      I had some money wired into my business account which is meant for purchase of merchandise for my business for the coming holiday season. When I checked my account and saw that the money was in the account, I zelled first a hundred dollars to my personal ***** ***** account then I proceeded to ***** $4900 to the same account only to suddenly get a mail that my account has been locked. I was beyond shocked as there was absolutely no fraudulent transaction on my account and nobody told me when I opened the account that I would not be able to make transfers. and a real human would have seen that the transfers were made to same name as is on the business account. but the robots at chase only care about hurting their customers clearly.I called the customer service numbers and for over two hours was rerouted to the wrong people who couldnt do anything to resolve the situation. it has been **** trying to get the matter sorted as its been a whole bunch of mindless robots with absolutely no emotions but just reading a script. I answered all the security questions ( which a scammer cannot know) they all ask me like my address, passport number, date I opened the account, etc and still they say they couldnt verify me!!!I am not in ***************** right now to walk into a branch and the telephone number on file is not working at the moment as the sim was changed because we never envisaged this problem.I have called the branch in ******** where the account was opened thinking I could speak with the private banker who would have been able to identify me but I was told that she was no longer working with the bank and the lady who answered that call was so rude and left the phone on and walked away. I have never experienced this level of horrible service.This nefarious act by Chase is not just detrimental to my 17 year old business as I now have no money to buy merchandise, it is affecting my health as I am unable to do anything

      Chase Banks has closed my accounts for depositing a money from the sale of a vehicle, and has then stolen the money from my bank account telling me the check is on the way. Even though the funds cleared from a large dealership chain, they claim the business information is not in there ***** ***** system with the phone number on hand. I asked them if they had made any outbound phone calls to the company to confirm the transaction or if they wanted my title applications and documents of the sale which they did not. As of today, now 48 days after shutting my account down I still have not received any of my funds from the bank. After days of being hung up on and placed on hold I was finally connected to a manager in their loss prevention department who then magically found all the information he needed, but claimed the check will be mailed out in 4-5 days, it has been 7 days since then and I am not convinced I will receive my money. I would NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN WITH ANY MONEY, and will tell everyone of this. They stole from me, and have lied since. I was a customer with them for over ten years, they are crooks who manipulate markets, abuse customers and s**** over the little guy. All that happens when they get caught for manipulating markets or s******* over customers is they pay a small fine relative to their profits. I urge everyone who reads this to change your bank to a local community bank.

      This bank has my money on hold, just because they want to. A check was returned due to insufficient funds on 09/15/2022 but on 09/16/20222 the funds were available. A Chase bank associate advised me to redeposit the check and by another associate that the check was clear (which was not true, and I've been charged with overdraft fees). I have called numerous times with no solution but to have my banking account over drafted several times (since they put and remove money as I try too not have to pay additional fees). After several days of calling and being promised that the problem would be resolved immediately. Which is a huge lie! And it was a supervisor that made the promise. What I'm saying is that Chase bank has $3,100.00 on hold just because they want to, since ***** ***** has already released the money. I run a very small business and my business is being held by Chase Bank, therefore I'm paying over draft fees and my business is in halt.If I could leave less than a star, I would leave a negative star. Specially since Chase Bank is playing with my money and business. I'm more than sure that Chase Bank would not do this to a person or bigger entity !

      Racist and denied all my application for any CREDIT CARD or CAR LOAN any type of application WAS DENIED due to DISCRIMINATION from this bank ..They are committing FRAUD in my name I can prove it..Also just very disrespectful and deceptive never tell the truth about what they actually doing..Please if your BLACK run dont bank here because they are RACISTBeware of them and please BBB speak up about this PLEASE

      I booked a rental car in ***** *****. When arriving the car rental company said we dont have this type of car and never will have it. You are working with a bad broker. You have to contact the broker.I called chase bank from the airport wifi via Skype. I was on the phone for 50 minutes before the wifi cut out. I proceeded to the car company as I had left off with *** (chase rep) saying he is on with the broker to figure out what to do. The rental company said they were contacted and the broker would cover my additional cost of the car. All I had to do was supply the invoice to the broker for the refund. Then charged my card for over $650.Ill be marking this charge as fraud and am very upset with my chase rewards experience.

      Never use this company to get a car loan from!!If you miss a payment they will hound you night and day by phone and nasty letters, Covid or not. Money money money, and when you pay the loan off early they dont take the money for over a week and your title. Well its been since last month and were still waiting for that title, never again will we get a car loan or anything else from Chase.

      Suddenly, out of nowhere I started getting charged a $25 monthly service fee without an explanation. ON A SAVINGS ACCOUNT!. Because it was a saving account that I never look at, I lost $125.00 before I caught the problem. Of course I closed the account, and I am now in the process of ceasing all business with Chase in my professional business and all of my familys business.

      I had a new card shipped because I lost mine and it still does not work I called the customer service because I am at the doctors and need to pay my bill he tells me to visit the Branch knowing they are closed

      Worst possible card you could ever get, I applied for it through ****** and never received a card, I had already racked up a amount so I had to to call to pay it off because its impossible to do so without a bill or a cad to do so online!!! After answering all of the security questions he asked me which address is correct, he listed four the fourth one was correct the other three I have no idea where he got the because at no time in my life did I ever list them or lived at,,, Not only that they didnt process my payment so ended up paying late fees two months later!!

      I have been banking with chase for over 4 years an i have never seen a bank to come up with so many rules to steal people money.This company charge me to transfer my own money from my savings account to my checking account .I called to speak with a manager not no team lead or supervisior and i did not want to talk to anyone on the floor.I was hung up on by there supposed to be manager. i called back again and ask for a second time wand was told it could take up to 3 days for someone to call me back to take care of the issue...This is not customer service at all.This is a Million dollar company and you mean to tell me you dont have any managers that can make decisions of a click of button. No i was not buying that.You sreal my money (the Bank) then tell me i had to wait 3 days for me to talk to some one.Something has to be done about this
