      The absolute worst customer service ever. I cant even believe theyre such a big company when they run business like that. I will no longer be purchasing from them.

      The security tag was still attached to the sweatshirt I bought. I no longer keep the receipt, and they are not willing to help remove it. They acted that I might have not purchased the item (stealing it?) since I can't show the receipt. Wouldn't they able to find my purchase information using credit card information? Now I am stuck with an unused item for something that wasn't entirely my fault.

      Zara refused to return at ***** dress because it smells like soap I tried it on, couldnt button it up so I sent it back. Ive called customer service TWICE to get this issue resolved, and NOTHING Stay away! FAR AWAY from their website and stores.

      Terrible customer service!!!! They refused to accept my return since they claim it had a scent of perfume . The terms and conditions do not state that the the clothing will be deemed worn if they pick up a scent while trying on ! I called numerous times trying to escalate the case and there was no one to help me . In addition I never received the items back and was not refunded! So they outright stole !Horrible customer service . And won't refund you on items .

      If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Customer service is TRASH. They are not helpful. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called customer service about it, they told me to re-order the items and have it shipped to my address while "they look into the issue." After they "looked into the issue" no one followed back up with me, and they would not give me the refund for the order they delivered to the wrong address. So I paid twice for the same order. I contacted my credit card company in regards to this matter, so they can stop one of the charges, and in doing this...zara blocked my credit card. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY.....STRAIGHT UP TRASH!!!!!

      Returned multiple items and they wont send me my refund back for $400! They said the items are worn and going to send all the item back to me! Ridiculous forcing someone to buy their items!

      I know they clothes dont come from ******, when they do arrive in the states they need to change they prices I purchased 4 items the price on 2 of the items was not what they was when I checked out one was a jumpsuit for 45 and the other item was ***** I never check my receipt till I got home, the item for 45 was 69 and the other was 25, companies suppose to give you what the price is on the tag

      Horrible customer service from store and corporate office. Couldnt return items just passed the 30 day **** with receipt and the manager refused to allow it. Then turned around and allowed the customer next to me to return something passed the 30 days. Manager can discriminate based on your race, ***, or for whatever reason they want. I called corporate and they actually said they support the manager if they are racist and only pick and choose who they allow to return items. They do not care about customers and I will never purchase anything from them again. Opened a case and it was immediately closed without resolution. Its so sad that they can openly allow their managers to discriminate against customers whenever they fell like it and support them blindly. Stay away from Zara.

      i have been violated and disrespected and my voice was silenced. I had an order returned to me stating that the clothes have been used and worn. the items were returned the same day I received the clothing have the labels attached to it. I pleaded and pleased and spoke to no avail. I have all the chats recorded. i have images of the items with the all tags attatched.

      Zara sent me a package that got lost, and they sent a replacement after I called like 5 times. I ended up receiving the replacement and the order, but the quality was so terrible that I returned both together in the same box as Zara suggested. It's been more than a month since they received my return, and they still have not refunded me, and when I call, they always say something different. Ugh. Never again!
