      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two items were damaged and they refused to take it back! No refund or store credit just ripped clothing and other pieces that looked worn with no tags. They made me send pictures made a case review and then decided not to do a thing. I even had a customer service representative hang up on me! I will never support a business that values their customers so poorly.

      I bought a jacket online which was too small. I sent it back and ordered a smaller size. They stated they could not accept it because it was worn. The jacket had all tags attached and tissue paper on the zippers. I went to the store and was told they couldn't help no me. I messaged them through FB and was told they couldn't do anything for me. DO NOT shop here. I would rather shop at *****. Low class and terrible customer service.

      Highly disappointed with ZARA.COM which I made purchases with before with no problems. I purchased 2 of the exact same dresses, an Anthracite Gray Draped Asymmetrical dress for $59.90 per dress. One in the size of XL and the other Large. I tried on the XL first and was satisfied with the fit knew I would not need the large & returned the large within the returns & exchange policy on Zaras website which states items can be returned new, must be unworn, washed, & unaltered with all internal garment tags in place. The dress is still new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all internal garment tags as well as the price tag and size tag still attached. The dress was also returned within the 30-day return window. I have pictures of the dress I returned & the delivery date of when I received the dresses and the date the item was delivered back to ZARA.COM. Upon ZARA.COM receiving the returned dress, I was told I would not receive a refund because they claimed the dress had been washed, WHICH IT CLEARLY HAS BEEN NOT WASHED. The dress has never been worn or even tried on. I have done some research on ZARA.COM and others who have attempted to make returns and this seems to be the company's pattern. They claim you can return an item but, in each review, I found concerning returns, the customers were told similar if not the same thing . . . the item though unworn by customers, ZARA stated the item was worn, washed, or an inner tag was removed. For the dress I returned all tags were still attached and dress has not been washed or worn. This company is posting mistruths on their website which are misleading and have no intention of refunding any item that is returned to them and simply state that items being returned do not comply with their requirements when in actuality the items do. They also told me that if I try to send the dress back again that I will not get my money or the dress back. There is no way to post reviews on their website. Deceptive return policy!

      Fraudulent customer service. The Company return policy is a complete scam. A class action must be brought against this Company for its actions in harming customers against FTC Guidelines. They refuse to accept a return of clothes which have never been worn in the policy timeframe and make up bogus reasons all for profit and to steal from innocent consumers. This fraud must be stopped. The **** review is clearly deserved.

      Terrible ***************** I bought an item on 10/20 that should have arrived 10/27. I was quite concerned when 3-4 days after purchase the order status hadnt changed. The day before delivery I reached out and they said it would be delivered so I waited. On 10/7 I reached out when I realized I would not receive the order and was told to wait ***** hours. I reached out after 48 hours for a refund and was told the warehouse shows itll be shipped within ***** hours. I waited and nothing. Reached out yet again and asked for a refund and was told to again wait ***** hours. By this time I was PISSSSSED and called and was told the same bs. Right now I havent received my order nor have I received a refund and Im sick and tired of hearing Im sorry for the inconvenience. I want my money back and dont even care for the items anymore. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with Zara and by their rating it seems they suck!!!!!!

      Similar to the previous review I was denied a refund for an item that was returned based on an assumption that it was worn. I ordered the item online and tried it on at home the tags were removed but the item was never worn. It was returned in unworn good condition- clean with no stains or rips. I called customer service and spoke with ****** who refused to let me speak with a supervisor. . I advise others to use caution if they decide to order from Zara especially with the return process. Horrible customer service and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

      Terrible customer service ! I bought something for my daughter and she didnt like it . I tried to return it without a receipt because I lost it and they wont take it back. When I asked customer service to look up the receipt because I had the date I bought it they couldnt find it. Never shopping there again !!!

      Bought a scarf with a price tag of 22 so I assumed it would come out to around $24. When I realized I was charged $39 on my receipt I used their chat service to receive a refund for their error and they refused. I am in the military and unable to get back to return this item. This store is fraudulent.

      Ive been buying from Zara for years and I just did my first return and I just tried on the item and never wore it or took off tags and they had the nerve to say the items were used. Such dishonest people. This company is gonna go out of business with how horrible the customer service is and I will never shop at such a dishonest company.

      Been a online customer for years. Bought a dress for a wedding and unfortunately it did not fit . When I returned the dress they said it had been worn because they could smell perfume. So ladys make sure you only try on their clothes if you are not wearing perfume or you will not receive a refund. Total sham !Unhappy customer
