I am a single, disabled mom due to a car accident. I've been a Chase customer for over 9 years. I, also, own a small business.
I was contacted FROM THE CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!!!! I verified that it was the correct number. I was told that someone in West Virginia used my account information to purchase things in *******. I logged into my account and saw the charges that they were speaking of in real time. They 100% had access to my account!
I was told that they're investigating it but that they saw 3 wire transfers attempting to come out. I was transferred to the fraud department. I was instructed on how to do wire reversals. I was contacted multiple times from the Chase Customer Service line to make sure the wires had been blocked. I CALLED THE CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND IT WAS STILL CONNECTED TO THE FAKE FRAUD PEOPLE. I asked how long it would take for the funds to be returned and reversed. The customer service rep said that she saw IN MY ACCOUNT that a $25,000 wire transfer had been blocked and I wouldn't be liable for that. She, again, transferred me to the "Fraud Department" and I spoke to someone who knew exactly what to say to continue to have me believe that they were stopping the wire transfers.
I finally got to speak to the real Chase Cust Service department later in the day and was told by John that, yes, this has been happening to Chase Customers!!!! CHASE IS AWARE AND IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WARN THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! The bank turned me down about refunding me several times. NO ONE IS INVESTIGATING THIS ALLABORATE SCAM!!!! They've been requesting, supposedly, that the funds be returned from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo responded to the first request by saying that there was no money in the account to refund me with. So, neither bank have done anything else to even investigate this?
Please help this to never happen again to anyone else. I need my funds returned!

I purchased a new vehicle in 2021 and used Chase for the low interest rate. I have had nothing but issues with them since day one. At first I tried online payments and I always make 3 payment at once. That failed , they told me to cal and make payments. I did and no joke I heard roosters crowing in the back ground . That failed so I went to mailing my 3 payments from their statement they sent me with months listed that failed . They told me to mail them individually I did and that failed. So I finally lost my sanity and went off on them. I will never deal with Chase again . They finally told me I need to mail them and then call them , they are not set up for any advance payments. Unreal

As with other reviewers, I'd leave "Zero stars" if it were possible! I started with First ************* of ******* ************************************************* my best interest. Then they became Bank One - that was a downgrade because of the fees they were charging, but still somewhat bearable to do business with. When Chase bought them out, they held my mortgage as they took over my previous mortgage lenders book of business. Nuisance fees escalated and I eventually pulled all my family business away from them. Later Chase became the subject of a class action law suit for the abusive treatment of their mortgage borrowers. I received a $1000 settlement check as a result, but it didn't change the banks arrogant attitude. I have been "Chase-Free" for the last 10 years, pleased to do business with a smaller community bank, and they're glad to have me as a customer by paying me, instead of 'charging' me. I'm writing today for the first time because this is the last straw! My eye doctor owed me a refund. The check was drawn on their Chase bank account. So I went to ******************** to cash it since it came from them. Because I no longer have an account there, they charged me a $10 "convenience fee" to cash it. Convenient for THEM, not for me! If you're a 'decent' person, and I'll assume you are if you're reading reviews - Chase doesn't deserve your business! Save yourself angst and money and find a smaller bank who appreciates your business, like I did. Now you know how Chase became the biggest bank in the world - by gauging customers and charging nuisance fees!

They have the worst customer service all the up to the supervisors. I called to get some information on my auto pay and was transferred at least 4 times. The first representative sent me to technical support. Technical support sent me back to customer service. The second customer service representative didn't listen to my questions or concerns. He tried telling me to do the opposite of what I was asking about. At this point, I had been transferred and on hold for over 40 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor wouldn't let me finish my question before she chimed in. She was rude and condescending. After me asking her to listen to my concerns before trying to answer, she tried to give me a number for technical support but I requested that she call and explain my issues to them so I didn't have to repeat myself for the 5th time. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes and then transferred me back to technical support who in turn transferred me back to customer service. At this point I was put in hold for over 30 minutes. I finally got a supervisor who wouldn't give me any identifying information on herself other than her first name. She did say that they were having issues with their auto pay system and would try to see if it's been resolved. All in all, the service I received was beyond horrible. The first supervisor was worst than the other reps. ******* DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE BANK IN ANY CAPACITY! Read the reviews first.

I visited a Chase Branch located at *****************************************. Upon arriving I stood waiting until a banker came and ask me why I was there I told him to add my name to an account, he then asked me along with 2 other clients if we had appointment which the 3 of us didn't have appointments , he then told us it's recommended but not mandatory because they do walk ins once they are not busy , I was nicely told by him to have a seat they would see me; I waited their from 3;30 till 5:15 the other 2 customers with no appointments were seen, The doors to the bank was closed I was in the bank and bankers were in their cubicles with other customers , with me being the only one left after sitting their for all that time knowing the bankers that saw me there will have a heart an say something instead they walked pass me and never said a word, leaving me to think I would be seen because I'm sure they would've said something, a teller finally came to me and said I would be seen he will go talk to one of the bankers and tell them I was waiting for a long time, No sooner than he said that another teller called me and told me I had to make an appointment : I was disgusted because instead of the bankers walking with their noses in the air they could have told me something and I would've left long before , as a customer that has 3 accounts at ********************, I felt like I was treated like I was nothing, I left that bank which I will never return to with my dignity and my head held as high as the big shot bankers, this is not my first bad treatment at Chase but this one broke the Camel's Back, I decided to come home and write this review, I personally feel in my humble opinion the treatment at Chase depends on the neighborhoods, I hope those Bankers see this review.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This bank is by far the most fraudulent sorry pos I have ever encountered!!! They lie an make you jump through hoops to access your own money and when calling they hang up on you after being on hold for literally 1hr and 40 minutes and that was a call to their headquarters department in ********. They need to be investigated.
