Chase can randomly place a hold on your payroll check when they choose. Same payroll check bi-weekly for 16 months, and they will place a random 5-7 day hold before releasing fund. They have no explanation. When you have bills set up for auto pat, this effects you, the consumer, in many ways. They don't care about their customers.

Chase continues to send advertisements to me to apply for things I'm interested on and then perform a hard inquiry of my credit through 3 credit bureau name ******* ****** ******. Certain business give there business to certain credit bureaus and of course the other bureaus are going to follow. My concerns are everything they have offered me via advertisements they have performed a hard inquiry and it affects my credit for 7 years. I believe that's too much power in the hands of Chase. They are building a potential customer up just to keep them down for 7 years. Did you All (Chase) forget about potential customers as people to help instead of causing a potential customer more hardship as they try to clean up their credit after maybe years of letting their credit go. The credit bureaus offer ways to clean up our history. I feel Chase is deliberately trying to tear it down. Thank you.

I deposited a cashier's check into my account today under the assumption that I would have timely access to the funds. Bad assumption. The Chase branch is holding back ****% of the funds as "pending." When I purchased the cashier's check, I was told that Chase could have the check "certified" by phone. My Chase branch disputed this. I subsequently verified this information. My Chase branch was either unaware of the "certification" process or, more likely, didn't care. In my experience, doing business with Chase is similar to doing business with the Mafia but with one exception. If you pay the Mafia not to break your legs, they'll keep their end of the bargain. If you pay Chase not to break your legs, they'll tell you that their promise is "pending." Needless to say, I'll be moving my banking business. I don't have the time to do it immediately, unfortunately.

I have been with them for years. They allowed a dentist to fraud me $417. I opened a dispute and appealed their decision. I had another dentist write a letter, my ins reversed my ins claim and Chase still would not give me my money back for a service that was NEVER performed. I closed my acct and the exact day I paid the acct off is the day Chase wanted to chg interest. I called to see if they would reverse and was denied. ******  I will never do business with Chase and would advise anyone not to. They are not partners with **, consumers, who they are making their outrageous fees and interest off of but instead the merchants.

New car auto loan payment has been doubled. No way to contact corporate. Overseas boiler room will charge you again. I have made three car payments this month, with most of those payments as interest. I have never been late on a bill in years. This is the second month in a row Chase has done this.

I recently received a settlement for a large amount and decided that I needed to open up a new bank account. My ****************** option was Chase I figured it's a very well established business and I didn't think I would have any problems. After opening my account I noticed very quickly that a lot of their practices didn't seem very transparent. For instance whenever you receive a refund in your transaction history you see the refund show prior to the debit which doesn't make sense because in order to be refunded you need to be debited aside from that my balance never seems to be accurate and my most recent transactions are hidden from me. Example my balance after my last posted transaction will say $3,000 and I'll have two pending transactions for well under $500 combined but my available balance will show as $800? It doesn't make sense I don't understand why they're not transparent about what charges are pending or what transactions are affecting my available balance because from what I see everything is posted and that just doesn't add up to me they're very shady and I don't like them and I don't trust them I'm taking my money out of their account as soon as possible I would not recommend using them especially if you have a large amount of money because it's very easy to lose track of funds and there's already been multiple scenarios where I've had to argue with them about funds that were missing for my account

I have two credit cards on interest saving plans financed through Chase ( ****** and ******). My ****** interest saving plan is $42.80 per month. I made a seperate purchase of $70.60 recently which I returned . My billing statement documents the purchase and return. When I recieved my bill my interest saving amount is now $113.40 rather than $42.80. If I had not returned the purchase then of course interest saving amount owed would be correct, but Chase added my return purchase amount to my interest saving plan amount. When I called customer service and asked why my interest saving amount due wasn't $42.80, I was talked over, told it was because I didn't pay my entire bill, which didn't make sense. The same thing happened with my ****** interest savings plan when I made an additional purchase and return. I had to pay almost $200 interest saving amount to get back to my original interest saving plan amount of $79.46. I'm on a fixed income, so this has caused a hardship, very awful experience, horrible. Being a person that takes paying what I owe very seriously, it's like a slap in the face.
