Melody of Sekure has continually phoned my place of business for the last seven days. She does not take no for an answer and her phone skills are lacking. She is no longer borderline harassing, she is full blown harrassing myself and my staff.

Shout out to ************! He helped me understand all the requirements and fees associated with credit card processing, as I was not very familiar with the process. He is very knowledgeable and helped from start to finish. If I ever need anything I know that I can call him. He calls and checks in with me every so often to make sure everything is going smoothly and we end up having half hour conversations! Great customer service and friendly attitude! 5 starsWe have had the pleasure of working with Secure and their representative Anum on a situation where CLUSTER was double and triple billing customers for a single transaction. That was all resolved. Anum also helped with some instructions of how we can report our Internet sales separately from our Restaurant sales. Lastly, **** really examined the size of our business and the fact that we were overpaid for the duplicate & triplicate transactions and requested compensation for us. She was also able to reduce our monthly fees as well.We hope that we do not need to work with her on a problem again, but if we do, working with her will be a welcomed resource to solve the issue at hand.Sincerely,********************************************************** CFOReview fromCk G

Aggressive sales tactics. Constantly call after being told no. Then will try to complain you wasted their time. Asking for statements they have no right or reason to see.Sekure Payment Experts
