      So I have had my account with ******************** for YEARS but a few weeks ago I receuved a document with ALL OF MY PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION on it. Full SSN and all! To top it all off the envelope was open, it appeared to either not been sealed or not sealed properly. I contacted the coporate office IMMEDIATELY, they case me a case number and 3 weeks later NOTHING!!!! They just keep telling me they are investigating and this is *************** of the reps slipped up last week and said they confirmed the document was sent, so what are they investigating? Did not have the decency to offer credit monitoring while they "investigate". They don't even have a timeline to say how ling this will take. Im so disugusted and disappointed in how this is being handled.

      This is the worse bank I've ever had and wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone thats looking for a financial organization to trust their funds.

      My credit card was fraudulently charge over 20 times for thousands of dollars with in minutes from a merchant that I authorized 1 charge from. When I called and reported it as fraud, they denied the claim and allowed the charge. They stated that I should have used the term “dispute” because they only consider “fraud” when you have never had any contact with the merchant. When I called back they say they are not able to reopen or investigate with a phone request and now I have to mail letters asking them to reopen the case as a “dispute” the fact they there is no mechanism in place to identify 25 charges within seconds of each other and stop that is inconceivable. But to add insult to injury they make it so difficult to try to get it rectified. They cause the issue then make it as difficult as possible to rectify it. As soon as I get this cleared up I’ll cancel this card. HORRIBLE COMPANY NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Notified me of account closure the same month and said to call if I had any questions but when I did call they said that the reason was confidential. After banking with them for over 10 years you would think they would have transparency with their customers.

      Very poor service. I have yo call 4 - 5 times a day for an entire week to get a $500 Zelle to go through.

      I will be closing my account when my paycheck clears, and encourage everyone to switch from Chase. This is the 3rd time a check deposit of mine will be on hold for 7+ days. My employer's HR guy got a hold of **************** They said adamantly that there is no issue to release my funds. Chase is a selfish greedy financial institution. My daughter's birthday is ruined because they are holding my paycheck hostage; I now owe late fee's to several services. I spoke today with ******* who told me "We cannot request anything with **************** because they won't communicate since we(chase) are not their customer." So I repeated what I had been told by a lady rep the day prior - June 9th(Fri) - "If your funds are not available by 3pm today(fri) then they should be tomorrow morning(today/Sat)". That was after a 15-20min hold for the lady rep to contact **************** ******* called me a liar by saying "she never said that; that is not accurate. Check the recording I said. Plus I responded to the lady rep with "I have never heard of a bank depositing funds on a weekend" but was reassured by her. What a dirty way to conduct business.I am aware the longer you hold funds, the more days you have to profit off them. Chase's actions, policies, and algorithms are morally criminal. I never expected this from the largest bank in *******.

      Review Long Overdue ************** You Could Possibly Go With.If you like being given absolutely no valid answers for why your $ isn't refunded in your account when you have literally ***** Paypal, and some random card creditor & an official physical receipt showing you shipped an item out - all saying / showing valid proof that $ should be there and its not. Maybe you have a problem customer with an expensive item you sold and its out of your hands. Maybe fraudulent identity theft charges. Where's the actual support when you have all this proof pointing that something should be done but they don't do anything. Giant time wasters.They will harass you like crazy even 6+ yrs later and ruin your credit even after you've established that you paid everything off and closed the account. It's as if that was never done at all, ****, $ I paid disappeared into thin air right. &How nice that they bill you every month.I'm the official Extramillions top results of ******* of twitch TTV, domain owner of that and 30 domains - a work in progress. They're harassing the wrong person. Let me tell you.

      I have five different accounts with Chase. When I tried to open a new credit card, I got a notification saying that they needed more information. I go into a Chase branch because I never got an email saying I could do it electronically and they say they cannot help me they're too busy even though a person was doing nothing but saying "Hello" to people once they come in. This happens a second time. The third time I try they are finally able to help but only because someone didn't show up. (The availability of a banker is two weeks out). The banker finally tells me they need additional documents (none of which were provided in the application pending screen). I go back home to gather all the necessary information. The banker scans everything and tell me I would receive an update in 5-7 business days. 10 business days go by and I call in again and they say now the documentation I provided for the banker to scan is too dark. Like am I supposed to go into the branch for a fourth time for them to mess up my documents and have someone steal my identity? I'm pretty sure this is against the law (Fair Credit Reporting Act and pulled my credit without providing details).

      Chase Bank promises to refund money that is lost or stolen through fraud or a scam. That is a bold face lie. They only do ad hoc, skin deep investigations and come up any excuse not to refund your money. Their only response is we are sorry this happened but its your problem now. I would recommend never using JPMorgan Chase for ANY of your financial needs. I will be leaving Chase Bank for good. There are plenty of better financial institutions out there. Be sure to use them and NOT Chase Bank
