      So tired of dealing with this **** always giving me the run around with my own money. Tried to make a deposit on my account and now my entire account is locked because poor people cant make money.. now this poor person cant make money or use her own money for 2 weeks until chase decides wether or not a check that came from another **** is ReAL oR nOt. ******** people over with their money but sure are quick to take out their little fees faster than anything. Dont **** with Chase. They cant even keep track of your payments, they stay pending for like 5 days. Will be closing my account with this ****. This company is a fraud and a JOKE. If i could give zero stars i would.

      I've been with chase since they were washington mutual. That long. My daughter recently got hacked and what did they do? They claim it was her and refuse to give her her money back. What is thr point of fraud protection and insurance if they can't help. I will be closing my 7 accounts as soon as I can. I refuse to be with a bank that does not help those that were victims.

      My father passed away 5 weeks ago and had a teeny account with ********************. I went into my local branch to collect along with an original death certificate.They directed me to another branch. I went to that branch today with the death certificate, my SS card, a piece of mail, my ******** card, high school ID, college ID and health insurance card.They would accept none of those. They will only take a passport or non drivers license.As I walked out I made it clear that my father had accounts in far greater sums, and all I had to do was mail in a death certificate and the accounts were transferred to my name.I would never do business with this bank ever again. I am working far far too hard just to collect a paltry $ 333.Boo !!!

      On accident, I made a duplicate payment and caught it the same day of it being processed. Chase would not stop it and will not refund me the money back timely so I can pay other bills. The balance is negative. I tried 3 times to call customer service to get the overpayment back timely but they wont. They were not friendly or cared to resolve the issue. If I dont pay timely I get charged a fee but if they keep my overpayment I cant charge them a fee for not timely returning the money. Chase is being unethical and keeping my money longer than they need to. I plan to do minimal business with them in the future.

      If I could leave zero star I would. They are the worst piece of s*** bank I have ever banked with. The customer service is garbage and they rarely have anyone who knows what the h*** they are talking about. I have the utmost disrespect and hate for this company. They literally care about no one but getting rich. I guess thats how the rich stay rich. I promise to use all means necessary to bring this company to shame. Im pretty sure my 1.1m followers would agree with me.

      Really bad experience !!!! Lots of lies and going in circles with explanations when in coms to making my own founds available even after all verifications were done.They are supposed to make it easier for businesses.

      Chase Bank is terrible! Big scam artists! I was told I would get $200 for opening a new checking account and have my pension check direct deposit. After several months of having direct deposit set up still have not received $200. I have made 3 trips to locale branch and keep getting run around. Chase Bank is terrible! They do not deliver what they promised. Scammers!

      They restricted my account for my business name being associated to my personal account. I already gave them all my business information months prior to them restricting my account. They then required documents to prove it was my business on a Saturday. Saturday I uploaded these documents. Tuesday I was told my account was still restricted. I upload more documents on Tuesday. They said it takes ***** hours to upload these documents. I call on Wednesday morning. They tried to tell me that the Articles of Organization for an LLC didn't have my name or business name on it. I had to dispute it, as I had the original document in front of me. Which indeed, that is all an Articles of Organization is. A statement from the Secretary of State, stating the business name and the owner. They have restricted my account for almost a week and my life and business has been severely interrupted. I was asked to take a survey at the end of all of my calls this week. After each call, suddenly the survey option was not available.

      It is impossible to tell Chase that their travel portal isn't working and I can't book flights. When I called them they tried to book my flight manually and gave me a ridiculously high price compared to that on their website of from the airline directly. I have a lot of points to use for flights but I am unable to use them. Their customer service is awful.

      The worst banking experience ever . I was scammed for the amount of $535.28 and when I reached out to Chase I was given no advice on how to file a claim but simply told that the amount would be reinstated into my account . I did see the amount in my account and then a couple days ago the money was taken out saying my claim was denied !!! All this with no communication on their part !! No emails, no messages on the app , no letters !!! When I tried to reopen the case by providing proof that this was a scam buisness they said there is nothing they can do because you are only allowed to put in a claim once !!!! How could they think this is okay ? When we had an issue with a fraud situation a while back and had used **** of America the first thing they asked ** was to provide proof that We scammed and then they put in the claim and btw our claim was approved .**** of America is FAR SUPERIOR and they are there for their customers . If I could give Chase a zero I would !
