      I purchased 3 pairs of pants online from Zara at full price of which only 1 pair fit, as Zara's sizes are wildly inconsistent. Upon sending the 2 pairs back with a return label provided by Zara within the required window of return time, I was refunded for only 1 pair of pants. The returned items were still tagged, unworn, and returned in the new condition in which they were received. I will "go to battle" with a customer service rep today to attempt to get the proper return amount. I have been through this battle before when I purchased a pair of pants and was not refunded. They cited the item returned was worn, which it was not since they were too big and I am an honest consumer. I returned the pants tagged and unworn and within the return time window. This company may make inexpensive, trend forward clothing but unless purchased in store, I CANNOT recommend ever buying online. I truly believe they are instructed to refuse returns. Add to this, that their phone support is surly, sarcastic, and generally combative. Typical Gen * "customer service." Buyer beware with this company. Completely unethical, sketchy at best. It will be only ********* from here on out. They KNOW customer service and retention.

      I placed an order for an item from Zara because the expected delivery date range would fit into my needs. It didn't get delivered and I waited three more days, but did not get any notification. I had to reach out to find out there was an incident w/ their carrier. I had to make a replacement order and was told it would take 7 more days. They do not have the courtesy to send me the notification nor expedite the second delivery. I reached out to customer service twice via online chat support and via phone, the third time. No one was trained to apologize or attempt to help in any way. The response was " you should wait until the delivery date."

      Received a worn dress, then immediately return it, but did not get refund for it, since ZARA said wron dress return is not acceptable. this is totally ********, i order a new dress, you sent me a used one, even do not accept return?! ZARA, you are a robber!! i will not buy anything under this brand, garbage!! improve your quality control!

      I purchased a pair of shoes online from Zara. They did not fit so I wrapped them up and shipped them back the same day in the same box I received them in.Tracking shows that the box arrived at the wear house, but now they are refusing to refund my money because they said there was nothing in the box which is impossible, because I packed it and it was the only thing inside.This is the second time Zara has done this to me when returning something via the mail.Either they are stealing from me, or someone in their wear house is opening the boxes and helping themselves. In either case this is criminal and something must be done about it.Buyer beware when dealing with this company.

      I'm really disappointed with Zara Customer Service:As a frequent ********************** customer, I recently purchased a full-cut T-shirt with a metallic fabric detail. Unfortunately, during the first wear, the metallic detail discolored upon a light touch while eating. Upset with this experience, I visited the Zara store at ************* to explain the situation. Despite speaking with the manager, no resolution was offered.Given this experience, I'm hesitant to recommend Zara at this time.

      Incredibly POOR customer service. Tags on clothes. A gift. The incomprehensible manager and associate would not allow a simple exchange of sizes!!!!!

      My complaint to the store or I should say to the Brand Zara, is they are not inclusive with their sizes. The sizing is wrong and very limited if you are on the curvier side. I think for the times we are living in now they should have better sizing reference on their website, also their clothing should be more accurate. I mean is very frustrating when you by something in xl for instance, because you know that is your size, then when you received it or try it on doesn't fit, but then the "xxl" is huge. There is no accuracy on their sizing and is very limited, are they are inclusive at all, and i am *** many women around the world feel the same about this.

      TERRIBLE customer service! Non of the stores have phones. They wont hold anything for you. The operators are apathetic. *** ordered items and had the order cancelled days after Zara claimed it was being shipped. I cant stand dealing with this company!

      Blatant ripping off customers. Order a package to be delivered and didn't receive it. I contacted the courier and they verified that they had "incorrectly delivered" it with an apology. They asked me to go back to Zara as they've updated their delivery info on their end. So I went back to Zara and even provided a screenshot of the text from courier that the package was not delivered and is missing. ****, the guy in the "investigation" department still refused to provide me with a refund despite my documentation from the courier.

      The perfume I purchased caused a bad reaction on my skin and not only the manager refused to refund me she treated me poorly and made unprofessional remarks ! Unacceptable. Then again no wonder Zara has one star reviews !!!!Perhaps they should pay attention to their customers more and less on advertising
