      American Express Travel bookings.This is a service that misleads it's customers. They say they honor a lower price guarantee on bookings but doesn't stand behind it when they need to. I booked a stay at a hotel months in advance, which has a lower price guarantee I rechecked the pricing on their own site closer to the time of the stay and found the price had dropped significantly. I called their customer service to get the price match because the online link wouldn't work. I spoke with a lady who looked at the comparison and understood I was looking at their own site. I was then told to take a screenshot of the pricing and submit it after my stay to their email link of lowestrateguaranteed at amextravel.com, to which I did. However, they just argue and deny any legitimacy to my claim, stating they can't match their own pricing and that I should submit a lower price from a competitor site only, which now that it's after the stay, I can't do that because I can't go back in time to look at other sites. They refuse to address my inquiries multiple times and just ignore me. Absolute garbage of customer service and a lie about price matching. I'll never book with them again and will advise anyone to book with a more legitimate service.

      Horrible and despicable. I've never received such atrocious customer service in my entire life. Actually, there is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE because I don't accept people I don't understand from ***** reading the same script. Do not under any circumstances go with American express bluebird. Where's my provisional credit that by law you are required to give in 10 days. They then tell you 30 days, 45 days, 90 days. Terrible

      I dont like this company . They never increase my credit limit since I had the card open since 2017 . Stuck on a ***** limit customer service is terrible . And I had a second card which is a green card and my spending limit was taken away and they decreased my spending limit to ***** Im gonna close this card today and put the first AMEX card in my drawer.

      Card approved to use immediately, but unable to ACTUALLY use it because you don't physically have the card until it's mailed and able to add to the mobile apps for payment as you need the 3-digit code on the back. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

      I took out a cash advance and was charged interest every month for several months (in addition to the cash advance fee) even though I paid off my statement balance every month. Every month by the due date, I chose the option of paying the statement balance in full, but Amex kept denying it was paid off and kept charging interest on just the cash advance, not on any other charges. Even after I closed my card and paid the balance, they continued to charge interest on that cash advance. I could not make it stop. It wasnt a lot of money, but it was so annoying. There is some kind of glitch in their system and they dont care.

      In Nay 2024, I was notified that my credit limit had been significantly reduced. Upon investigation, I discovered that the decision was influenced by the creditworthiness of someone elses account. I find this action unjust and unfounded, as my personal credit history have remained exemplary. I have been a a loyal customer of ********************************************* for 6 months and have always managed my account responsibly. My payment history is spotless, and I have consistently maintained a health credit utilization ration. The decision to lower my credit limit based on external factors unrelated to my account undermines my trust in your company and adversely affects my credit score.

      High annual-member-dues and interest-rates! Are not taken by all merchants due to their high sales transaction-fees! Plus lowering your credit-limits have built-up over the years for no reason. They complain about you disputing merchant charges due to damaged and defective products or services! Threaten to cancel your account!

      My American Express savings account was FORCED to close by an Amex representative due to their business decision. However, they couldnt able to disclose any business decision information to me. Amex only mailed me a check which was partial of my account balance. Amex still holding my ending balance of $3714.25 in their main account. Ive been contacted them many times over the last several months, theres no specific solutions being given. The only way I was been asking by Amex is contacting my check maker to recall checks. Which I already did. Since the check maker is my owner, **** of America is the check issuer. I went to **** branch with my owner and spoke to one of the BofA manger personally. BofA manger said he had never heard such things as recalling a check, especially those checks were successfully deposited at the end of last year 2023. We also called for the top line of **** and received the same answers. I also asked other bankers for advises, none of them have heard recalling checks from this circumstance. Additionally, Amex doesnt have any physical locations so I have to explain my situation every time over the phone to different Amex representatives. They couldnt able to provide me with any reference number or case number, that really makes things even more complicated. I am not sure if they are inexperienced or I am encountered racial discrimination because of my ethnicity. As English is not my first language, so its very difficult for me to communicate over the phone. They were extremely impatient often times and they even hung up on me one time. I felt strongly uncomfortable with the tones they spoke to me. Despite of all my time and efforts. I worked very hard to make a living, and I dont see any reasons for Amex holding my funds. I am definitely super disappointed the way I am being treated by Amex. All in all, Amex doesnt provide any useful information for me and theres ABSOLUTELY no reason nor excuses for them to hold back my funds.

      Every month I'm being charged $75 interest fee even though I make my monthly payments on time. I tried calling to see how I could resolve the ************************ told me I would have to pay an additional $59 up front to lower my payments to $59 dollars a month. This is after I already paid the $100 this month. So how is this helping me? I said no thanks. It's already putting me in the hole as it is. This company is a rip off. Leave home without it!!!

      this is the worst card ever. you can't even use the money on there. I deposited 200 because it clearly states on the package "start to make purchases right away with temporary card enclosed no additional activation required! that's a lie!
