      Hello, I recently sold my house to a client of Chase Bank located at **************************************************************************************. The ONLY reason their customer had declined to go with ******************** Bank is because of the sign I allowed to be put in my yard offering $5,000 in ***** ****** To make a long story short *************************** has promised to compensate me for the complaint about having to wait 2 weeks to close on my house. The closing date was rescheduled 3 times due to Chase Bank error of not resolving their customers ***** in time. This caused many hardships on myself and dog. It also caused some delays on me being able to purchase a new home without my current home at the time closing on time. I was out a lot of money due this error on Chase part. I believe this complaint should've been escalate by ***************************. I wrote an email stating my losses and the damages this has caused. I also included documentation showing how I put my items in storage based on expecting this to close on time. It left me homeless and without a proper bed to sleep in. I'm still impacted by this. I cannot believe a company of this size to NOT hold up to their end of the bargain.

      Chase Bank has allowed MY 2 Accounts to be Hacked over the past 6 Months with Fake Temp. Provincial credit, My Fraud Claims from a Claim Specialist in *****, who I spoke with for almost a hour! The next day I saw 2 False Claims to my AUTO PAY ****** Account Storage + **** *****. also, my *** pharmacy which I never mentioned which I got 2 scripts some snacks and $40 cash back with my PIN always and Always sign as well??? which were Reversed 10 Days Later after I called them as soon as i realized this and TOLD THEM TO PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE THEM, THEY DID AND REVERSED THE *** ON MARCH 6TH. NEVER REVERSED CHARGE FOR ****** LOST MY ACCOUNT MY STORAGE WAS JAMMED BACK 2 MY 2 CELL PHONES WHICH HAVE BASICALLY DAMAGED BOTH EVEN AFTER PAID ****** 2X THE DAMAGE WAS IRREVERSIBLE. THE BRANCH MGR. ***** AT ******** ** I IMMEDIATELY DEALT WITH AFTER SEEING MY ACCOUNT WAS MISSING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, THAT DAY HE PUT IN SOME CLAIMS ON MY ACCOUNT AND WERE CLOSING. HE SAID WHEN HE GOT BACK FROM ****. WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. HE TOLD ME DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY CLAIMS OUT OF **** I figured I would double check and complete These Claims carefully. which was around 7 PM. I was concerned got transferred to A Claims Supervisor in *****. Went over each Charge I never made or withdrew and he seemed Smart but Messed up these Claims and just paid $200 for My laptop to be Fixed from The ****** Damage as well. In addition, my accounts were again RANSACKED 2 1K WITHDRAWALS STOLEN + MY LAST $20 TAKEN 3 HOURS LATER ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. I was enraged never notified Found out on my own THE ***** LATER when I went to another Branch it happened with 2nd Mgr. ** charge who told me 3 $1,000 Funds were Taken on 3 days I ***************** Immediately, they came shortly later took the report from the Woman I was with. Things got confusing and found out 2 1K Funds were stolen 10 minutes apart on 4/10 not 8th 9th 10th + 11th at 4:15 PM Which I was at P.T. Fixing my Broken back! CLOSED MY ACCTS NO COMMS. INSANE

      I am totally unsatisfied with Chase Bank, **************, ******. The people who I have met with were of no help. My 1st encounter was when my son deposited my $5000 check in his account. After four month I finally got it out,one person told me sign it and let him give me the money. NOT. My second encounter was trying to refinance my home. At that time, I owed $8000, with a $30000 equity, the person assisting me all but said NO. The third time I again tried to refinance with bad credit by then. After waiting for the meeting and the rep came in asking what I needed, she informed me that I had to clear up all of my credit cards, wasted my time, the fourth time I tried to get a ******** signature in order to get a ********* account put in my name. Every time I went, she asked for paperwork I had previously emailed her and after three months she finally asked for papers I never had. Her response was I didn't think you would have them. I finally closed the accounts. UNPROFESSIONAL.

