      its week four and i have yet to make it through ONE game without the app crashing. i want my money back. this is awful.

      NFL Network is completely unsupported. No tech support outside of an email-bot and chat-bot. No live customer support. Be wary.

      I subscribed to **** premium on August 23, 2023. I was charged $14.99 for that subscription. I expected to be able to watch any game that was played every day that a game was being played. I was unable to access any of those games within the past two weeks. I was able to get the game preview, but not the game itself. I have also found out that I am able to get good enough games on the local channels and by way of two other networks that I have subscribed to. The two of them combined are not costing me as much as **** premium was costing me monthly. For that reason, I would like to cancel my subscription from **** premium and get a refund for the $14.99 that I have already paid. If this does not take place soon enough, I want a refund for both my first payment and my next payment. The date that that payment will be deducted from my account is September 24, 2023. The total amount of the two payments added together is $29.98.

      I havent been able to use this product and even asked *** to check and verify. No customer support, even the phone number they listed just pushes you back to their website.I submitted a ticket online and I keep getting an automated response, seems like a bot to with a name on it. I keep asking for a response on if they will refund.Ive now paid $200 for nothing. SCAM!!!

      In 2022, I signed up for the 7 day free trial and I cancelled and deleted my account minutes after realizing, this does not show out-of-market games. They charged me anyway. But only charged me once. I didnt see it until I was charged this September 2023 and I NEVER signed up nor did I even have an account. So with that said, I created another account with the same email and low and beholdThey ask me to pay for a subscriptioneven though I was CHARGED and have an ACTIVE SubscriptionNow theres no way for me to cancel because I am being charged from an account that DOESNT EXIST!!! Im suing!!! For this Im removing ALL online payments from eCommerce. *************** LLC was sued last year for doing this same EXACT THING!!

      I had purchased a membership to **** Premium - I didn't realize you had to have cable TV. I had cancelled my Cable for financial reasons. I cannot use this service. I cancelled my account within 2 hours of joining. According to the *** I do have a cooling off period. Two hours from the time of purchase is enough time to get a full refund. I had paid for a full year. When I cancelled it they said I would have access to my account for the year paid for. However, I am unable to use the service so it does me no good. I have tried chatting with the customer service and also sent them an email. I only get a robot in both instances and they keep telling me to review the Policy and ******************* I feel this does not apply to my situation since I cancelled within 2 hours of signing up and I'm unable to reach a real live person. Please help me get this issue resolved. I just want my money back and the account cancelled immediately.

      *** app is full of IT. ??????I can't watch the football game. I just bought *** plus by mistake thru a trial because I upgraded by accident. Anyway CAN'T WATCH FOOTBALL. My phone the app plays good but I tether through my service it's HORRIBLE.TOO MANY BUGS.Pauses and stop in the middle of the game.Terrible..I want my money back too if I could talk to a live person! BUT CAN'T There is no such thing.Thank you.

      Horrible! How do you cheat loyal customers/fans out of our hard earned money?! I cancelled long ago and I am still being charged monthly!! Impossible to speak to anyone or even email about this scam!! Keeps you going in circles with FAQs and ChatBot!! I want my money back from the end of my free trial ***** This is ridiculous!!
