      I was told my package was delivered but I did not received my package. They said they did an investigation and determined I did receive it. Why would I lie? Now I am out of my shoes I ordered and the money which is unfair to me.

      Zara sent me a faulty sweater, that had dust all over it, yet claimed it had "pet hair" on it. I do not own a pet.... I had sent it back initially, not thinking anything at all, and they SENT IT BACK TO ME. and then when I tried to contact their customer service, they said that if I tried to send it back to them again, it would be "disposed of", and also that I would not be refunded..... they are literally stealing consumer's money. I don't know if the company is simply not doing well, or what is going on, but this is absurd. I filed with the BBB, and waiting to hear about my claim, but I'm a law student and plan to escalate this, as clearly I'm not the only one experiencing problems with them per all the horrific reviews below mine. I truly have never heard of a company that gives the consumer no recourse, and no ability to prove that their claim (Zara's) is flat out wrong and I'd go as far to say fraudulent. I have photos proving there is NO pet hair on this sweater... it's absolutely insane to me.

      I purchased a shirt from Zara at ************ Mall. Im from out of town and I realize that the shirt was not what I expected so I waited till I got to my hometown to initiate a return. I contacted Zara to request a return slip. The shirt has never been worn, tags are intact and I have a receipt. **************** is stating that all in-store purchases have to be returned in-store only and that is insane all because I didnt purchase online. Theyre stating that they have no proof of my purchase but I have a receipt with a transaction number on it!!! Now Im stuck with an item that I dont even like and I have wasted money!!

      I placed an order on 1/30, a day letter I received and email saying is ready for pick up at the store, I went there just to find out they cannot find my package even when in their system said they received it. They told me to talk with customer service the is a joke department (this is a word wide company and no want know nothing) I requested to talk with a supervisor and they said they need to request a phone call and they will call me in 48 hrs!!!!!!!! I also ask for a store phone number and they dont have a phone in the store!!! This is a joke of company, Zara pretends to be a nice store but cheaper clothes companies have a much better customer service.

      They claim to have great quality control but when I bought my sons jacket for winter (we live in ******** with extreme temperatures at times) the pocket fell apart at the seams, nothing ripped, the thread literally unraveled. About 2 months later the zipper literally snapped in half when I tried zipping it, not even rough or tugging. I contacted customer service and they refuse to give a refund until I send the jacket back and the receive it in the wearhouse. This is concerning on so many levels however, the biggest one being that they expect me to send a jacket back in the middle of winter. This means I have to buy a jacket without receiving a refund yet just to send the jacket back and wait for the refund. I told them that theyre making me do this for their convenience while inconveniencing me for THEIR FAULTY ITEM. Ironically after this, I went to put my sons jacket on and the seams holding the hood and the jacket together fell apart. Now the inside of the jacket is exposed. Their customer service is a joke and so are their products.

      I am very disppointed with the customer service we experienced at the ********************** store in *********. The fitting room lady was very rude to my daughter and another customer (not of white race) telling us we had to wait behind the black frame. When a white lady came she did not tell her in a rude manner to stand behind the black frame but instead was having a conversation with her and being nice to her. I waited a few minutes to see if she would tell her to stand behind the black frame but she did not and instead spoke to her and than once a fitting room became available walked her to fitting room. I than told the fitting room attendant, that if she does for one she should do to all. She than started rolling her eyes at me and I asked her if she had a problem? The ** came over and told me not to speak to the fitting rrom attendant that I have to speak to her. I explained the situation and all she had to say was that that wasn't true and that she would call security. I asked for her name and she said she did not have to provide. She is the ** and very rude and has no customer serivce skills and they discrimminate. In no manner was I being rude or being loud, just explaining that her attendant does not have to be rude or discrimminatory.

      I purchased two pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. This was the first time Ive bought from this company but my daughter wanted to try their jeans. We live 6 1/2 hours round-trip away from the nearest store so I had to order online. The items did not fit, so I tried to return and was told there was a 30 day return window. I asked if they would make a one time exception, and they were not willing to work with me at all. I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service and unwillingness to extend their return policy during the holidays like many other retailers do. I will not be purchasing From this company. Now I am stuck with two pair of jeans and wasted money.

      I placed an order on January 12 . Got an email a few days later that I will receive my order on Thursday 1/18 . Well guess what . The shipping company that Zara hired , decided to delivery a day earlier without any notification!!! Not even a knock on the door , and I was home all day . Obviously my package was stolen They answer the first email pretty much it is what it is and ghost me after . Why is it my fault that you hire cheap unprofessional shipping companies to deliver our packages????? All I asked was to see the confirmation email that my order was delivered , nothing else!!! When I called Zara on 1/19 they told me that the order will arrive that day when my order was delivered and stolen a day earlier !!! They didnt have any updates !!! Why do I have to pay for your mistakes ???

      Absolutely horrendous. Had my package stolen off my porch because the delivery driver failed to ring the bell, we have signs placed everywhere not to leave packages unattended yet he placed the package in plain view. Luckily we have cameras so I had proof it was stolen. When I tried to get a refund/replacement, they gave me the run around until they told me once the package is "delivered" there's nothing they can do about it. Delivered would mean I actually received the package, or it was actually put into my possession. He might as well have put it on the side of the street with a "take me" sign attached. Horrible policy that puts the fault of a lackluster delivery service onto the customer, basically 50/50 you receive the package you spent money on. Do not order online if you live in any kind of city.

      Totally agree with previous review regarding Zara's return/exchange policy, especially in the context of purchasing gifts for others during the holidays. I made an online purchase for jeans for my daughter for Christmas. I placed the order on November 29, 2023, they shipped on November 30, 2023. The order was placed early so that I could guarantee they would not sell out and that I would get them before Christmas. Unfortunately, the jeans did not fit, only needed one size up. Tried to make a return/exchange after the New Year holiday, after navigating a rather confusing website, and was surprised to discover that I could neither make a return or an exchange because the time had expired. Online orders have a 30 day window for return or exchange from the "shipping date," not the date you receive the shipment. Tried going into my local Zara, in person, but was met with the same response. The sales associate gave me the number to ***************** but again was given the same response. Therefore, I too, have a gift that cannot be used, will have to spend additional money to replace the gift, and I will no longer shop Zara due to this policy. Bad business on multiple levels.
