How you Chase Bank dare mailing me a letter without additional information as:
      1. reference #?
      2. name of the merchant?
      3. amount?
      zero zero zero.
Chase Bank forced me to call thousand times and speak to ignorant staff who also did not understand why that letter meant. That is crazy. How come you have such unqualified incompetent staff to draft letters?
I am your customer and deserve more respect and attention.
      NO EXCUSES WOULD BE ACCEPTED.
Good I closed my checking/saving accounts years ago and I am not sorry. I would never reopen them even for million of dollars. Unfortunately my 3 credit cards are linked to that MEDIOCRE BANK. Chase Bank is a lost case. Go and work for a supermarket or circus is you would be hired. Unfortunately I cannot attach here the letter received by that stupid bank. There is no way to do it.

Not a good bank. Do not trust the ***************** I am contacting you with my complaint I have against ***************** Chase Bank. I have been wronged a a customer and anyone I show the transactions listed on my account that got me to this point agree the is fraud! On March 11,2023 I went to my account online to get a bank statement of my Checking and Savings to download for my Lender. Immediately a screen popped up and asked my to verify who I was so that I could log in to my account. Mind you there is a Chase page with their emblem and from their domain. I filled out the info as what I needed to do to get into my account. The next day on the 12th I looked into my account and found it to be in red numbers in a negative status. I looked at my Savings a negative -$4000. I had been saving for months for the down payment on a home I am buying. I have worked 13hr days to have $$ to put aside as well as pay my bills. All of these 29 transactions are from a ******** ad. It starts out at $.32 on up to $907.06. I filed 4 claims. The 1st one Chase credited my account then reversed it. These transactions came from other countries and changed ******** currency to British/********. Chase told the banker I had some involvement so they were denying all claims. I don't know anyone in any other countries and most certainly would not be spending $$$ that I've saved for closing and down payment for a home. This is every ********'s dream. I wrote a **** ******* ** and was told they sent the payments to Chase but I was never vindicated by Chase. Chase sent me a letter on 3/15/23 stated on 03/20/23 they were taking the credit back. I took my $4000 out of my Savings and $500 out of my Checking. They now have my account -$4000. An ACH payment went in from **** for $1776.06 and Chase took it as well. The resolution I am looking for is my $1776.06 and clear my name. An apology and close this account. ******************** has had several such incidents which I have read online lately. Chase Scammers! Fraud !

***************** Chase Bank branch at ***************************************************************************** has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life* The point of contact for me was "****" and his manager, would would not give me her name* The document review section of ***************** Chase Bank is incompetent, arrogant and rude* They refused to follow a valid District Court Judge Order naming me as Executor of my uncle's Estate* Instead ***************** Chase Bank insisted that I tender a some document called a Certificate of Qualification that contained the same exact language as the Certificate of Qualification* Two (2) other major financial institutions, including one based in *************, accepted the Court Order and proceeded to place me in control of the funds immediately* But, ***************** Chase Bank refused to accept the Certified Court Order as proof of my appointment as Executor of my *************** To add insult to injury during my grief period over the death of my uncle, ***************** Chase Bank required that I submit the original documents a second time to the retirement section to obtain the funds held by ***************** Chase Bank in an IRA * They even informed me that I was not the beneficiary and that they could not tell me who was the named beneficiary* I had to guess that it was either my Mother (deceased) or my Uncle's wife (deceased)* I submitted death certificates for both my mother and my aunt* When I complained of my treatment and told **** and his Manager that I would have to get a Court Order to compel the bank to accept a valid Court Order, I was referred to the complaint department* Some rude lady called "*****" called me and told me the "incident" was under review* A couple of days later she called me and told me the appropriate documents had been received, but the Certificate of Qualification had been found to be required* She said I was now free to physically enter into the branch back again* I never knew that I had been banned from entering it*

My brother is a homeless veteran dying on the street because Chase Bank refuses to open a bank account for him to receive his Social Security benefits. They will not accept his VA photo ID and a letter from the ****************************** confirming his monthly benefit amount. They demand utility bills, rent receipts, hospital records, a driver's license, and Social Security card. But my brother has been homeless for 15 months and has none of those documents. He suffers from emphysema, diabetes, obesity, and mental health issues. I cannot get him into ** housing, a nursing care center, or even a motel without his Social Security funds. Chase does not care. I have taken him to several Chase branches and they all refused to open a direct deposit account for him to receive his Social Security funds. My brother is a veteran who served his country and worked all his life paying into Social Security. Please accept his ** ID and letter from SSA. He will die before he obtains all those other documents.

Every check I deposit no matter who it's from they put a 10 day hold on the check. It states on their own website that by federal law your funds must be made available to you within 2-5 business days. Also, it's states on their website again that $225 is to be made available withdrawal or check writing by the next business day. So if neither one of these are being done does that mean they're breaking the law?

Token customer service at best. For all the money they make, one of the richest corporations in the world, their aggressive disinvestment in customer service can only suggest a disdain for their smaller / everyday customers. To erase all doubt - take a closer look at how they invest thier billions

I think that it is in bad taste for chase to charge a $10 check cashing fee to a customer who attempts to cash a check that belongs to their bank.

I deposit a check in another Chase account on Friday. It immediately showed in the other account. On Saturday, the account holder gets a call from Chase about the check. I follow up and get confirmation of the check's acceptance. The account holder calls me back to tell me Chase is trying to reach me by phone. I receive their call and have never been treated more rudely! ****** called me from JPMorgan Chase to once again confirm the check. I told him it was already confirmed but gave him the amount of the check and the previous confirmation number. I asked why he needed to do this the second time, and he refused to answer me. I ask for a supervisor, and he refused to get one. I ask his name, and he gave me his first name, ******, but refused to give me his last name and then hung up on me. Again I gave him everything he asked for before he hung up on me. He then called again and asked for the exact same information. I gave it to him, and he hung up on me again. I again asked to talk to a supervisor, and he hung up on me. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received, and ***************** me an apology! By the way, I would give lover than one-star rating if I could!

I called Chase bank before I went to ******** and told them I would be there in ******** and to allow purchases and to be allowed to use my debit card at ATM machines in ******** . I also told them that if they ever needed to verify me or my charges in ******** that I would not have my ******** cell phone or access to that phone number with me in ******** so that wouldn't be an option if they needed to verify me. I told them they would have to verify me through my email and or to ask me my security questions that I set up when I opened my online account. That only I would know the answers to . My laptop broke after being in ******** for 2 months. I had already made probably 100 purchases and or ATM withdraws in ******** . So they knew it was me there using my debit card and there were no issues until my laptop broke and I went to an ***** store to buy a new *** **** *** for around $1,100 USD. My card was declined at the ***** store. Before I had a chance to call Chase customer service from my Skype phone I went to get cash out of an ATM machine since I was out of cash to live on. My ATM cash withdraws that I tried to do were also declined. I was out of money and no way to pay for anything online including my hotel room bill or my plane ticket home , etc . etc and I had no cash to live on. I spent the next 3 days on my Skype phone calling Chase fraud **** to have them unlock my account. I asked to speak to the supervisor and higher and higher up the Chase fraud **** I went from supervisor to supervisor until I reached the highest person in charge of the security ****. They never would unlock my account . They said the ONLY way they would be able to verify me and unlock my account was by my ******** cell phone number . I begged them to do it by my email and or my personal security questions but they wouldn't . I had no other credit cards or debit cards. They made me homeless in ******** with no money for food or anyway to pay for a hotel or plane ticket home.
