    *********************************, of Sekure Payment Experts, helped our company, ******************** **** when we ran into some difficulties with getting a payment approved and deposited into our bank. She was there every step of the way, contacting us daily to make sure that we knew the issue was being taken care of, which is was very expeditiously. She also helped us change our email address in their system so that we were able to easily access it again.Sekure has done very well with our company the past couple of months and we are very pleased with them. Hopefully they will hang onto ****** as she has been wonderful for us.

    Love the low rates, love the referral bonuses, and the customer service is WAY above and beyond any I have experienced in 25 years with many different processors. ***** is there for me for any question, but everyone I have interacted with has provided great service too.

    Horrible experience! We were lied to about the fees. They told us there were no fees for ** only for the customer when processing a **********************. After being hesitant and asking the agent many times that if there would be any fees for us and she said no, we decided to give them a try. Worst decision ever! Months later here we are with over $800 worth of fees that they have charged over the past 9 months. When we tried calling the agent that signed us up to this, she hung up on us after we asked about the fees. I was able to speak to a supervisor and the only thing they could do was to refund me $169 after going back and forth for almost an hour. We are a small business trying to make ends meet and this company just took our hard earned money like nothing.

The fees that you were assessed were due to monthly fees for inactivity. In 2023 upon your request to cancel, the cancellation letter and cancellation instructions were shared promptly. In the interest of customer service, we negotiated a $0 fee closure request, and the documentation you received indicated a $0 closure fee. Regrettably, the letter was not signed, and upon further review, it appears that despite the equipment owed, you opted not to sign the letter, resulting in the account remaining active with no processing activity. If you possess any records indicating the signed return of the letter during that time, we will be happy to review further. Our team will be in touch to delve into the timeline and offer additional assistance with your concerns.

    This company I will never recommend to any one. The rates can charged to the customer or to the client which is us. We chose to give the charge to the customer which is 4 % of the amount swiped. So I have not been able to use the card because customer feel it is too high. Therefore I cancelled the account but I was not aware that they never cancelled my account and used North ************* as the services as well as Payment Hub to collect the payments. I spoke to both companies and they say they cannot cancel the account that it has to be Sekure Merchant Services that can only do that. They have taken over $2,000.00 out of my bank account and to this day I am still trying to cancel the account. They will not answer the phone and I have chatted on their site to no avail. I will never use another merchant service again.I have seen several reviews on other sites and they are in the same situation as I have been. Today I called and filed with the State of ***** Attorney General and someone I spoke to had the same situation with another Merchant Services that is a business owner. The Attorney General needs to check into their company and audit them as well as look into other complaints. Some of these names look fictitious but that is my opinion only until the attorney general investigates this. If I cannot resolve this I will have to hire an attorney to handle this account.
