      The *** is a greedy corporation that takes advantage of the paying public. I paid for *** Premium and I have a saved receipt for the $99.99 purchase. Week 13 the *** App on my TV stop recognizing my account and asks to pay the $99.99 sign up fee again. They have no Customer Support to address IT issues. Why? Because the *** doesnt care, it just wants to charge you for the service. I have no path to resolve the issue and I do not know what to do.

      Very dissapointing experience. No audio available on any streams except for commercials. When I try to reach out to customer support it is literally impossible to get a hold of a representative. Instead you are forced to chat with a bot that is very incapable. I find it extremely worrisome that we ******* good money for these services yet there is no actual customer support. The *** makes billions but they can't outsource to a call center or something ? Pathetic.

      TLDR: I was scammed by the *** Premium Subscription Service.The 2nd month of my subscription I was charged and then four days later, there was no record of my subscription on my account. I looked in my email for a activation notification, the kind of email you get when you initially sign up for an online service and I never received one. (side note: I know for a fact I signed up for the service and had access to it for the 1st month, my card was not stolen or used by someone else)I contacted their **************** and they were terrible. They took 5 days to even acknowledge my issue and took a total of two weeks to "resolve it" and restore my account. When I asked for a refund, they responded "Kindly note that we are following a strict no-refund policy for monthly subscriptions regardless of usage. Rest assured we already canceled your subscription to make sure that no future payments will go through." I didn't ask for them to cancel my account.For a service that is used mainly on Sundays, excluding Monday and Thursday games, its a huge deal to lose out on 1/2 of the subscription due to their error. The fact that they charged me and then my subscript disappears without explanation is a huge red flag, and quite frankly, fraud. I have filed a fraud report to the *** and highly recommend you do the same. I will also be contacting my bank to charge back the subscription.Thanks for reading and I hope this helps someone avoid the *** streaming services in the future!

      Specifically relating to the **** subscription service: these people do not understand how to run a business. They feel they deserve money for existing, whether or not they actually provide the service they're charging for. Their system is beyond glitchy - I tried to cancel a renewal for an annual subscription that I signed up for over a year ago - thought I was successful, just to be charged anyways, even though my account clearly shows that I do not have an active subscription (my only option is to sign up and pay for another account!). Have spent over a month trying to get a refund for $35 because they won't believe that my paid subscription isn't allowing me access to the content I'm paying for, which seems to be a very common issue, judging by these reviews and also ****** Play. **************** response is a week out, doesn't actually read or comprehend the issue, just to tell me to log out and then log back into my account. Hard to believe that a shady, money-grubbing company like this was ever a non-profit organization. What a joke. Stop giving money to this company.

      ****** and paying for premium was stated I could see my game on a TV. This is not true, I paid **** and can not watch the game I was hoping for. False advertising and I will never purchase the app again!

      My *** plus was automatically renewed and now Im unable to listen to home or away radio broadcast or watch video online. Ive attempted to contact support but its an chat bot that doesnt provide any help and Im unable to chat, e-mail or speak to a live person. They arent providing any support for their service and are leaving subscribers paying for a service they cantt use and we are unable to contact *** for a full refund. BBB needs to take action.

      I've purchased membership and upon purchasing membership for premium it still required me to purchase memberships through other services to even stream anything. Nothing would stream. I immediately canceled membership and asked for refund. No way to contact anyone and will not refund money. I want full refund and better way of communicating for everyone. This is ridiculous and robbery at its best.

      They are false advertising poor communication you I saw it said I could watch a game if I subscribed after subscribing it then said I couldnt watch the game cause of the area it shouldve told me that before I subscribed I was under the impression I could see that specific game due to what the *** app said I then canceled the subscription and tried to get my money back but it will not let me get my money back when I havent used the subscription at all want let me contact an actual person this is clearly false advertisement

      DO NOT subscribe to ***** I purchased the **** premium to I could watch my game and any time they are not showing in our area. NOTHING! I was not able to watch the game and it was supposed to be an upgrade from the one I had of the basic and already paid for but instead I got charged ****** for full year and to not be able to watch my game. then when I submitted a ticket it states someone will respond to your ticket soon. well, it has been a week. Some response. I wanted a refund and it was within an hour after I tried and was not able to watch the game. They should be shut down. This just happened on Sept 24 of 2023. They do not even deserve 1 star but I had to put at lease 1
