      I had a checking and savings account with ******************** for several years. Both accounts were in good standing with no issues. One day, I checked the Chase app and my savings account was missing. I messaged customer service and was told to clear my cookies on my browser. This was the app, so this made no sense. I had to contact them again and they admitted they closed my savings account. I received no advance notice or warning. No email, no message, and no letter. They just plain closed it. I've since closed all accounts with Chase and will never do business with this bank again.

      Chase is disgraceful, I wired money into a chase account the money came out of my account within 5 mins. Later the next day I was informed that the account the money was wired to can't except wires. I asked ok if that's the case why wasn't my money put back into my bank, they told me it takes 3 to 5 business days to return my money. This is nonsense it took them about five minutes to take my money and I have to wait that many days to receive my money back. Is Chase going to pay for my interest I am losing with that money in my bank and the fee I paid for the wire that they didn't take. They told me no. So chase is holding my money hostage because of there protocol this is absolutely ridiculous and this is one of the main reasons why I will never use Chase for my banking needs as they proofed that they are thief's and can care less about anymore.

      Never do business with them. I have been a customer with ******************** Bank for more than 10 years, and out of blue one day they have frozen my accounts and my ability to use my own funds. No one seems to know why and they are also not letting me close my account and transfer my money to other bank. THIS IS SO MUCH OF HARASSMENT. Very irresponsible bank with very poor service. Would never recommend them.

      I sent Money sent my landlord rent via chase.com, through the Zelle app on their website. 2 payments had previously been send to the contact via their email associated however this transaction sent using a phone number not associated with the correct account.

      I went to a chase atm an made a deposit of $3540 on 4/26 bills by denominator 17 $100, 6 $50,77 $20. It printed out a receipt a said to call ***** to be sure your deposit went through. I called the number the lady made a claim an said a credit will appear in 1-2 days. its been a week an notting i call back an ask what is going on the man said that i should be getting a credit in the next 35 days due to it still being under investigation. I have bills to pay why cant yall look at cameras or do a atm audit

      I've been a customer with ******************** Bank for more than 20 years. I am so appalled on the treatment and response I have received from this bank in the last couple of weeks. I deposited a check electronically more than a week ago and my funds or at least partial funds have not been released. The check cleared its funds with the sending merchant bank and a week later Chase has not released monies to my account. The ****************** excuse I received was that the bank where check came from was not responding. That was a lie... I called the merchant bank and I received the day and time of when funds were cleared to Chase. I visited a Chase Bank and the rep there mentioned the delay can be due to a fraud investigation. I then called and spoke to a supervisor within the *************** and I was told the photo check taken when submitted electronically did not take well.The merchant sender could not stop payment or assist me with this issue as Chase has the funds. I am at a lost. Never in 20+ years would I have thought a bank like Chase to hold my money for so long after the funds have been cleared. Makes you think....

      My experience is aligned with all the 1-star reviews. Chase is great, as long as you're using direct deposit and allowing your money to accrue with minimal activity. But if there's ever a fraudulent charge on your account and you're relying on the claims department for their "investigations," you may as well resign yourself to the loss. I've been a victim of fraud twice: first time by the actual genius who figured out how to access my ******** account, and the second time by Chase, who couldn't figure out how it happened. $452.66 just gone.

      THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH CHASE. THEY PUT ON HOLD A MONEY TRANSFER WITHOUT ANY LEGAL REASON. THEY EVEN ADVISE ME TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST MY **** ** ******* ACCOUNT, THAT WOULD OF BEING FRAUD ON MY BEHALF. THEY EVEN ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING THAT HOLD MYSELF, THEN THAT **** ** ******* DID IT WHEN THE MONEY WAS ALREADY OUT OF MY **** ** ******* ACCOUNT AND IN THEIR POSETION. NOT EVEN THE BRANCH MANAGER WAS ABLE TO LIFT THE HOLD ON MY MONEY FOR 4 MORE DAYS. I AM A DISABLE PERSON, WITH CARDIOPATIC CONDITION AND TODAY FRIDAY APRIL 21 OF 2023 THIS ILEGAL **** PUT MY HEALTH AT RISK. I ALREADY FILLED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE **** AND FINANCIAL BUREAU AND WONT STOP TO KEEP FILLING ANY LEGAL ************* AND CRIMINAL, AGAINST THIS SO HORRIBLE COMPANY CALLED CHASE. DON'T **** WITH THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

      This mortgage bank has the worse customer service people that have ever worked with me. I have been working a month with them and could not ever get anyone to answer my questions, about what t needed after i had sent papers to them three times. I emailed them many times and only got only two callbacks. Which i was told the something each time, which was what papers i had already send. I paid them 300.00 dollars for nothing. And i called the customer service number several times without no help. and the last time i called and ask them what should i do get a real-estate attorney to deal with you. i was told you have to do whatever you have to do. I just thought that was an inappropriate answer to a customer. I have been a customer for 5 years and have never been treated that way in my life. If i ever get another mortgage i will not deal with chase again.

      Worst bank ever. I do not think anyone should bank at Chase. I had a checking account with **********************. I deposited a check from my business and my account in on fraud hold. I asked them to close my account and they said they will only close it whenever they want. I do not have access my money and I can not close my account of my free will.
