    Sekure seemed like a cheap way to process credit cards and at first they seemed to be nice. Soon however they began calling at all hours and on every phone we had. Personal and buisness. Work days and days off. We then found a company that offered us similar rates and less invasive customer service practices. After a week of asking them to cancel our applications and accounts and stop calling us they started our account anyway. AFTER we had over text, email and phone had cancelled all service with them. As soon as the "Welcome" letter we didn't want got to us they were magically unable to reach. The phones had large call volumes and the emails went unaswered. Texts ignored. The worth the stress of the high pressure full court press. Don't waste your time it is much more valuable than the few pennies they may save you if any at all.

    Sekure is very helpful to our company. We have a direct representative (*****) that answers all of our questions and needs. I have no complaints about doing business with this company. The rates are great! I will definitely recommend this company.

    I was not given proper information to close my account. 4 months after the account was supposed to be closed I received the cancellation letter. Over those four months I was charged hundreds of dollars and bounced between Sekure merchants and North ************ Card. These are two unethical and unscrupulous businesses. They should not be in business and need to held accountable for their business practices Thank you Sincerely *******************

    last month my merchant service account got scammed ! the scammers took over $2000 by making fake refund transactions true to my merchant account ! My ********************** service couldn't even figure out how this happened. Also sometimes i do get different business receipts in my email . I don't know what is going on. I'm still waiting for their help. They did not take care of my losses.I can't reach them most of the time. They don't answer my calls and emails. I have no patience anymore. I will report them to the necessary authorities and file a lawsuit if necessary. I'm really disappointed..

    Sekure Payment expert, *************************************, was so helpful to our company! Not only did he help our company by lowering the credit card processing fees, but he also referred us to their in-house PCI Compliant team! We had been trying for the past six months to become compliant with another company but to no avail. It was so frustrating! ***** is engaging, knowledgeable, and tries his best to help others.

    Was very confused at them calling, as we are a larger organization who does not outsource our payments nor have we altered them recently. On the phone the woman gave unclear information, had no number to call back, and kept repeating she was just looking to talk to "whoever handles payments and credit cards at your business". Definitely one of those businesses that is skating the line between being legitimate and being a scam. Don't risk it, and hang up if you hear the word Sekure Payment Experts- just going to waste your time. If you're truly looking for a smaller card processor, look elsewhere to keep that money safe.
