Recently placed an expensive order from temu never received anything in the mail no update In tracking status. I recently called the ******** office they also didnt provide any information. My next step is to get higher enforcement to handle this matter. This company has too many complaints and this has to stop many people are loosing expensive goods due to their incompetence. I placed an order with American Eagle on November 27th, Black Friday. It was shipped on November 30th with CDL. Over a week later, and past the delivery date, the tracking stated my package was still awaiting carrier pickup. I contacted American Eagle and was told CDL was delayed due to higher volume and had to wait 14 days in order to get a refund. I contacted CDL, by email, on December 7th with my tracking number and got a reply on December 8thThank you for contacting CDL Client Resolution.We are experiencing delays in our deliveries due to a higher-than-normal volume.Your package will be scheduled for delivery within the next two to three business days.Fully regret the inconvenience,thank you for your patience. The very same day, December 8th, I receive an alert from CDL that my package was delivered on December 4th. This company is a joke and I agree with other reviews that CDL is stealing packages. On Monday December 4th, 2023, I was scheduled to receive a package and later on that day I did receive a notification from the merchant indicating that my package was delivered. Unfortunately that was not the case after visiting the package room twice (the same day it was delivered and the following day). When I called the merchant immediately and informed them of the issue she instructed that their policy is that the customer must wait at least three business days before the merchant can either issue a refund or resend the items well as you can see, no actual resolution for the matter yesterday. Moving forward, today I tried going back to the package room and it was emphasized that CDL did come by yesterday to drop off packages but does not recall receiving mines OK, no problem! I have been trying my best to call the numbers they have on their website and unfortunately the phone line drops your call after waiting on hold.Initial Complaint

I had 1000$ worth of clothing from saks off 5th avenue website. They shipped via cdl. I would have thought maybe my package was stolen but this is the 2nd time cdl "dropped off" a package and I was home the entire day. This shipping company never even tried to deliver then marked the package as delivered. Upon investigation online many people have had the same experience.Customer Answer

so yesterday I tracked my package from ********* it said it was in ********** so I knew it wouldn't be delivered today so around 9pm I got a call from my neighbor that their was a box near my property but not on my property so I asked him to check it and see if it had my name on it when he went it was gone so I knew I only had 2 packages that was waiting on and I saw that my Nordstrom package said it was delivered at around 3pm so I contacted ********* and the representative stated that yes my package was delivered and the notes from cdl stated that my package was left on steps not on my porch nor property so my coat that I paid over $1700 dollars for is gone because the cdl carrier was to lazy to come up my steps because is is 3 flights of stairs this is absolutely unacceptable and Nordstrom should not do any business with this company ever againInitial Complaint

I ordered a package on October 9th which was shipped on the 10th and delivered on the 12th. However I never received a package. The address it was delivered to was not even a house on my street. Once I looked at reviews it is clear that this company is either stealing people deliveries or they are not properly delivering things to people house on purpose. What I ordered isnt what matters to me its the quality of service thats being provided. The reviews speak for themselves there is something wrong with house they are delivering packages there are people over over $200 or more because this company is a scam. Two packages from CDL are listed as "delivered" but I did not recieve them. I live in a doormen builidng in *************. The carried *does not* show the name of person who signed for the package, nor do they show a delivery scan. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to know if the packages were stolen or simply mis-delivered. I will NEVER use a merchant who uses this service until their systems are improved.Initial Complaint

CDL delivered a package to the outside of my home, placing it in plain view on the street instead of inside the apartment as requested. The package was then stolen. I would like financial reimbursement as this was an expensive item.