      This has been the worse experience from a bank I ever had. I made a wire transfer into my personal account into my ******************** secure checking account. I didnt realize my account was not eligible to receive wires. In my account its set up to receive/send funds to external accounts. When my bank, ********, sent the funds to my chase account, ******************** sent the money back and took $50. The reason being was my chase account was not allowed to receive it. My question to them was why cant they send it back was told it was because the account is illegible. If the account is not able to accept it then there should be on reason why the funds can be sent to the account. There should be no reason why transfers are allowed on my account. For that reason alone I should be entitled to my full transfer amount and NOT A deduction. I guarantee Im not the only one that mentions this and I know someone will eventually file a class action suit.

      Branch manager has zero competence. Opened a new checking account, to an addition to the 3 accounts I already have with Chase, and the branch manager ordered my checks and had them sent to wrong address. Then I went in to tell him of the error, and he promised to order more and have them sent overnight. 2 days pass and I call Chase, only to find out that the checks were not ordered again! I am livid!!!

      I had Fraud leveled in my checking account from ******************** Bank. The people that did the fraud were from a bank in *************, for over $3,000! I have been working with Chase fraud ***** since April 11, trying to get this resolved. Chase opened a whole new account for me, and now have locked me out of that account by charging me what the fraud people took out. Not only that, but have said they will do nothing and I have to pay back the $3, 000 the fraud people took! I can't get a straight answer from Chase! As a matter of fact, an employee in the fraud ***** told me yesterday, she filed another fraud report and sent it to upper level management, because she has never seen anything like this, and I had to wait 2 days for someone to call me back! Her comment was, " To many chiefs, and not enough indians." Now i have monthly bills due and no way to pay them! I even file a fraud claim in *************, and that bank said they knew of these people and would let me know!! Where's the help BBB?

      Chase is holding my money hostage someone committed fraud in my account I called and reported it yet they still closed my account. And they are using the excuse that my dispute takes a long time but the others were done 2 months ago. I feel it is intentional because I keep calling and asking for someone to review audio where I was lied to by multiple employees. They lied and said I cant record. Company policy doesnt ***** my rights and the law. My state is one part consent I can record them with out knowledge or permission. I have multiple reps lying to me, misinforming and intentionally sabotaging me. I just want this done and my money back

      Over an hour later and 8 transfers my issue was unresolved. The customer service ranged from ok to horrid. Each person contradicted the previous person. My application was processed without fixing the original issue I called about.. Instead after being approved for an extremely low amount, I was told to reapply which would further lower my near perfect credit score (just applying lowered it by 20+points). As a new small business having to talk to 8 people and be on hold for an hour was ridiculous. After being approved I was so disgusted with the service I canceled the card. I was nothing to do with this bank EVER. STAY away for your own sanity!

      Spoke to ****** the branch manager at the ******* road in ***** location. Gave the representative and her my ID. I told them a fraudulent person named ******************************* Open account using my address.. I told them it was fraud and to remove her name off my address and they will not.. They said the fraudulent person has to come in and do it.. I was so upset I cursed at her because I do not want identity theft.. I called Chase fraud line consumer protection group and some type of credit real specialist at Chase. And all of them referred me back the Chase Bank location near me which is dealing with the branch manager ******. I told her I'm afraid it's going to affect my credit and other possible fraud situations and the branch manager ******* told me it wouldn't hurt my credit credit.. She said she wasn't going to do anything. I wouldn't be with Chase Bank it was the last bank on Earth they do not protect you from fraud. They allow customers to come in and use innocent peoples address's fraudulently to open up accounts or to keep accounts.. After showing my ID nothing has happened I'm still getting mail from Chase *********** statements from some woman with my address.. All the numbers that the bank referred me to use to stop this woman from using my address keeps referring me back to dysfunctional bank manager named ******.. Which she did not care because it's not happening to her..

      I had $7000 stolen from my Chase account - charges they ALLOWED to go through an ATM machine by an unauthorized thief! Not only did they LIE to me when I reported that my money was stolen but they basically ACCUSED me of benefitting from the stolen money! They did not replace the money and instead blame ME. The thief has not been held accountable in any way and just received a $7000 gift. Chase collected and kept all the fees associated with the fraudulent withdrawals. Trust me, run away from this bank because it will rip you off if it gets a chance. They have bullied me for MONTHS about this because I am completely at their mercy. **** ** ******* and ***** ***** have MUCH better customer service. In short: ***************** ******************** is THE worst bank anywhere.
