      Zara has some horrible business practices going on. I will never shop online with them again. They basically claimed that all items I returned were damaged. When they sent the items back to me it looked like an employee has put highlighter on them to make them look damaged. Now, I'm stuck with items that don't fit. I feel cheated and taken advantage of because I did nothing wrong and when the items left my possession they were in great condition . When I reached out to customer service they said its not our fault you damaged the items and were complete accusatory.. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere.

      HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! They take your money and never deliver the package!! There delivery service is horrendous!! They steal and there is nothing I can do.

      I gave them one star last time because my 1st time ordering from them and they sent the wrong item and replacement item was lost again. However, they made it right and resent the correct item. I'm happy now

      bought a shirt for my daughter with some clothes because she had a surgery as a recovery gift with total bill 403 dollars ,The shirt was too small but because my daughter was not fully recovered I could not return it immediately Today I went to ******** Zara where I bought it the stuff from requesting to exchange , they refused because it passed 30 days in few days only.I asked to exchange not refund and the tag still on it, but they refused.

      I send them some return items, and tracking say it is delivered. But they refused the refund, they said we didnt received your refund and this is final. I send with their return label. Also they send used, dirty and defective items three times

      They do not honor the quality of their products under any circumstances. I purchased a shirt for $50, laundered based on instructions on the tag. The shirt shrunk and unraveled. I wasn't even offered a store credit.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. Same experience of ****************, who reviewed Zara on May 10, 2024. Placed large order for delivery to the store. Picked up order on April 23, 2024 and I tried each item on. The next day, I brought 8 items back to the store, folded and placed in the original box (together). The store representative inspected each item, and accepted the same for return. On April 24, 2024, I received an email entitled "Return request accepted". All 8 items returned were included as photographs. On April 30, 2024, Zara emailed that my return had been processed, but only 7 of the 8 returned items were listed. On May 2nd, Zara emailed that returned items "did not comply with our specified return conditions and terms". I contacted customer service on May 3 and spoke with a Zara representative who opened a case number for me and said that he believed it was an oversight. On May 15th, the item was delivered to my home and I received another email saying that my case had been reviewed, but a refund would not be processed. I called customer service on May 16th and asked to speak to a manager, but the representative refused and told me that there was a report indicating that the dress smelled like perfume, despite Zara accepting all other items in the same package and my not having worn any of them. The representative refused to provide me with the report. Instead, I was told that management would contact me in the next ***** hours. This amounts to theft. Either Zara is lying about the condition of the dress, or the dress was damaged between my return to the store (which was accepted) and arrival at the warehouse. I have not taken the dress out of the box for fear they will claim further damage. I plan to refute the charge with my credit card and will never buy another item from Zara online again.

      I bought a "famous" Zara perfume online after following a promotion on ******** When it arrived, when I smelled it I didn't like it and I returned it with the requirements of being well packaged in a box with a return label. After almost 20 days they responded to me that the perfume was opened and that they were sending it back to me, they did not give me options such as a change of fragrance or deducting a percentage of what I paid. The customer service is terrible and that is why I will never shop at Zara again, I don't have their stores near my house. What a disappointment!

      I purchased two dresses from Zara. They charge me $106.when the items came the items on the tag said they were only $29.90. I called Zara to inquire about a refund or clarification on the difference in price. They told me I was charged adequately. But clearly I was not because the tags on the items shoe One price and I was charged another price. So Zara totally overcharges, especially if youre in *****************. That was the last time I will buy from Zara.

      Purchased an item online. Tried it on. It did not fit so it was mailed back. Zara emailed me saying I wore the item, which I did not. When I called customer service they said the item smelled of buttercream?? so they would not accept the return. I told her the item was tried but never worn out. It did not fit . She did not care and said that was the final say. I have never in my life received such terrible customer service. She told me by even trying the item on, if I had perfume I made the item have a smell so it was not something they would accept. If that were true then no returns would ever be accepted. There is no logic in this train of thought. I am upset and just wanted my refund. I will no longer shop at Zara.
