I have tried resolve an issue that has gone on for almost 6 months and have contacted them 4 times in 3 days recently. I have talked with 3 different agents who all left messages with an agent on my case. The agent has yet to respond in 3 business days. I am told they are supposed to respond within 1 business day. This is utterly aggravating.

I wish I could give less than a star. Ive been banking with Chase for around 10 years. Ive set direct deposit but my husband deposits his checks online. Turns out that my husband deposited his weekly check on 12/01/22 and physical check was stolen 2 weeks after and company who cashed it deposited on 12/28/22. Chase reversed our deposit and told ** they couldnt do anything. When we first found out we went to speak to a teller and he told ** there was no info of why, called someone above his authority and that individual pretty much told ** it was our fault. We scheduled a second appointment and the 2nd guy told ** that check was deposited on the 2nd (lying straight forward even he was looking at the stamp dated 12/18/22). My husband had to play detective with ************************************* Thank goodness police caught the thief through video & arrested him. Chase was not helpful neither taking responsibility for their part reporting that that check was already processed. Shame on them. Ill find a better place to bank with.ABSOLUTELY DONNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BSNK WITH.

I was a victim of a scam and Chase did nothing to prevent it. If anything it's their fault it happened. I was sent a check to schedule services for my business, the check was deposited and cleared. After even expressing my concerns about it being a scam it was cleared and the funds were mafe available to my account. The very next morning, the funds were reversed and the transaction I had made put my account into the negative. I now owe chase $354 because they didn't do they're job probably and cleared a fraud check. Even after expressing my concerns, they cleared it saying the funds were available. Not to mention customer service is awful, half of the people can hardly speak English, forward me to 10 different people to get zero help.

I had a problem with a service that I had completed on my vehicle so I contacted Chase claims to stop the payment and get them to investigate they ask me to send them a letter from a second opinion stating that the work was done incorrectly and I did that they were not there to help me with this claim even though I gave them everything I needed I've been with Chase for a long time

Truly a grinch that stole Christmas. Making payment on credit card before holiday, they ended up doubling amount, don't have money because I can't work from a car accident. And why did they lower my credit amount on card to just above what I owed? So they can inflict maximum damage on customer so they can maximize profit for themselves, not even caring one bit people going through hard times. All this from this company that received a taxpayer bailout.

The disputes department is completely incompetent. I filed a simple dispute over 2 weeks ago. A few days after, I still had not even received confirmation that the dispute was even initiated by Chase. I called back and was told Chase was waiting for me to upload documents (documents they did not ask for when I initially filed.) Annoying but no problem, I uploaded the requested documents right away. 11 days goes by and the disputed transaction is STILL on my cc with no corrective action taken at all by Chase. The transaction amount is so high my credit score has plummeted by 65 points within the past few weeks and my credit limit is nearly maxed out over Christmas. I called Chase again to see what the hold up was and this time the disputes department informs me they couldn't open the file I uploaded nearly two weeks ago, which was a 2 page PDF. No one had even bothered to reach out and tell me to upload the documentation again or notify me the files couldn't be read on their end. I was then asked to fax the document instead which is a complete joke, no one has a fax people!! I declined and was given an email address by ***** the disputes supervisor. I emailed the documents only to have the email immediately bounce back. Not an actual email address. Unbelievable. I asked ***** why Chase had not taken any corrective action regardless of my documentation because this was not a transaction the merchant was fighting to keep. The merchant asked me to file the dispute because I had paid with another form of payment and it was easier for the merchant to have Chase request the funds back. ***** then claimed the merchant was lying to me and just trying to keep the $. Not only was this accusation completely unfounded it is also 100% false which the disputes department would know if they done their job and reached out to the merchant even once within the past few weeks. Chase would rather blame the merchant and card holder instead of doing their job. Nightmare of incompetence.

I placed a dispute with ******* regarding an authorized transaction. Chase denied the claim and I am highly upset . Ive been banking with Chase over 15 years. Do not bank with them as they are not a serious bank and your money is not protected.

Over the course of 5 months, someone used my ATM card and pin to withdraw small amounts of cash from a non Chase ATM in my neighborhood. Because the amounts were small, I did not realize this was happening until there were several withdrawals made totaling $424. I reported the withdrawals to Chase as soon as I realized what was happening within 60 days of the last incident. Chase reversed the charges. About a week or so after, I get a letter from Chase saying they had conducted an 'investigation' saying due to the fact the pin was used right the ****************** time and geographic proximity to me, that they would not honor the credits and reversed the charges. I called to speak to a manager who accused me and/or someone in my family of using the card. I filed a complaint with the ************************************* Chase responded saying that it was past the 60 days of reporting and the they could not reimburse me my money. This is completely untrue because I notified chase within 60 days of the last transaction, but they gave me the runaround for 30 days, so when I filed the compliant with the ***** it was past the 60 day threshold- very convenient for them. Chase did not bother to look at my ATM transaction history for the last 15 years- I never ever use non Chase ATMs. I have a Chase bank ATM within 2 miles of my residence. My card and pin information were copied and extracted at a store from a merchant's iPad transaction. I even have a police report, they don't care about that. Chase will not protect your money and will make you liable for the money stolen from your account. Do not bank with Chase unless you don't care what happens to your money. This is coming from someone who has business accounts, several credit cards with high limits- they don't care. I am taking my money elsewhere.
