This bank is not about helping average people. They are in the business of pushing government propaganda!!. We had banked with them for 20yrs, but left Chase 3 months ago for a local smaller bank that is happy to help ** do our BANKING! We are not interested in our banking system pushing their agenda on **. Thank you for your consideration. Good Luck.

This company is absolutely disgusting. My husbands wallet was stolen and the card was used for about $150.00. We reported it right away. But a couple weeks later they took the money back out of the account without any contact to **. After us calling in, they told us basically that we are lying because the card was used as tap to pay and you HAVE to use the pin for that. WHICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE. I have never had to use a pin for tap to pay. That is the convenience of tap to pay. They would not re-open the case. They said we could send in more proof but once the case is closed that they would not be able to reopen it. Which it was stated that they already closed the case. The charges that were made were at stores/places we have NEVER been to, but that wasnt enough proof for them. For a billion dollar company to not give back $150.00 during hard times like this is absolutely disgusting. Needless to say we will be switching banks.

I recently had identity theft money as slowly been draining out of my account when I said something to chase bank they did nothing. I finally found out I am in fact a victim of identity theft and this bank I was with fir 5 years closes my account with out notifying me and has stolen my 1,000 dollar paycheck and is making me wait a month in a half to release it. I am a single mother of 2 kids and am now about to get evicted because they stole my paycheck and want to hold it. Even tho they have proof my identity was stole I filed a police report and am speaking with the state attorney General. I will never use this bank again and I demand you release my money that I work hard for

Traded in my vehicle, they release the title to the vehicle to the dealership even though there was a balance on the trade in loan. Had to pay the rest of the loan because the new dealership did not pay the correct amount. The title should have not been released if there was a balance on the trade in loan.

We are a US small business and run few online clothing stores. Some customers use Chase **** to spam us. The spam customers ordered expensive products and simply complained to chase **** that the goods are damaged. Chase gave customer money back right away. We tried to contact the customer for photos or free return. NO RETURN AND NO RESPONSE from these customers. Chasepayment tech help these customers spamming us!!! THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR ANY SMALL BUSINESS AT ALL.

I deposited a check on October 20th that my son gave to me. Although my son checked a day later and the funds left his account Chase put a hold on the check until October 29th. He called them again on the 22cd and was told the check cleared. I called Chase twice and they told me they put a hold on my money because another check he gave me in August the signatures looked different disregarding that he spoke to his bank and the check was fine and cleared. Because of this it put my account in a negative balance and since the 21st Ive been charged 3 overdraft fees of $34 each day and this will continue happening until the hold is off on the 29th. This comes out to $100s of dollars being deducted from my account causing me to be further in debt to them. I always loved this bank but now I feel they are cheating me. They say the hold is on the check yet if the check cleared the hold is actually on $3500 that my son gave to me.

If I could give fewer stars I would. I applied for credit and my credit history was a match/approved. They simply requested I send in verifying information, which I did twice. When I called to get to the bottom of why the letter I received stated that the verifying information I sent in was not acceptable (the information I sent was listed on the letter and requested by their person via email) I was able to verify that there was some sort of glitch that did not allow them to update my application. After being bounced around from department to department the last person stated there was nothing she could do to update my application with the correct information. Please bear in mind that another customer service agent was able to verify that this, in fact, could be done.To recap, I am a qualified potential customer, but due to several agents being unwilling to assist me, I have been denied credit and they are refusing to consider the information I provided even though it meets their standards.

So my debit card was swapped with another person. It was 10 days before we realized what had happened because 1. The person using it went to similar places I do 2. I almost exclusively use ***** *** so I don’t go looking for a physical card often 3. I had an extra pay day in September and had some “cushion.” The person using my debit card turned it into a chase bank. The bank calls me, tells me what happened. They tell me the girl asked to have her charges transferred to her account but obviously that’s not how it works. The manager assured me, multiple times, I’d recoup the loss after filing the claim. So I file the claims. 2.5 weeks later, chase takes the money they returned to me back. After speaking with several people and eventually the claims supervisor, I was told, in no uncertain terms, chase decided that it was my fault this had happened because I wasn’t paying close enough attention to my account’s charges. It doesn’t matter she offered to have those charges transferred to her and they wouldn’t do it. It doesn’t matter that someone using my card besides me literally counts as fraud. It doesn’t matter that I was assured by the branch manager I would be reimbursed for those charges. It was “my fault” for not looking at my account, multiple times a day, checking my charges. This “supervisor”” (looking at you, ********) snarkily says I should seek legal action against the person that used it—which is really a cute suggestion considering chase can’t tell me who had it because of privacy issues. So a big fat * you to chase. I’ll be calling the police to file a report and have them go to the bank and find the girls name. Then I will get an attorney involved. Then I’m taking all of my family’s money and moving it to a decent bank which chase is not. I hope it was worth it, Chase.

Worst bank ever ! Been with them for over 15 years and they just keep ******* me over! Went to an ATM today and deposited money and the dang teller told them I only deposited 160 bucks , but it was more than that. So now I have to wait until they count the ATM to see if it’s more then what it say it’s in there. I will be closing my account as soon as my last direct deposit hit my account ! I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

This bank has had hundreds of issues complained on several website. Went to cash a check that was within their posted policies, they refused to cash it and put a stamp on it making it unusable. The check was from Chase Bank. Under the **** limit. This left us in a tight spot during an emergency and now we have to wait because of their unprofessional and illegal activities. This place needs to be shut down or reevaluate.
