      I have been banking with Chase for some years. I deposited my check with their mobile app in January 2022, they held it for 10 days. Reason? It looks like it might be returned/fraud alert. It was the time I had long Covid, couldnt work, I desperately needed the funds to pay rent. Consequently, my rent went past due with Chase saying sorry theres nothing we can do about it. Got the money after 10 days. 10 days! From that point, I have been using *********** where my checks clear next business day. But a few days ago (December 2022), I decided to give Chase the benefit of doubt. I deposited my paycheck. Without prior notice, they held it, again. Same reason, it looks like it might be returned/fraud alert. Same checks that clear the next business day with *********** without a single incident. So here I am, going through Christmas with my family while Chase holding my money for 7 days. And theyre sorry that ** going through Christmas without my money and cant pay my bills, but theres nothing they can do about it.

      I'm giving a excellent review on your worker Shana ** ***** who is a Associate Banker for chase the date she helped me out was 12/21/22 which was Wednesday. She was so patient through the process. My name is ***** **** and I had my brother with me ******* ******. Great service that day.

      Chase service is terrible! I would give them 0 if could. Chase bank frozen my account by a wrong reason and take my money out. I have fight with them to get my money back. At the same time Chase put restrictions on my account while they say sorry. Their fraud department in believe my account was hacked, but actually the people hacked my account and stolen my money was Chase fraud department itself! Till today my account is still some sort of restricted, it caused such inconvenience and embarrassing when I withdraw money due to such restrictions. I cant believe Chase has never resolved this issue after they realized the so called thief was their fraud department! I need Chase resolve this issue and stop insulting their customers! Terrible company!

      I went for an home equity loan but did not receive it. I was told to put up $500 help with the closing cost if I was to get the loan. I was told that if I decide not to get the loan that the 500 would be non refundable. Which CHASE decided not to give me the loan not me deciding not to get it. When the appraiser came to appraise my home he informed chase about my basement bathroom needed repairs which I informed chase when starting this process that was the reason for getting the loan. Chase bank decided to not give me the loan and kept the $500, would not give it back. NO $500.

      The bank put my online check deposit on hold until the 28th, after two representatives told me yesterday that my funds would be available today no later than 6:00 a.m. I have a premie to feed and no way to buy formula for her. Im literally panicking and all they can tell me is wait til Monday and see if your employer can cancel the check and cut another one.. how is that going to help me today when my child has no milk. I dont know what to do!

      Chase claims to have fraud protection but they dont and they didnt take responsibility for someone calling me and saying they are from Chase Bank and told me my debit card had been compromised and so had my bank account to set up a new bank account with ***** so I would have access! They even set up an email account in my name but I didnt have access to. I called pleading with them and all they said was Sorry your claim has been denied for fraud How can that be when it was Fraud I didnt send the money to myself!! Im so upset and its Christmas. $500 which I thought was secure in my bank is now just gone! How can they use ***** which has no fraud protection either! Your money is not safe with Chase from Scammers

      Chase Bank brags about being the best, most secure bank around but when it comes down to it, they have untrained reps in the fraud department. No one I talked with knew what to do nor seemed to care about potentially fraudulent money, my account potentially being compromised, or what authorities to contact about reporting this fraud elsewhere. The last rep I spoke with was rude, treating me like I'm an idiot for evening asking about locking my accounts until this gets resolved. BUT hey, they'll lock your account out of the blue for going out of town.

      I absolutely LOVE Chase bank. I am not the best with finances and they have ALWAYS come through for me. Even though they have made quite a bit off of my overdraft fees, they always allow me to overdraft a hefty amount when needed. I also have their Chase Slate card and having them has saved me in so many financial ruts. THANK YOU Chase :) I wouldn't recommend any other financial institution.

      if i could give this place negative stars i would. My information got stollen from them, someone called me and had all of my information and said they were with chase. They said someone had used my card in another state and asked if this was me. i was dealing with my 4 year old son, who had just fallen and hurt himself. The lady on the phone asked for a code sent to my phone so that she could handle the fraud and get me a credit. Once i got off the phone and got my son situated i looked and saw that the text said that chase would not call me for the code. I called the fruad department immediatly and told them exactly what happened and read the text message to the lady i spoke with. at this point, none of my money had been taken. she told me that i had called in time and that nothing had been taken out of my account and they would send me another card. 4 days later i get on my account, and ****** was taken by atm withdrawl through an ***** pay digital wallet. i called immediatly and was told that my claim would be processed. 2 days later was told it was denied. went to this chase location and spoke with ****, he advised that he would get it escalated and submitt all the paperwork showing that it is fraud. a day later the ****** was put back in my account, i was thrilled, thought the nightmare was over. 8 days later the money was taken back out of my account. which made my account negative. *** called **** and escalations, as well as claims and i am being told that this is not fraud. even though they have the phone calls from where i called in, as well as the fact that i dont use digital wallet and never have. also that i do not own any ***** products.
