    The worst company ever!No idea why retailers use their services. I was trying to contact them two days in a row, calling every 20 minutes and no one was available to answer my calls. My package have a full address and their website said missing address info. Total waste of time.

    Ive never seen such a horrible carrier company like CDL before! No phone number to communicate. The only thing you can do is to email them and never get the answer back! Ive ordered high end brand sunglasses from Saks Fifth during black friday week. Estimate arrival would be last week. There is a tracking number by CDL. When I check back It's stuck in **. I emailed them to ask If i can pick it up from the location as I live in **. They email me back saying " This package has not been physically received by CDL as of today. We can say with certainty that this is not lost and not in our control at this time. Please contact the sender for more information" And I reached Saks fifth about the item they can only say to refund! Now the item is sold out from the website! Such a terrible experience!!!!

    This company has consistently delivered my packages to the wrong address. I have called and emailed them multiple times but nothing has changed. They dont seem too concerned about where my items are delivered. They assured me today that theyll address the problem. Im not optimistic. I dont think costumer service relays the problems to the drivers.

    Absolute trash. They said they delivered the package at midnight (which is bull), we never got it, then I get an email that the company received my return. What? This tells me they never even delivered it, just sent it back. Lazy losers.

    Ordered a item online it made it half way across ***************** until my Local CDL took over for the last stretch now it's been almost 2 weeks it hasn't moved the last 15 miles to my house . The company I ordered from says they can't get in touch with them this is the worse carrier service in ******* . My last package from them was delivered after 8 days from a guy in a **** ***** Odyssey with 2 broken windows who threw trash out his car in my driveway ..

    This is one of the worst companies. They do not deliver and their website doesn't work. The tracking web part doesn't provide any results and the feature to request notifications at least gives an error message. They just don't care. I hate that Nordstrom uses this service. I won't buy from Nordstrom anymore because this company. Such a horrible, horrible scammers!

    CDL doesn't care whether you receive your package or not. As long as they deliver it by outside your front door and they get paid that's it. They may take pictures of the delivery. But since the package is from a high-end company, who knows the drivers themselves are the thieves. They don't investigate complains. I got a PO Box from the post office which they accept deliveries from ********** or any courier service as long as the correct mailing address format is used. They should have known it's a post office and yet they deliver on Sunday. They should use ****** maps. The company is very backward and lacks information available online. Plus if you tell them in advance that it's close on Sundays because it's a post office, they get mad at you when you're helping them save the trip. The employees need proper training on customer service. Very bad, unhelpful, and no courtesy on proper manners with dealing with customers. Avoid CDL at all cost unless you want to lose your precious packages. Hope they get a class -action lawsuits from the numerous innocent people they have poorly served.

    Ive had packages delivered by CDL twice recently. My building has a locker system with instructions for carriers, and the driver didnt use them either time. The first time my package was delivered and the driver took a picture of my package IN FRONT of the lockers as proof of delivery. By the time I got there, the package was gone. The second time I happened to check the tracking and saw that my package was marked delivered a few minutes prior. I ran downstairs to get it, and luckily I was able to retrieve my items. Since this was the second time I had this issue, I contacted customer service more as a courtesy. I know the drivers are busy with lots of deliveries, but this is just careless. I was told that their drivers dont have access to the system which is an outright lie. The representative also suggested that the next time I have a package sent through them that I send them an email with the tracking number to provide instructions. Absolutely ridiculous. I will avoid deliveries from them from now on and choose ship to store instead.

    I live in ******, and ordered from Nordstrom Rack, not knowing they ship with CDL. CDL's tracking site has reported the package out for delivery in ********** daily now for the past week, and I have no way to contact them to get any information. Attempting to sign up for notifications throws a circa **** Windows ASP.net error. I'm guessing I'll never see this package, or the money I spent on it, again.

    As a grandmother *** ordered items for many years. This company is the worse In delivery. They left my package in the walkway of my lobby building. The driver was kind enough to lean my package against the wall in the walkway to take a photo fir proof of delivery. He also was kind enough to lie and say it was delivered to my mail room which is apparently 9 feet away from the walkway of the lobby in my building. There is no one in my lobby to receive any packages. I also stated my apartment on my order. I dont know what this drivers intentions are. I called CDL to notify them of this situation. A very rude lady stated the protocol for delivery is , drop off in building lobby, mail room or pkgs room. I dont know where in the world these days would anyone want their pkg dropped off in lobby walkway with no security on the premises. **************** is just at bad as the carrier. My mom always says the smelliest part of a fish is the head. It is so in this ******** is the worst company thats is why they have the worse employees.I live in a quiet safe area. My building consists of 70 percent are elderly. The lobby is well lit. The elevator has a camera. It would have taken this driver smatter of 10 seconds to turn in the other side of the wall to see our mail box area. Or at least put the package on a bench in the lobby. Your driver put in the walkway of my lobby. Would you want your package put on the walkway in your lobby building. He was inconsiderate and didnt care. We have many deliveries in our building all day long. Safety has never been in issue. Your company lacks courtesy. No one in this building of its ************************************ seen a pkg put where my okay was left. No excuse bad driver comes from bad company period. No more excuses Like
