I order a product from ******************* and the package was never delivered to me. The driver from CDL took a picture of the package in my porch and took the package right after back. The driver didnt even try to ring my doorbell because there was already the intention of stealing. Open a claim with **** that investigated with CDL (an investigation fake that took them few hours to close) and both didnt do anything.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase and unfortunately, the company used this carrier for delivery. The package not only took longer than other delivery services, I never received the package. The final delivery update I received said the passage was delivered at 3:14 and left at the * gate. I can only assume f means front gate. There are several units in this gate community and the gate is always remains open the front door to my home is literally 30 feet from the front entrance gate. I passed through the gate at 4pm. The package was either stolen in the 45 min it sat out there or never delivered. I think it is beyond irresponsible and stupid to leave a package at an open outside gate shared with several other unitss instead of waking another 30 feet to leave it on my front porch. This was an important delivery and i prob will no longer order from the company that uses this company for deliveryInitial Complaint

Provides false shipping updates. Stated my package was undeliverable because they need a code to get into my apartment building. This is not true as there is no code nor any lock even better yet there's not even a door to get into my building. You just walk up to apartment doors from the outside. I advised the representative of this and the response was a delivery attempt will be made in one to two business days. I asked them shouldn't they verify my address at the very least and I also asked if I could expect the package tomorrow or Monday. Again, I was provided the same generic response of I could look for my package in one or two business days. No address was verified, no answer to exactly when, no statement of oh I'll contact the delivery driver. Then, the agent disconnected the chat equivalent to hanging up the phone on my ear. **************** is unacceptable to say the very least. I wanted to be assured that the address on file was correct so that this mistake would not repeat but they couldn't even do that! Shameful.Initial Complaint

On May 30th a package frm **** ***** ***. Email said delivered. I went 2 look @ where, cuz my ring never notified me. I saw it was delivered, but again 2 the wrong address. Ive had issues wit this before. My address is **** & whom ever the drivers, I dnt kno if theyre incompetent or they jus dnt care 2 do their job. They delivered it 2 ****, as I said b4 this is not the 1st time. I called CDL & spoke to a ******, ******, ****, a gentleman @ ware house that works night shift (cant remember name). Due 2 the amount of calls back & forth frm the retailer 2 CDL. Its UTTERLY RIDICULOUS THAT THIS KEEPS HAPPENING! I was told by ****** as well as eryone else that they had 2 call driver & give driver 2 8pm May 31st cuz it was after 4pm. she didnt think the driver would return 2 retrieve package & take 2 my door. Wen I place orders, Im paying for it, its mine & had my info on it. I dnt want 2 b told I have 2 wait due 2 negligence on the drivers part. She told me I couldnt speak 2 a supervisor, cuz wat she was telling me wasnt @ all gonna work 4 me. My package, I paid 4, had my INFO was items 4 my babys birthday 2day. It had the correct info on *********** didnt pay attention 2 address & or wats on the box. Im told oh well basically. Its not the 1st ********** it happened b4 I went 2 the persons door & cuz they r dishonest ppl they lied about receiving it. I clearly had the image. Erything n the pic was on the door, ************ Its BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I dnt kno if ur drivers need more training or 2 b terminated, & frm all the reviews & this being my 4th incident wit this company. Its god awful how its handled after drivers MESSED UP! since images r taken the retailer said well an image was sent so it was delivered & they have 2 do an investigation. I had 2 hurry home 2 go the address, 2 get it. anything couldve happen doing so. I got my package, I was lucky that it was still outside. I dnt wanna continuously have 2 deal wit this. I placed an order with SAKS Fifth the clothing store. After my order was placed and shipped. I received the delivery email for my item while I was at work . I called my neighbor or to see about my package it wasnt there. I waited maybe three days to see if the package would turn up. After them days went by I contacted **** to let them know I never received my item I was told I had To wait 7 days to even put the request in so I did . I put in the request and waited another 7 days to receive the response. My return request was denied , **** stated that the delivery people uploaded proof of delivery so it was denied. That made me go back ti the original deliver email and I looked at the picture myself . In this picture my package is seen left outside of two door ( there is a front door and a screen door) on the ground at 6 something at night. No wonder I didnt receive the package it was left outside on the curb for who knows how long/ I contracted the delivery service which is CDL and was told its been too many days they couldnt help in no way. I recontacted **** telling what CDL said etc etc the Saks person out in another request for me with the added information so now Im waiting again . 7 days go by and of course my request in denied again. In all reality Saks did their part by sending the item its the delivery service that didnt use discretion while delivery my item . A $500 pair of shoes. I emails CDL again (they have no phone number) and the guy unprofessionally asks me why it took me so long to report. After back and forth about three times I still have no item and CDL wont take responsibility.Customer Answer

They claim to have delivered the package yet was not here when we got home. **** lived here at this apartment for many years and have never ever had a package go missing. After reading reviews on here I am convinced the packages are being stolen by the delivery driver themselves. How ironic every complaint is from an apartment complex where we lack cameras in our lobbies. Cdl is clearly the culprit behind all of these events. BBB please look into this matter and have these fools shut down already. Ill say again. Hundreds of deliveries to all the ***************. Some sit in the lobby for days before being claimed. Never ever has anything been stolen until this company delivers something. Way to much of a coincidence for me.Initial Complaint

The carrier CDL Last Mile Solutions claims they delivered a package for me to my apartment building on 1/18/23 2:04 PM. This was an online purchase I made. "Package has been delivered Lobby" according to the written statement from CDL. I have never received that package. Packages are not simply dropped in the lobby but are registered with the designated personnel at the front desk. A review for that date by designated personnel indicated a package with that tracking number of ************ was not delivered to this building on 1/18/23. I would like to know what documents CDL has that supports their statement that this item was delivered.Customer Answer

I placed an online order of $657.69 through an online clothing company and received an sms from ************* today [04.22.22] saying my order had been delivered. I checked my lobby, front door, other floors in my building but nothing had been delivered. I then checked the website and saw that the photo they had taken of the order being delivered looked nothing like my front door or my lobby. I have no idea where they left my package and clearly are lying about it being delivered in the right place. I will add that I was up since 7am and no one rang my doorbell to try and deliver it safely into the lobby. They are responsible for last mile delivery and hence should find my package or send me a bank transfer of $657.69 for the amount in goods that they lost.Initial Complaint

I had ordered from Nordstrom online and my order was shipped using CDL. I was tracking my package and it showed as being delivered at 9:26am with a picture of the package at a location that is not my address. I did not receive the package as it was not delivered to the correct place, I have no idea where it was delivered. I never received the package.
