      Absolutely predatory cash advance program, you cannot pay off your cash advance balance. They charge interest per day but do not even post the transaction for several days, charging interest all the while. They literally make it the last thing that can be paid off. And if any pending charges show up at any time over the next week, your payment will go to those and not the cash advance. So literally you must stop using the cars for 2-3 weeks for them to stop charging you daily interest.

      Made a wire transfer from a Chase account that I was told I was in time to stop and cancel this fraud related payment. It has been 3 weeks going around in circles from Chase and still no hope for a refund. I know the bank has insurance to cover this type of fraud, but there is no intention on their part to help me. Chase has had every form they asked me to supply, some twice. Being with this company for 20+ years, they just don't seen to care.

      Negatives stars. They should be charged for negligence. I was a part of a wire fraud scheme that imitated the Chase Bank phone number on the back of my debit card. i was under the impression I was speaking with Chase entire time and lost a large amount of money. I reported the fraud minutes after it happened - in this amount of time Chase Bank should have been able to provide a recall of the wire, however, they waited days, even weeks before taking action. Which meant the money was long gone by then. They "looked into it" but of course said they could not get my money back due to "lack of funds". Their negligence is the reason i lost my money - and they should be paying me back out of the billions of dollars they steal from their customers every day. In this process their customer service was of no help. There was no phone number for me to call to speak to a real person. I had to send them messages online. The process is set up to be so slow that there is no way they could've gotten my money back. They need to do a major update to their wire fraud department and find a better way to help people. This is becoming more and more common of an issue and Chase needs to get with the times and start taking care of their customers. Seriously negligence.

      terrible customer service. I cannot access my account on line, and am living most of the time in ******. Chase "did not recognize" my device, which had not changed, wanted my ATM pin for verification of who I am and I do not have an ATM card, and has incorrect numbers for recovery via text although they have called more than once on the correct number. I am now locked out of that account and have spoken with 12 people, no help. Can't do recovery by asking me questions that only I could answer. Can't pay bills or refund client deposit. World's worst bank, been with them 30 years but it will not be more.

      If I could give minus stars, I would! I was contacted by a process server yesterday who informed me that I would be served at work today for a complaint filed against me by Chase bank on a ********* credit card issued to me in **** with a balance of apx $3k! (How much of that is finance charges?!) I have never banked with Chase but they bought out ********* and are now taking me to court on a 22 year old ****!!! I am disgusted with this type of greed on a consumer who has never been a customer - and NEVER WILL- going through the financial struggles that we all are suffering. Be warned current customers and future customers: Chase bank will never let you out of any debt owed, even when it's owed to someone else!!!

      absolute WORST customer service with claims for fraudulent charges and the other customer ******************** rep I spoke with to try and close my account. People were rude; one department says one thing and the other says something completely different and says the other department is wrong. This is not the first time I have had issues with customer service with ******************** but this is the first time I have been upset enough to write a review. I've been a Chase customer for well over 20 years, however I do not think I will be one for much longer.

      I think its unfair that a non parent/ legal guardian can open an account for a minor child without documentation showing they are the parent or have the parents permission and when said child turns 18 refuses to give access to the account or the funds in it and CHASE wont close the account or convert the account so the now 18 year old can access to their funds! I will be taking my chase business elsewhere being as they dont want to help an 18 year old get access to his money

      I went to my neighborhood Chase branch at ******************************************** request two Certified Checks for a pending transaction. I supplied the Chase associate my photo ID, check book, and Chase credit card. The associate said for security reason he needed to verify my ID with a return call from my cell phone. I did not have my cell phone. The Chase associate denied me access to my account by refusing to issue the checks. He then said " you need to go to your branch where someone knows you". Time now becoming more important, the next morning I spent an unscheduled 45 minutes and a 19 mile drive to retrieve the necessary checks from another branch. The Summit branch should be used with caution because of their poorly trained personnel.

      ZERO STARS. Chase locked my online account due to suspicious activity. Chase requested I come into the branch location. I don't have a branch location near me and they were not willing to work with me. I was more than willing to face time and scan them my ID. Will NOT recommend chase to anyone. As of right now my account is still locked and unresolved. Don't say you are a national bank when you are NOT one.

      I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone, email, or otherwise! They say I have to log in to get help, huh???? My issue is logging in! I have updated my phone number 3 times and it is still asking me to verify account with an OLD phone number that doesn't exists anymore. Their website is saying I am using a different device that it doesn't recognize which is not true. I have only ever used one device. I'm paying off my credit card and shredding it. Never again will them, nothing but problems. Family members have also closed big accounts with them due to hidden, rising fees.
