 10 days and made no effort to release the hold on a domestic check! I have banked at this Bank for over 10 years. *********** here I come!!

      Chase is the worst. What do they do with my money? My direct deposit paychecks are cut from a chase account, and they are to be deposited into my chase checking account, but for some reason it always takes 4-5 days to process. My coworkers that use obscure/random banks that aren't chase get their monet the day after it's deposited. I truly hate you chase. You don't get me my money in a timely manner, then you charge me fee after fee for overdrafting. If that's not a scam, I don't know what is.

      Chase was helpful in alerting me to someone trying to take funds out of my account and recommending me to cancel card and sending me another. But Chase allows merchants to extract funds from a new card without authorization. I feel absolutely violated.

      Chase is horrible bank. If i can give them 0 stars I would. There was 7 fruad claims on my account was not notified about any of them and they canceled my account until the 7 claims get figured out. I don't know how Chase is in business or not calling customers about false claims. Now I cannot access my account until 7 business days and now cannot go to work or renew my license. I never felt so disregard or disrespected. How can a bank not catch this. So annoying. My birthday is in 3 weeks and I needed to get a new license and now i can't even do that. Once they release my funds I am not staying with chase. Horrible experience ever.

      Chase bank like most bank are truly blood sucker . Imagine if you put $****** in saving in a year you get about ONE DOLLAR in interest. But if you have credit card with balance of $****** you will pay over$3000 in interest in a year.. Yes authorized thief to **** hard working ******** families blood. DO NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY IN BANK SAVING YOU GET A BUCK FOR EVERY $10000 in saving, Dose is worth to keep your money in saving. that is big risk for $1 interest for &******. Karma they eventfully will go down. PULL YOUR SAVING OUT SEE WHAT WILL HSAPPEN TO THEM BLOOD SUCKER.

      Times are hard for everyone. I had a leased vehicle I was trying to finance so I could buy at my end of contract. Vehicle was repossessed before that happened. My in laws bailed me out. I walked into a chase branch where my father in law sat down with a very courteous bank rep and processed to pull almost $16k CASH from his chase bank ACCOUNT and wire transferred it to Chase Auto. The bank rep then called in house to chase auto and was spoken to just as nasty and I have been over the last 2 weeks and was told I had to wait for funds to be verified. This was on MON. Why is it now Thurs and Chase Auto can still not verify CASH wire transferred from Chase to Chase!!! Ive called every number, spoken to every department over the last few days. CHASE I want the car I BOUGHT 3 days ago. ** told had we brought the $16k in CASH to a western union or money ****** they would have released my car immediately!? Who walks out of a bank with that much cash and doesnt get robbed before making it to the western union inside a ********* But wire transfer from Chase to Chase Auto with a branch rep calling to validate transaction is not good enough!? You certainly posted the withdrawal from the chase checking account immediately. The 2 stars are only because of the cust svr I received at the branch and with my credit card representatives who are always nice even when *** fallen behind when I lost my job. Chase Auto your reps lack empathy and talk down me. I was told by an auto mngr I had ample time to secure the funds now Im on THEIR time and I just need to wait. They need better training on policys too. Guarantee, you call and ask the same question 5 different times and you will get 3-4 different answers. Yea I get it l, shame on me for being human and getting my car repossessed. Shame on you for being inhumane n treating me like Im just one of the million plus accounts to have, Im easily replaceable and my business means nothing to you. Shame on you!

      Chase customer support told me if I was to cancel my flight booked through ultimate rewards I would be able to get a refund for seat reservations paid to the airline. I cancelled and was told by the airline I would not get a refund. Chase offered me good faith points for the inconvenience. After waiting about 3 months or so, 4 phone calls to explain the situation 10+ times, zero proof on my end, and a giant waste of time, Ive heard and received nothing. Foolish and amateur customer service from beginning to end.

      I have been a customer with ******************** for ** years. I noticed $246 withdrawal from my savings which I never once have payed for anything from- only use my checking to pay people. I immediately knew it was fraud looked back and for 3 months in a row $246 was stolen electronically. The detail line said Capitol one and a phone number and other numbers, the phone # did not work, and after looking up a real Capitol one phone number they said those numbers are not ours and we do not know who could have done that, and Chase needs to send xy&z for us to help. Long story short Chase claims the 2 signed affidavits I mailed are missing and they closed the case and basically too bad. All they needed to do was call the phone # on the statement to get the answers I got. Very scary as I'm sure someone got our info in cyber space from Chase (we have never typed that account number in any computer do not bank online)and have made it look legitimate to Chase. I am in the process of moving all my money to another bank and will no longer have a savings as i did not monitor it closely as we never use it. If you have Chase keep close attention always. Because if something happens a 36 year pristine banking record will not help.
