The loan product and financing rate is decent given current standards. The only complaint I have is that getting pre-approved ties you to a specific dealership. This is fine if you are only going to one dealership and committed to buying something they have available. If you are shopping around for a specific year/make/model/trim/option and may have to shop across different dealerships, pre-approval is not a good idea. If the car you target gets sold after your pre-approval and that dealership has nothing else you are interested in, you have to start over with Chase Auto and submit a new application. Meaning a new hard credit inquiry and potentially worse term and rates even if your initial pre-approval is still valid.

Worst bank to ever exist!!! Sent me a generic letter in mail saying they were closing my bank account and any account associated with it. No reason, no clarification.nothing. So Im turn they cancelled my credit card as well. Which killed my average credit history because it was the first credit card I had. Never had late payment. Never had an over draft. Never a negative balance. Just closing your account and theres nothing you can do about it. Ill take my 780 credit score and finance with **** of America from now on.

I was a victim of robbery and my card with chase was compromised. I reported it to the *********** ****************** Chase has since denied all the charges, which are well over $25,000! They say they have no appeal process. Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years. *** asked for a department manager and nothing. Keep getting the run around. Is there anything you can assist with or an agency where i can report this outrageous treatment. Respectfully ***************************

How do I return the money stolen from my Chase Bank account? One of the thieves stole the bank card and stole my account. ******************** Bank refused to return the stolen money, and I called more than twenty times. I went to more than one branch for help, but I needed help finding something to help me, and the answers could be more specific. He said, "I have no right to return my money." And no one helped. In addition, the customer's assistant hung up.My money stole in 2 days with more than 15 transactions. There are times from inside the bank, a total of 9500.00$ only from inside the plus, 6 or 7 times from ATM, and two times purchased from best buy and another pharmacy.total *********

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with if your trying to get anything done plan on a year before they get anything complete you will spend months in there Queue waiting for them to get to it. Every time they need one more paper its back in the queue for another month and I can assure you they do not hurry or care one bit. The lack of care in this company runs deep

It's an okay bank but choosing to do updates early at night to where people that are up at night don't have access to their money, is really ignorant on their part and definitely shows how little they think about their customers. 10 pm is way to early to be doing updates in their systems. That's prime time for 2nd and 3rd shifters.

I want to start off by saying this company is evil and played a huge role in stopping funding for *********************** world wide free energy grid because the the family that own this company is evil, next I dont appreciate how you cut off access to my hard earned money without a warning or nothing that is embarrassing I drove over an hour to purchase items only to find out this evil company has not finalized any of previous deposits today and I did not have access to my money upon arrival to my destination and had to cancel a professional transaction because in 2023 chase still doesnt have the proper technology to make sure everything continues to run smoothly I can not wait to switch banks I should have never supported evil in the first place

My parents have been banking with JPMorgan for years. But in the past few months their accounts have been compromised by hackers. Literally thousands of dollars in multiple electronic transactions for out of state utilities have been made. My question is why didn't JPMorgan chase question the transactions? They never once contacted my parents to asking these charges were legitimate for multiple utilities in other states. What about banking security and safety for clients? Sure JPMorgan changed the account numbers but my parents are still getting charged for fraudulent activity on their account and ********************** hasn't questioned those chargre either. Shame on you JPMorgan for not ensuring your clients accounts are secure!
