      Zara STEALS from their customers - returned and entire order they refunded all but 3 items. When I disputed my refund, they miraculously located 2 of the three items but insisted that the 3rd item was not included in the box and that they refunded the order correctly. If they missed all 3 to start the likelihood that they missed the item in question is extremely high. Additionally, their website shows the item was returned and the site does not give me the option to return the item but they won't refund my $39.90+tax. Their warehouse is either inept of training to steal from customers to make profits and achieve corporate goals.

      Let me start off by saying *** had two terrible instances in the same Zara within three months(****************, *********,**) The first instance, my fianc, and I tried on a coat in front of a mirror on the sales floor the manager proceeds to walk over and let us know that were not able to try on clothes on the floor. We either need to go to the dressing room or purchase it try it on at home and if it doesnt work to bring it back Im not really sure why she had such an issue with us trying on a coat over a shirt which it would be worn like anyway, the second instance happened today we did exactly what the manager advised us was to purchase the clothes try it on at home if it doesnt work and then to bring it back, upon trying to return the clothes this evening the manager accused me of wearing a $35 shirt, getting stains on it and attempting to return it for a full refund. Im not really sure as to why a manager would think that I need to waste my time on returning a $35 shirt. The manager told the cashier to accept my return and once I voiced my opinion about how I felt that I was being accused of wearing a shirt and then attempting to bring it back is when he told the cashier to not accept my shirt anymore. So at first, the manager was going to accept my shirt but once I decided to express how I really felt is whenever he told the cashier to not accept my shirt anymore. I initially tried to call corporate to express how I felt, they let me know they couldnt do anything about it, and that it was solely up to the managers discretion, but the managers discretion was simply because of how I felt and not if it was right or if it was wrong so all in all, Im out of $35, my time , and wasted my breath with speaking with their associates. Its really sad that you have a person in a position of power who is either not ready for the job, or has let the position of power go to their head. All in all Zara will not get another dime for me.

      I had a horrible experience with zara. Honestly worst company. I ordered a dress, it didnt fit me and went to order bigger size same day and return this unfitted ones. I put it back in a minute and they refused to return the item and refund the money. I thought I am the only case but reading the reviews seems that happened a lot with other customers. This company I am not ordering from them anymore. Why are they opening online business if they want to run it this way ? I wish there was a way to *** them for that.

      Zara has such fun clothing options but their customer service, both in store (long island - ***************) and online are awful. They treat their customers especially awful during the holiday season when you are buying gifts for people and would need more time to return or exchange items. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at every other store during the holidays but Zara does not care about their customers at all. And when in store employees were rude and not helpful, I went online as they directed me. Not only was **** not helpful but they would not give me a customer service number to actually talk with someone. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

      I had an online order that showed delivered on the app however nothing in my email. Reached out to help who said that it would take 72 hours to review my case, that was 6 days ago. Dont buy from them, its not worth it.

      I placed an order over $500. Zara uses a company called *********************** for their order deliveries. I received notification that my order was delivered on Friday, December 15th at 12:28 CST at my front door, which was false. I immediately reported it to the delivery vendor and then to Zara on Saturday morning. Zara's policy is that they require 72 hours to investigate. During that time, I did my own work to figure out what happened. Because of this 72 hour window, I was left completely helpless, even though I had all the answers. Zara refused to help me with a new order, refused to place replacement items on hold, refused to do anything until the 72 hour window was up. the only solution, ***, their representative told me, is that "(I) need to wait." Meanwhile, product is flying off their shelves and I'm out $500+ with no package in my hands. Zara's customer service policy and approach is abysmal, archaic, short-sighted and lacks any type of true service. Their agents are not equipped to solve matters in timely matter. As a customer who wants to follow-up on the matter, after speaking with an agent there is no email follow-up of the conversation or trackability. There is absolutely no option to escalate for a faster solution. When I asked if I could reorder and get a more secure delivery option, I was told that was not an option and the only way I can guarantee getting my order is picking it up from a store or drop box. I'm filing a complaint here because speaking to an agent is useless. Seeing that they are not even accredited by the BBB, I'm not sure how helpful this is; but, hopefully someone from Zara corporate sees this because you need to overhaul your customer service approach.

      I received a fall item from Zara. When I attempted to return the item in the same condition I received it, Zara rejected the return. I volunteered to submit photos of the item and they declined. This was a complete loss and was not handled properly.

      Zara is fraudulent. I returned an order, a coordinate set. I was refunded for the skirt, however, received an email stating that I would not receive a refund for the shirt due to it being worn. (The shirt was the most expensive item in the set) I had never worn either garment, other than to try it on. I contacted customer service and asked for details regarding proof that the garment had been worn. I 100% knew it had not been worn but wanted to understand why they made the decision it had been worn. Every time I asked for evidence, factual information on why they thought the garment had been worn I was disconnected from the customer service agent. Either hung up on or through text received a message that I had lost connection. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have checked Zara status before purchasing from their fraudulent company.

      Zara has faileld to deliever my kids Christmas gifts. There horrible delievery company Veho has made three attempts to do this. They have the worst consumer ratings. I asked Zara customer service, to cancel my order so I can release the funds so I can buy other gifts.They said they can't they will escalate the problem, ***** hours on 12/14-no surprise I haven't received a call. I called again today and they said another ***** hours.It is disgusting on Christmas that Zara can"t get my pacakge to me and then they refuse to cancel my order -holding my money hostage and not allowing me to free up some money to buy other Christams gifts--Disgusting!!!

      Hi I Ordered During The Holiday Sale. Because It Was The Holiday Sale Getting A Store Drop Off Wasnt An Option.Zara Courier Veho Did Not Deliever All Of My Items. Im Missing 9 Items From Mom Order And Zara Refuse To Help: Ive Spoken With Over 10 Representaives And No One Will Help.Veho Has Confirmed That They Misplaced/Delivered One Package To The Wrong Address And That That They Didnt Receive One Of The Packages From Zara. This Happened To Me Before In September!Zara Deny My Claim Even Though The Courier Is Supporting What Im Saying. Zara Is Looking Into The Packages That Were Delivered And Not The Packages That Are Missing.Im On My Way To Zara To Return The Packages That I Did Receive Because I Am Completely Done Shopping With Zara. One Item Is A Sweatsuit I Have The Bottom And No Tops.Im Disappointed In Zara. They Are Stealing Money. Im Getting A Lawyer. 0 Stars
