As a Chase private client doing high volume high dollar amount trades I recieved the worst customer service causing thousands of dollars in loss. Their online system error would not let me close a position so I called. That stock price was good for another 20 min but they took an hour to place the trade after not being able to explain why the error occurred and led me to believe if I placed the trade at the lower price they could do a price correction on the back end. Then they denied the correction causing a 6k loss. Called again and was told no way to dispute further even though between their system error and lack of service training caused a real financial loss. If the phone rep told me up front it didn't qualify for a price adjustment I wouldn't have sold. Filled a formal complaint but don't have much hope considering the way it's been handled so far. Will move hundreds of thousands away from chase to a different broker.

**************** is horrible. If you call in *** get disconnected, they do not call you back and you have to start over and back of the line. I have called in 4 times in 1 day and the issues of sending myself money through zelle is not fixed. Other banks care and call people back, why don't you?

They made a duplicate zelle payment and now it takes forever to get your money back. They're playing the blame game between Chase and Zelle. Very unprofessional by such a larger bank. Even more of a reason why central banks shouldn't exist.

In an era of unprecedented technology, Chase Bank has managed to elevate customer frustration to an art form, casting themselves as a tragically incompetent antihero in the arena of personal banking. My experience with them has been so utterly abysmal that it's evolved beyond disappointment and ventured into the realm of the downright absurd. My story starts with a seemingly innocuous incident. During a business trip overseas, I found myself unexpectedly locked out of my Chase Bank accounts. An inconvenience, yes, but surely a minor speed bump in the grand scheme of things.Imagine my shock, then, when my initial call to customer service resulted in the mind-boggling advice that I needed to physically visit a branch to resolve the issue. No, you didn't read that wrong: an international customer, halfway across the world, was told they needed to drop everything and travel back to ***************** to visit a brick-and-mortar branch.Saddled with an impossible task, I instead chose to embark on a 24-hour odyssey through the labyrinth of Chase Bank's customer service a team seemingly trained in the art of deflection and the chorus of "the system is responsible". At every turn, my pleas were met with robotic recitations of policy and procedure, void of empathy, understanding or an ounce of human ingenuity. After this harrowing ordeal, it is painfully clear to me that Chase Bank is woefully ill-equipped to serve those who travel or conduct international business. No amount of corporate spin can cover up the fact that, when it comes to global business or personal banking, Chase is clearly not up to the task.If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I urge you to think twice before entrusting your financial wellbeing to Chase Bank. With countless alternatives offering robust, modern solutions to personal banking, there's simply no reason to endure the Kafkaesque nightmare that is banking with Chase.Rating: One star (Only because zero isn't an option).

Chase bank is a fraud. I went to use the mobile check deposit and nowhere did it state before hand that they would hold my paycheck for 7 business days. It stated next business day. Come the next day the check is being held for 7 days. I have been calling and getting transferred and gaslit for over 3 hours now. They keep stating they aren't withholding my money from me but when i ask so i can spend it they say no.

Incompetent **************** agents. I've called 5 times to cancel a credit card. Each time I've been told the card is cancelled and balance paid. But the:following month they send a bill with no explanation of charges. 0 stars. Would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible!

Have a credit card with them for 10+ years. Opened a joint account with my now ex-wife for mortgage and bills. After the divorce she closed the account. I opened a new account there a week ago when to deposit more money today and they inform me that they refuse to do business with me and will not immediately refund my original deposit! They did not give me any reason why theyre deny me service, I spoke to the managers and supervisors all with the same answer. That they did not have to give me one. Now, I have to wait for them to close the account (which could take up to 10 days) and for them to issue a check by mail..which could take several weeks. When they need money it better be right away but customers have to wait for their own money?!?! Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a bank. I am closing my credit card effective immediately.

Chase Bank has a new policy that all employers should protest. When you pay an employee with a check from your business, if the employee has opened a new account with ******************** the deposit of your checks into their account is blocked until they've verified your business account. They have no time limit on the verification and they can lie about having pursued verification. Your employee has to go without the money and you can't do anything about it. THEY HAVE THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYEE. Tell your employees to change their bank from Chase.
