      I deposited a check by mistake due to it having a 3rd party name on it. My mistake was depositing that check without getting it endorsed. Chase locked my entire bank account, emailed me telling me my account is now closed and a check would be mailed to me for my money Ive had in my bank account. Its been 3 weeks and still have not had MY money returned to me. This corrupt organization is stealing money and seems like there is nobody to help. * this bank.

      Chase slate card services would not help me with a dispute. I was a customer since *************************************************************************************** and will not credit the charge. I had to cancel the card. They do not care at all. Very disappointed do not open a account with them if you want customer loyalty

      I have been a Chase member for nearly 10 years now. I have multiple credit cards, checking accounts and saving accounts with them. They returned a check I wrote, they charged me fees and the money was sent to them via ***** from my own other account they have a 6 minute delay between transactions due to their own outdated system. I will be moving all my money from them moving forward. Literally the worse customer service. Dont ever get a ********************** account.

      I applied for a home cash loan with Chase Bank Mortgage. They told me that I needed to put in a ****** deposit. I will get my ****** deposit back if the loan isn't approved. They sent an appraisal agent to look at the house, but the property needs a lot of repairs. So the loan didn't go thru. When I asked them for my deposit back, they told me the money was used to pay for the house's appraisal. I never asked them to appraise the property. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. It seems to me that Chase Bank Mortgage had scammed me.

      ZERO STARS. We had to get some documents notarized at the *********************** town location in ****. We were told my a chase customer service professional that we NEED to schedule an appt online and we did. I called to confirm the appt and one of the bankers said that 'This is a really expensive process for chase, since it will take an hour', but confirmed the appt. 15 min later another banker called and said that their Notary can't access the notary book and will help us find a new appt. Called me back in 15 min and said that they couldn't find another appt and we should go to *** to get our documents notarized and said that their 'Notary is new and does not know the process well'. So which is it Chase Bank, Is it 'expensive', 'time consuming', 'not worth your time', 'can't find then notary book', or 'inexperienced notary'. Terrible customer service We have been customers for close to 2 decades and notarizing is more expensive than losing our account?

      I purchased a car and Chase bank was the loan officer. The loan was paid off in 2014. In the process of moving ; my title to the car was lost. I went to the *** to get a duplicate so I can sell the car. When I spoke to a representative at the *** I was warned that I could not have a duplicate because it still had ***************** as the lein holder on this vehicle. I was told my ***************** that I would have to wait 7 to 8 business days for legal documents to be sent to me to have this problem fixed. Not sure why I couldn't just go into one of their branches to have this fixed since it's previously 2022 and they know for sure the car has been paid off in this time. I will never use ***************** Chase Bank for anything in the future.

      Horrible. They advertised a payment bonus for opening a new account. DID EVERYTHING THE **** REQUESTED, but they refused to give me the bonus fee even after I opened multiple well funded accounts. False advertising. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this bank. Ever.

      Chase bank is stealing money from account holders. Double charging accounts, having pending charges removed then coming back. Forcing accounts negative. Watch your money. The branches will not help you. They will try to justify it. Chase is taking your money.

      Everyone in their call center is foreign. When you Dispute something and you want to show emails and text as proof they wont accept the proof but every month they will take the money back out after you have disputed the issue and mess up your account. ***** is better than Chase.
