      I made a $624 purchase online with Zara on 8/24/23. I tried on the items and found that several didnt fit. I sent back $433 worth of merchandise. Zara informed me over email that one of the items was received in unsalable condition so ALL of the items in my return would be sent back to me. The reason they cited was that one item had body odor. Buyer bewareI now see many complaints similar to mine. I received back my entire return and not a single item has any odor or issue. My credit card was unable to resolve this dispute so I want to alert other consumers to not buy online from Zara.

      I wish I could give a 00000.My XMAS order for my kids was delivered to an old address that was on my profile.Customer service is absolutely useless.Package was signed by a random person.No help whatsoever. They won't allow you to talk to a supervisor or transfer to anybody.Worst experience ever. They keep telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours.I shopped Zara for years but I will be staying away from them and strongly advise you do the same.

      I ordered some perfume from Zara at the ending of November. Not only did the courier USD deliver my package to the wrong house but, Zara was trying to refuse me refund even though I had proof that the package was sent to the wrong house. Zara also sent me some rude emails as if I was lying about receiving my purchase. Overall it was a horrible experience. **** never spend my money with them again!

      Zara is a horrible company. They put the onus on the customer and dont take responsibility for shipping part of my order to someone else! Ive tried to contact their customer service and no one cares and youre told the escalation team cant accept calls like what?????? What kind of business is this?!? I refuse to pay for the 4 items i DID NOT receive in my package. I have cameras at my house and everything.Zara can deal with paying for a chargeback from my credit card company bc they charged me without delivering some of the items I paid with MY HARD EARNED MONEY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

      I wished I had looked at Better Business Bureau before ordering. I ordered a large and extra large dress, expecting to ship back the one that didnt fit, but I didnt like the way either look so return them both. They send me an email telling me that theyre returning one of the dresses because it was worn. I had it on for all of 30 seconds maybe one minute and determining that I didnt like the way it looked on me. Im hoping I can call my credit card company and they will standby me. I dont know what else to do. P

      I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to the Zara store in *******, ********** on November 26 2023 I encountered an issue at the cashier's desk where I was informed that the item I intended to purchase on sale was not, in fact, discounted. Upon confirming with another associate, it was evident that the item was indeed on sale. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the cashier, who identified herself as the manager named *******, accused me of talking about her and subsequently refused to allow me to make the purchase.I requested to speak to the manager, only to be told that ******* was, in fact, the manager. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. Despite my attempt to address the issue and seek clarification on the inaccurate pricing, I was threatened with the involvement of security if I did not leave the store immediately.To proceed with the purchase, my sister attempted to buy the item for me, but ******* declined to ring her up, instructing her to approach another cashier instead. This entire experience left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.I believe that as a customer, I should be treated with respect and that store personnel, especially those in managerial positions, should be capable of handling customer complaints in a more professional manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with ******* has left me with a negative impression, and I am hesitant to continue shopping at this location.

      I bought a skirt, simply tried it on when it arrived but it was too long so I promptly returned it via mail 2 days later. I paid for the return and they came back and said its unsuitable to be returned. I contacted them and they stood their ground and offered no explanation. Theyre scamming people by denying to accept perfecting new items and keeping the money. I wont shop there ever again.

      I ordered online from zara and they steal my money.. i did not recieve the order and they did not help me ,, i talk to customer service but nobody helps me.. DONT BUY FROM ZARA THEY HAVE BAD SERVICE EVER AND STEAL MY MONEY!!

      I returned 2 dresses that I did not try on as they were too small; one dress would not even go over my head. These were large size dresses. I usually wear a small. I returned the dresses as per policy, paid for the shipping to return. The return was refused and returned for no reason. And then the company blocked my e-mail.

      Zara, very disappointed, i purchased some items that i unfortunately did not receive they said based on there investigation a delivery was made, they refuse to provide any solution to the situation and keep sending me to second review. Beware of them they don't have customers back they are all in profit making. Until now i still have not received my package and still no resolution. They dont even deserve a star
