      i have a problem about the returned some items but I dont yet still get the all refund that I have to get. I contacted with assistant on Chat, but they didnt help me, I dont know why Zara ************ is available although they didnt help customers resolve the problem. They only said a few sentences without helping and finish the conversation

      I am looking to file or join a class action lawsuit against Zara. They rejected my return because the clothes were apparently worn. I had sent them with the tags back on in original condition but zara said the tags were cut off. I did not cut the tags off and know that someone from zara did upon receiving my return so that it wouldn't meet the criteria for refund. I know they are doing this to hundreds of people and they must be held accountable. They are scamming people out of their money. I reached out to the payment processor to see if they can refund me since zara is insisting that I cut the tags off.

      Terrible customer service and return policy. They are incompetent. Ordered 2 items online and tried to return one, a jumpsuit, after it didnt fit, it was too long. They said it was worn and I couldnt return it. I only tried it on. The other item, a T-shirt, I bought for my son and it broke on the first day he wore it. I reached out to customer service about my return (only the jumpsuit) and they were completely incompetent. I dont understand how a corporate store can have such an inept and substandard return team and customer service. To add on to their unskilled team, their email had the wrong customer information on it. Luckily, the return package reached my house but it just adds on to their inferior and pathetic customer service. I will never buy here again. They are scamming and stealing customers money.

      Whats happening with Zara in the US lately?! I can easily say Ive been a customer for at least 8 years.Their return policy is unacceptable and disrespectful, this is NEW , THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE.Issue 1 early 2023 I ordered makeup and some clothe, makeup came melted and all lipsticks open and all over the place in the box, I took a picture of this and immediately returned it along with a pair of pants that didnt fit me well, after 10 plus days I get a box from Zara with the lipsticks allover the place in even worse conditions and the pants all wrinkled, I checked my email and they return the items back to me because they said that lipsticks were used and pants as well, pants that had labels I only tried them on. I contacted them by phone, by instagram, got not solution whatsoever and had to swallow that Issue 2 august 2023 another order , from my order I decided to return a barbie ********** hoodie that felt too short on me $69 plus tax, I folded the item in the original box and send back the item right away, 2 days ago I got once again a box from zara, when I open the box I see this hoodie all wrinkled back to me, of course tags on them and everything even had a bad smell, again called customer service and all they said is that they have a team that meticulous check pieces and they said the hoodie smelled like perfume, therefore was worn therefore I couldnt return it! I asked the associate, so, because I had perfume when I tried it on and stay on the hoodie you mean that this piece its been worn? A pice that I never worn, brand new, folded correctly, tags on? And their meticulous team could not even fold this back in a box it got back to me in horrible conditions.The end of the story, she said she agreed , that she would escalate the claim, 72 hrs after I got the same email saying it smelled like perfume they couldnt acceptedTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ZARA, THIS GOES AGAINST THE CONSUMER, THIS IS A ROBBING

      They dont deserve any stars. I have called them many times with no solution. My item sent to wrong address. ***** later ripped package in front of my door with blouse. Kept calling asking to send item back but told me they will talk to rep at Zara and get back to me. Sent me email to take picture of item. They wanted more than one but no provisions to send other pictures. I Explained this and was cut off and also they hung up with my call. I want my money back. Ive contacted customer service and called with no solution. This has been going on for many weeks. I am a 82 yr old senior and they r taking advantage of me.

      Will never purchase from them again. I ordered 11 items online from them and only received 2 but was still charged for all 11 items. Never received a refund but received a call saying they want me to order from them again with a 10 percent discount. Are you serious? Their reps are rude because they will hang up on you and you can never get a manager on the phone. Its been a month and I still havent gotten my refund. Stay away from them if you want to keep your money in your pocket. Oh and dont fall for we have escalated your case because there is no escalation. How do I know? Because my issue has been escalated 3 times with no resolution. Do yourself a favor and shop some where else.

      Harassed by ***** (retail associate) at the ************, ** location about a return when I followed instructions exactly has the manager asked of me. He continued to attack me verbally and eventually chasing me in the store as I was leaving to contact the local authorities. I talked to two managers; one who attempted to rectify the situation and the other who progressed to call me crying like a child and other attacking comments. Horrified to be harassed as a minority by a caucasian sales associate especially with my four year child by my side. I now have to have the authorities deal with the situation with ***** who I think should be terminated immediately.

      Zara I believe in your reputation to do the right thing here. I ordered a few things that never got delivered, the case closed with a photograph to a location that does not look right. Its an apartment location and the photograph is outside a random garage, how is it that my case was closed without a reasonable review or ability to escalate???? I will need a refund or resending the order, never shopping with Zara online ever!

      I'd like to provide feedback that the customer service from ********************** is lacking. I recently made a purchase and the order was delivered to my house early. I was not aware of this and my package ended up getting stolen. I sent pictures for evidence of the person who took it off my porch. The response I received is that this is not Zara's responsibility. This was not a small purchase and I have been a loyal customer. I understand I should contact my local police department but I feel that care was not given to my package nor any appreciation to my situation. It's showing consideration and empathy for the customers that promote a loyal clientele.
