This is the worst bank ever. You call and speak to someone they leave you on hold over 30 minutes without checking up on you. The customer service ****, the reps tell you one thing and they don't note anything on the account. I asked for a call review and was denied.

I purchased a vehicle financed through ***************** Chase Auto. They never sent me the first statement, so I had no way to make a payment. I called on the day it was to become due, and their customer service agent told me "I see that no statement was generated, and your payment will be in one month" (and provided the date). She also gave me my account number, which I registered online to finally be able to actually log in to an account (never received a statement). When I did so, I was notified that the account was past due and had two months payments due, in direct contradiction to what their customer service agent told me on the phone. When contacting their customer support secure messaging service, the response amounted to "Sorry, a late fee will be due in 10 days if you don't pay". Absolutely no responsibility taken for the failure to send me a statement, or for their customer service phone agent blatantly lying (or being so wildly incompetent as to not be able to read the screen) about the due date. This is among the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Chase ****-****** ********** I called the 800 number to inquire on what we need to bring to open a new account for my cousin. I was instructed to bring 2 form of ID and a proof of address, which I ask for the to elaborate on. She informed ** a lease was fine and went on chase.com which it was also documented on their link. Called the chase bank near me to set an appointment up and mentioned what we had. On Monday March 27th at 9am we entered the bank for our appointment only for it to be a waste of time dealing with non-knowledgeable personnel (*******************************) up to the branch manager (Avenel). A passport, a ***** issued ID, notarized lease attached with a mortgage statement, and USCIS letter with name and address. For them to mention they do not accept lease as proof of address only utility bills. I asked why does it state it on your website showing my browser, which the manager asked his associate banker to pull it up on his computer which they both got the same answer I did. They said they didnt understand that and needed to do further digging and rescheduled us like I didnt just take a day off to aid my cousin. I called up headquarters who was surprised with the fact they stated they didnt allow lease and feared the bank needed further training and escalated the complaint to management. I am so disappointed in a bank who has been around for years and have accounts with, would false advertise documented information and not follow their standards of operation as listed. My time and day was a complete waste. Thanks to **** of America they was able to process an application for my cousin and open an account. ******************** MAKE THIS RIGHT and fix your documentation.

I will not rate this Bank but I will rate my review as a five I have been banking with this Bank for over ********************* ***************** when it was the Bellevue branch I watched the teller go to a boss of the bank and retire when it became Chase it became a joke they kept my money on and off for over 6 months they never told me when they told when they took my bank card away from me and I never found out until I needed to buy food and Medicine then I had no money and had to wait until they decided to give it to me when I change my address I waited 30 days then I waited 2 weeks they sent my card to the wrong address then I waited for the overnight and they sent my card to the wrong address again then I headed over not it again and finally got it but by then it was almost 2 months that they held my money up holding my money up every month for about 6 months cause me to have a lot of overcharges on things that I needed to pay my bills with I'm very upset with them they have cost me hundreds of dollars and I am an elderly lady on a fixed income I went to town I was going to give me a room in town and I was going to get me some food guess what my bank card didn't work they did not alert me to tell me that they had took my bank card and I had no money for food I had no money for a room so I stole a ride cart because I could not get a money for a cab I stole a ride card from ******* took it straight to the bank and said that their front door the next morning I went off on them they gave me some money they never said anything about being sorry the customer service people don't know what they're doing they're not trying properly a lot of them don't have any manners if you say anything wrong to them they hang up it's one of the worst Banks I've ever seen compared to what they started out to be in they have turned into a horrible place to put your money please do not bank with these people

I have been a Chase customer for way too many years! I opened my account when I was going through a divorce and wanted my first account in my name only. My first loan in my name only was meant to establish credit. At that time I purchased real estate and put half down and applied for the remainder of the loan at Chase. I had a large farm, a lake house, and 10x the loan amount in several accounts at Chase as my application was submitted. I was denied the loan! I stayed for some crazy reason-maybe because my new bank drafts had been set up and I hated to change everything again so soon.Last month I requested to dispute payment for a merchant when services were not complete as agreed. Today I received notification that the dispute was ruled in the merchant's favor and payment was taken from my account. ******************** did not have my back and believed a non-customers lie rather than a long-time customer with several accounts who never had any defaults or overdrafts.I did not waste one-minute making arrangements to leave this horrible bank as soon as the dispute was decided. I'm so glad to leave and will never recommend Chase bank to any of my friends or family. As a matter of fact, I will strongly discourage anyone from becoming a customer at ********************.

Ive had JPMorgan Chase since 2019, always made payments on time with no problem. Traded my car for a new one in 2021. Received property tax on my 2019 car and been trying to pay it since January 25th and they just wont take it out of my bank account. Ive been on the phone with them multiple times a week, at least 25 in total. Ive gave different employees my bank account info maybe 4 to 5 times. **** told rudely by an employee that its not their fault that its my bank and maybe I should call them and have them figure it out or switch banks. Also said I had insufficient funds when I had 4x the amount owed in all of my accounts. One employee I talked to after said they cant even see why it was declined. Ended up calling my bank only for them to tell me there hasnt been any transactions or declines on their end and they cant do anything further until they charge me what I owe to them. Ive had the same bank account since 2018, always paid my property tax through that bank and never had a problem until now. Very unprofessional group of customer service. Never will I go through this company again after this car

This is a terrible institution which lies, cheats and steals. They have owed me $108,000 for POD CDs that I inherited 5 months ago. All of the proper documentation was promptly submitted. All I get in replies is lies.

There is clearly Corruption at the **** OF ***************** CHASE. NEVER do business with this bank. They are extremely rude, and they won't help people. They loose so many existing customers, that they offer $200 for new customers to join their bank. NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I was on the phone for hours trying to get help. Their help desk is mainly overseas and it is very hard to communicate with them. My current situation has not been resolved and they don't care. I have 4 other banks that did help to resolve my problem. They never even offered to call if they thought of any resolution.

I have only had my account for over a year. I have overdraft protection that maybe some of you don't know but the standard service fee is $35.00a month. Nit the $7.95 I was told. Also every other bank allows you to use the $200.00 overdraft . They let me use it but decide how much they will pay. Why pay all that money for protection if they are allowed to tell you how to use it. I am closing my account tomorrow. ****** .****** .
