      I had a check deposited into my account Thursday afternoon. On Friday the paying bank verified (on more than one occasion) that the check had been paid and Chase has the money. However chase is now holding the check for risk. Can you explain what risk Chase has if they have the money from the paying bank? They refuse to remove the hold they have. Ive talked to like 15 different people and everyone has a different reason why they cant remove the hold. It will be 10 days before the hold is automatically removed. Hindering my life day by day. Cant pay the bills. Cant buy food. Cant do anything because they have a bogus a** hold on a check that they have been paid for. Definitely closing my account once this money finally gets put into my account.

      Terrible customer service , not education at all and not help with the customer ; I did talk to a customer representative ***** today on March 18/2023 at 4:25 pm , because the payment was send out on time , but arrive late for the first time and many times I can`'t control the ** mail post office , but the bank should have more consideration for the customer in those cases , the intention is always to paid the accounts on time ; the customer service should be more educated and more professionals , no people without education to work on those departments , that represent the bank ***************** !!!!!!!!,

      I had two automatic payments denied.one in December 2022 and one in February. Numerous times they couldn't tell my why. Then in March one person on messenger told my they couldn't find those denial charges but a different person the next day found it but said the first change was reverse by the company that did the charge and the second denial was unknown reason. I also want to chase bank on ************** in ************ for a paper with my house address on it the guy comes out with paper with my mailing address on it. Another time they gave me a wrong phone number to call. Awful customer ********************

      Dont try their mobile deposit unless you want to wait 2 weeks for review! They made me short on payroll because of this. Also dont call their customer service unless you have ******************************************************** so of being put on hold. I do not recommend this bank to anyone especially not a business. Get *********** and save yourself the headache

      I have banked with chase my entire life. I have private client, never had any financial trouble with accounts here. They sent me 3 weeks notice by mail that they are closing my account and credit card. They refused to give me details, but it is quite obvious it is because I wired money into my checking account via ****** crypto exchange. There is nothing I can do about it, nobody i can counter on the decision to close my accounts. I can never bank with them again. They kicked me to the curb for being a cryptocurrency investor. If you believe or hold cryptocurrencies, drop them as a bank before they drop you. ************************* comments about crypto should tell you enough. And the ongoing lawsuit on him about *********************** is enough to avoid this bank.

      Horrible customer service, Ive been a client since 2008, I missed 1 $13.44 payment and they reported to 3 credit agencies. No call to say hey your past due, my mom has stage 4 cancer for heaven sakes Im dealing with a bunch at the moment. ****

      Every single deposit Ive made at Chase Bank since opening an account there has been held, with some for as long as two weeks. Most all have been weekly employer checks well under $1,000 each, including a couple from government organizations, which were covered the same day as the deposit or the next business day. Even though banks have the right to hold deposits at times for security reasons, it is disrespectful to customers to have their deposits held for long periods of time with no actual funding issues. I am in the process of closing the account, but have to wait until the end of March due to a held deposit from a payroll check I put in this past Friday. Anyway, Ill be finding a more reliable bank to do business with.

      Ridiculous I never thought getting an account with this bank would literally mean taking on a part time job. I received a coupon in the mail saying join chase and get $300 after direct deposit is set up. After a month of nothing happening I reached out and they said I never added the coupon code. I than gave them the coupon code. And they said they review it a week later they never called back so I called back they than told me I cant receive the promotion becuase Ive had a business account with them over 6 years that we never used. I then complained and they said they would do it this one time and to check my account in 2 -5 business days its been over a month of back and forth including today where they told me they have 0 record of me talking with there reps about this problem now have to start the whole process over again. This can be easily fixed by just honoring theyre promotion and not rely on there false advertisement to **** people into coming to their bank. case# ****************

      Unfortunately my home loan was bought by chase. My wife and I knew as soon as that happened it would make owning our home nothing but a pain in the ****. We were right. These people can't pull their heads out of their collective backsides. 4 or more times a year they ask for proof of homeowners insurance. ********** to them only to find out they didn't file it when we sent it to them. They threaten to charge us for their overpriced insurance if we don't send them what they want, we do only to find out that they yet again didn't apply it to our account. Seems to me that they are only trying to get more money out of us by doing what they are doing. This bank is the most unorganized business I've ever dealt with. If you have a choice do not use chase for a home loan. We didn't have the choice because they bought our mortgage. There should be laws protecting people from banks being able to do that without prior notice to the consumer. If I had known chase would do this I would of sold my home. Chase has made owning my home a nightmare. When it should be my sanctuary.

      I have had my account for decadeswith Chase; the customer service I have had recently is eye opening and appalling. This is no longer a bank that I trust. A deposit was made into my account for$4200 and then immediately taken out twice. 2 weeks had gone by when I noticed. I called and for 2 days spoke to several different people. Ultimately was told it looked like a branch error and they would look into right away and send to research.. I was never contacted by a manager or returned my money.. On day 7, I call and am hung up on twice asking to speak with a supervisor. On day 8, I demand to speak with a supervisor and was passed to 2 different people until the 3rd was finally a supervisor. No one wanted to give me specifics until I got demanding myself. Where is my money and where did this happen? My money has now been gone for 3 weeks for a "branch error"! Why am i not credited immediately, really makes me wonder. I am told they need 48 hours. It took them seconds to make this mistake. Why am I the one paying? If someone in their branch made an error, why is this not fixed as soon as a call is made. Also why did the branch not reach out to me and say oops we made an error. 3 weeks and I am out of my $4200.
