      I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas on the Zara website on 11/25/23. They arrived on 11/29/23. My daughter opened the shoes on Christmas, but the shoes did not fit. My daughter attempted to return the shoes on 12/30/23 to the ****************, ** store, when we had returned from being out of town for Christmas with the receipt but was told the return period had expired. Not a company I will be anxious to give my money to in the future. If the return policy is 30 days from receiving the purchase, then why was Christmas Day included in the calculation? They were not open that day.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Same story as a lot of folks. Christmas should have extended return window. They count the time the package is being shipped as part of the return window !!!!! How is that even close to reasonable. Terrible company and even worse customer service. My niece only wanted to EXCHANGE her outfit. She had all the tags, receipt and order number. I feel like someone should *** this company or people should be better informed about how terrible their customer service. The associate in the store was beyond rude. She looked past us after saying no and yelled "next!"

      ...So, basically the carrier left my package in an open space front door, apparently someone stole it, and I still have to pay for something I didnt get. Zara told me they cant do anything. I have been customer for several years, this is the first experience with a situation like that.

      I Went to ZARA at ************** Today & This Sale's Associate Had Ear Phone Talking to ************ at the Same Time. She Was Very ************ Mad at Her Boyfriend ************* In Front of Me Plus She Thrown Clothing ************* I Was So Shocked! Do Anybody Train Zara Employee Before They Service Customer? I Will Never Wants to Go Back to Zara on This Location Again!

      I purchased a pair of jeans from zara. When it was delivered to me, I tried it on and it was way too large. I returned them and they accused me of the item being worn. I literally do not physically fit the pair of jeans. No way I could even wear it if I wanted to. They sent it back and i saw the pant leg was dirty like it was worn. They failed to do quality check when sent out to me and now I have to pay the price for them. I can't get my money back and have no use for the jeans since I can't fit it. They need to check all of their clothes before sending out so others don't get accused of wearing them when someone else might have worn it before and got the money back. Will never purchase from them again. Terrible company.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent customer service experience I encountered at your store regarding a return.On November 28, 2023, I purchased an item from your store. Due to the Christmas holidays and subsequent vacation, I couldnt address a sizing issue until my return on January 3, ****. Unfortunately, I was informed that an exchange would not be possible due to your 30-day return policy.Understanding policies is crucial, yet during the holiday season, many stores extend return windows. Zara, known for style and customer-centricity, surprised me by not offering flexibility. Additionally, while your policy mentions a return due date, I couldnt find this information online.My disappointment goes beyond the $34.00 spent; its about the lack of consideration for my situation. I sought an exchange, not a refund. This rigid adherence to policy contradicts Zaras perceived customer service values.Attempts to escalate the matter to a manager were futile, as I was told no one was available. This lack of escalation path leaves customers like me feeling unheard and undervalued.My intention is not to harm your brand but to highlight that inflexible policies, especially during holidays, impact customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expected a more accommodating approach.I tried to obtain an email address to send this letter, but customer service couldnt provide one. Im now sharing my experience through online reviews to make others aware of challenges with Zaras return policy and customer service. If more customers voice concerns, positive changes could follow.

      Zara has absolutely the worst policies and customer service. No one should shop for gifts there at holiday or any time, they tell you return can be made for refund if within 7 days, or get a store credit. Well if its a Christmas gift that does not fit you are screwed! Because its beyond any of their return requirements apparently. So when I spoke with customer service they would not even give me store credit & I am stuck with item I have no use for & person whos gift it was I have to give them more $$ so they at least get something. Zara CS refused to make any exception and that its my loss. That is terrible for holiday policy. I will never shop there again!!!!!

      I received a damaged item from Zara that has a stain on it. Zara is claiming that they need to escalate the case and cannot immediately send me a return label. It is completely crazy and inconvenient. They are asking me to go to a store, but there is no store close to me. I received this item by mail and should be able to send it back by mail. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They say they are going to escalate the claim and respond within 48 hours and you wait and wait until nothing gets resolved. I am going to dispute this on my credit card. It's completely unacceptable and highly unusual to not be able to return an item that is damaged. There is no real customer service, just verbal empty apologies.

      I came here to see the reviews just to see if it was just me or is ZARA a horrible business with **** poor customers and problem solving resolutions. I placed an order Dec 16 expected to receive it Dec 19 the courier they used is dynaflex or whatever the order stated out UNSAFE TO DELIVER and following that it read out for delivery on Dec 22 it still reads out for delivery. Nothing can be done for 48hrs I waited 72 hrs and I wont be refunded until the correct department gets the info thats another 24 to 48 hrs and a ***** day wait for the complete refund.

      Zara is the worst store to return an item because they do not accept returns without gift receipt despite the clothes have the labels. Usually, I receive gifts from this store for people who do not live in US, so they do not know they need to ask for gift receipt in the case I would like to change it. I could not return or change the clothes Thai I received because I did not have the gift receipt, but the clothes have the labels.Personally, since now I will not buy any clothes in Zara
