    I worked with *************************** in Sekure for getting access of the account as the current person left the business and then all the signers were also outdated. She helped me to get that updated and constantly staying in touch on following up. She also helped to not change the *** for our current two accounts which was huge help and saved us from lots of hassles. She is very helpful and consistent with her work, and I highly admire her work and customer support. She is a rock start. keep it up.

    We started working with Sekure in the 4th quarter of 2022. My company, ****************** Services, is a national company and we have over 50 merchant ids with Sekure. *************************** is the absolute best representative to work with. She is dedicated to our accounts and is always accessible. She also continues to follow up to ensure all is going well. We throw a lot of new things at ***** and she always seems to get it figured out. Thank you *****!!

    Sekure Merchant Solutions is a predatory company, praying on small businesses. Early last year their account manager *********************** convinced me to switch to Sekure Merchant Solutions from Square, where I did not pay any monthly fees. He told me in phone conversation that this was a month to month contract, I can cancel anytime. What he did not mention is that they are locking me in for 3 years, A fine print in the merchant agreement, which I unfortunately initialed just trusting their representative. I have asked Sekure to provide me a copy of that conversation as I believe they record everything.I lost my business, have no income and have been trying to close, but it has been a NIGHTMARE which continues to this date. They asked me to sign a cancellation letter which says, I agree to pay $600 early termination fees. THIS LETTER IS A DAMMED IF YOU DO SIGN - DAMMED IF YOU DON'T SIGN. If you don't sign they will keep charging you monthly fees, If you sign (like I did) they charged my credit card $600. There is always discretion that any company management can use to waive the fees where the merchant is out of business and has no income and is going through severe financial hardship. Sekure chose to be GREEDY and charged me $600 anyway.They also sneaked in over charges 10/31/23 11/30/23 and 1/2/24. They have not refunded those either.If you like getting MISLED into MULTI YEAR CONTRACTS, HUGE EARLY TERMINATION FEES. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WOULD LOVE.

    Hi ******, please know that what you have described is not what Sekure stands for and we do not condone any form of misrepresentation. The merchant service agreement and early termination letter you signed are both very standard documents, but rest assured an internal investigation is being conducted and any necessary corrective action will be taken. Our initial review of your file has confirmed that you had signed off and initialed not only the merchant service agreement with your processor, but also a cancellation letter that clearly specified the exact early termination fee (***) and terms. Please note that all fees are set and debited by your card processor. As your broker, Sekure would have been happy to negotiate the *** with your processor had you raised your concerns about it prior to it being debited. As always, our goal is to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution between merchants and their processor. To the best of our understanding, Sekure first became aware of your *** concerns after it had already been debited. The vast majority of our merchants are happy with the merchant service agreement we negotiate for them and continue on for many years without any early termination fee ever becoming a topic of discussion. Unfortunately, it sometimes does not work out, as is the case with your business, but in the interest of good customer service we wish to leave things on as amicable note as possible. To that end, our team had proposed a solution to you involving credits, but we have not heard back that this was satisfactory to you.     FUTURE CLINETS BEAWARE: Its a total Nightmare to deal with this company. They lied about every step and will say anything just to sign you up and then will totally betray you on everything they said. Trying to cancel the account, we had multiple calls with different representatives saying there is no cancellation fees and there is no contract. But they are still charging a significantly higher amount to cancel and plus they put us in a 3 year agreement in a stealthy manner without any clear communication. Absolutely immoral and deceptive in their dealings. No business can afford to be on a call with them for over 2 hours everyday. No one is of any help in this company and they bounce you around for person to person without any resolution.

    ************************* (******) was awesome to work with through this transition of credit card merchants. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it out. We had some concerns about the fees we had agreed on and he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied before moving any further. He made this whole process super easy, from getting the equipment set up to making sure our employees were well trained. Thank you ******* for all you did!
