      My daughter purchased 4 items and they were never delivered. We have called to ask for the items to be located or reshipped to us. They said the shipper delivered the items, yet they have zero way of confirming that besides 'they say they delivered'. There is no picture or signature. When I pressed how can they confirm it was delivered if they have no proof, he simply stated again "because they said it was delivered". I questioned if there delivered company was correct on deliveries 100% on their shipments and was told yes. I will NEVER purchase anything from Zara again if they do not make this right. Zara do better.

      Ordered hundreds of dollars of merchandise & had to return 2 ballet bodysuits after my daughter tried one on & it was so low her chest was showing. Never even tried the other color bodysuit on. After mailing back, I was sent an email stating these two items were not eligible for return due to being returned in a "worn" condition. Absolutely shocked, I called **************** only to have the representative tell me the warehouse made the **************** was nothing she could do. My daughter SIMPLY TRIED ON ONE of the bodysuits!! They have no listed email, so I had to contact thru social media account only to have them reiterate the same message. I don't know how anyone is supposed to trust purchasing anything from a retailer with this poor of standards. And from reading other similar experiences both on social *************** I don't know how they continue to do business. I will happily spend my money elsewhere.

      Horrible service. Received a defective top returned it with tags and received a email that it was acceptable to them and in good condition and would not accept my return. Once I received the email letting me know they would not accept my return I think have to search for a number to call ans they stilll would not accept it. All for 20 dollars! Now they will be shipping the item back to me after several phone calls, they let me know that its within their standards, and would not take the return. Completely unacceptable.Not a sale item. Returned in unworn condition. Returned a defective item and they would not accept it.

      If i could give no stars I would. I am a first time customer with this store. FIRST TIME. ************* for my birthday and needed to return pants. Most places have a 60 day policy. I tried to get return info at literally 31 days post purchase - and they refused to let me return because their policy is 30 days. It's actually 30 days from the date of ordering NOT when you receive it. They won't even give store credit, NOTHING. When calling customer service the man said he would not allow me to speak to a manager and that there isn't one, and if there was they would give me the same answer. So I got stuck with ***** pants I can't use. period. I will NEVER EVER buy a THING from this store again - and I like their clothes. NEVER. A first time customer should be treated decently and if they aren't I can only imagine how little they care about customers in general. When they send the clothes by mail there is no return receipt in the box or itemized statement. I've never dealt with any retail store that would be so inflexible, refuse to help a customer let alone a new one. Clearly they want to take advantage of customers and simply do not care. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs or other stores will follow suit and know they can treat customers this badly.

      Yesterday I purchased 4 items, including a pair of slides from the location in Brickell, *****. I also purchased a 10cent shopping bag for my items. Before I returned back across the street to my office the bag has ripped and my shoes had fallen out. I retraced my steps to no avail and cannot find the shoes. I have been in touch with the store manager and customer service and each one is saying the other has the authority to determine if I can get a replacement or not. Its ridiculous that I cannot find reach a manafer in customer service to help and I just lost a $50 paid of shoes due to a cheap bag that I purchased thag isnt sufficient to hold their own merchandise.

      ZARA CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT***Zara does not honor their advertised prices!!!! Let me start by saying that I don't shop or live in Europe. If the Zara "European price tag" does not apply in ***************** then why ship it to ***************** with the European tag. In ***************** we honor the prices advertised. There was a class action lawsuit against ZARA in 2016 for this exact reason! They are still not honoring the prices listed on there clothes. I was told by their manager today in the ******* ************** that "it doesn't matter what price is listed on the tag, the company will not allow them(management) to honor it. The tag was missed when putting it on the floor." The little sleveless shirt I tried to purchase today had a "european price" of **** covering the US price of *****. One Euro = $1.06 in ** currency. First of all....Why are we paying 40% more in ***************** for the same exact item? Secondly, Zara won't honor their own mistake....especially when we are paying more in the US for the same item in Europe?????? Right is right and wrong is wrong!! Be cautious about who you spend your US dollar with. Needless to say that I did not purchase any of my items today and I won't be shopping at Zara in the future!       Warning. Pay for $140 worth of clothing and have them hold $280 of your money for a period of ***** days. This is crazy. I have never heard of an online retailer that does a pre auth followed by the actual transaction two days later. When I chatted with ******* they used a canned Im sorry response when I asked for an escalation path. Literally I asked for a manager and she replied sorry for inconvenience. Anything else I can help you with. Why, yes. Reply to my request for escalation. I understand ******* doesnt control the policy, but they can try being sympathetic.

      I will never order from this company again. They lost my package that ordered weeks prior to stock out and never got help to consider finding it. I got the same answer repeatedly we will issue a case not one single followup. I will not longer do business with them and I will encourage others as well.

      Zara is starting to rob customers of their money! If you return an item Zara will say the warehouse deemed something wrong with that item in order to not process a refund. The do not leave notes in the system of what they claim to have noticed about the item nor do they have pictures and we are supposed to believe something is wrong with the item although when packaged and shipped item was in perfect shape. Zara will rip you off. There is no corporate office to report to in the US so we have to deal with the rude representatives.

      I am an Instagram infeluencer, and big fan of Zara up to today. You can find many posts in my page with Zara outfit.Today I had the worst experience that would change my mind about Zara. I just passed by Zara store, Zara security stopped us in the side walk (in front of store) and said I have to search your bag without any reason. He was claiming security gate made noise which was not true. We went through the security gate a few time to show him he was wrong but he was insisting that we lie. After he did not find any thing instead of appalogy he called the manger and together they insult, humiliate us. Looks like we are thift. It could not be anything but recism. Since we are not white enough we are possible thift? My husband is going to *** the ZARA.
